Yamato fired its Main turrets hitting one Carrier Then the anti-aircraft guns Also firing taking down any enemy planes.  American planes Neutralize the Japanese man and anti aircraft airmen crews

Dear Mother

Only one year to train, it has been tough, but good news; I've been assigned to Yamato today. I never been so proud, everyone is counting on me including my 3,000 shipmates. We will not fail our Country or the Emperor.
