This is my first book. I hope you guys like it.

There once was a girl named Mia. She had dark brown hair, red eyes, and light tanned skin. She moved to a small town in Japan. Where there was a haunted schoolhouse been used as a gym at Mia's school. When she was getting ready for school she had an uneasy feeling, but she brushed it off.

Time skip by the ghost~

Mia was walking to the schoolhouse. She tried to open the door but it wouldn't. Thinking it was lock she looked for the key. She found one under a flower pot and unlock the door. But when she did there were dead bodies everywhere. And just as they appear. They disappear.

"It was just in my head," said Mia.

"What was all in your head?" said a boy.

"Oh, Mm I'm Mia," Mia says while holding her hand out.

"Jason, Nice to meet you," He says shaking her hand.
They walk in and go about their day.

Time skip by Jason~

Mia and Jason were walking home together talking about life. They made it to Jason's house, but all Mia saw was the spirits in every window.

"Can you see them?" Mia asked.
Jason turns around to look but sees nothing.

"Mia, I don't see anything. Are you ok?" he asked turning back to her.

"I have to go," she says as she runs off leaving Jason puzzled.
Mia makes it home and runs to her room.

"What the hell is happening to me?" she says as she shakes in fear.

"WHERE IS THAT LITTLE BRAT?" Mia hears her stepfather yell from downstairs.

"Oh, no!" she says as runs and grabs her clothes she had left in a bag in case of this. Then she ran out into the night away from her family and towards safety. She ran as fast as she could to Jason. She knocked on his door which he answered surprisingly quickly.

"Mia, what's wrong? Why are you crying?" he said. She had been so focused on running she didn't realize she was crying. Jason pulls her in for a hug trying to comfort her.

"It's ok your safe now," Jason says hugging her.

"Can I stay here a while?" she asked shyly.

Jason just nods and pulls her inside closing the door behind them. He shows her the apartment then takes her to one of the guest room so she can rest. ( Jason is 18 so he lives alone) Mia lays on the bed and soon falls asleep. Tomorrow was Saturday and she could sleep in.

A/n (will only be at the in of chapter)
(Jason is a tall well build bleach blonde guy and he wears cute dork glasses. His personality is smart, funny, and sweet but knows how to give tough love.
Mia's personality is a sweet shy girl that has been abused most of her life and she was raped at the age of 15 (she is still 15 this is y she ran away) by her stepfather (Mia is the girl in the picture at the top) )
