It's November 10—approximately ten days after the last video—and Saturday, and about four pm.

And Sunshine's worried about Nolan.

Sunshine hasn't heard from him. Seen him, smelled him, any of the above, since Halloween. Y'know, since the big adventure happened and Nolan got dunked in the pool? Yeah, that.

Should she be worried? Sunshine thinks she should, but she's not entirely sure.

I mean, she just tried to call him and, low and behold, he didn't answer. So that's...a bit of a problem. So Sunshine has come to the conclusion that she's going to over to his apartment. Maybe talk to him? See if he's stuck under something or, uh, dead.

Even though he totally kicked Sunshine out last time. Ugh. Since she apparently brings ghosts wherever she goes. Yeah right!

Behind her, the lights in the kitchen flicker on and off.

Anyway, she's still going over. She's just been so distracted with her upcoming movie she didn't even really think about it. And now she feels bad, because what if something has actually happened to Nolan?

Well, she can't think like that. He's probably fine, maybe still a little shaken up from Halloween. But he's fine. He's good. She just needs to show that she cares.

Wish her luck.

"Alright," Sunshine says as she grips the steering wheel, driving through the residential neighborhood, Uncle Tommy pointing the camera towards her. "So, we are going to...find Nolan since we haven't really heard from him since—"

"Halloween," they both say in unison.

"It's weird, he won't answer texts or anything," Tommy frowns.

"Or email, or other forms of communication, um."

"Well, we're a little worried," Tommy admits.

"Yeah, so we're just going to his apartment because it's the only thing we could think of."

"Maybe we'll find him there."

Sunshine sighs. "I don't know. I—"

"Is that—?" As they pull near the house, Tommy shifts forward, narrowing his eyes. "Is there somebody looking in his window?"

"That's really weird," Sunshine says. The person is tall and has brown hair. "And kind of creepy."

"I think it's time to open up a can of whoop-ass."

Sunshine raises a brow sarcastically. "I'm a little tired, I don't know if I can handle it."

"No, I meant me."

"Oh. That makes more sense."

"Let's go see what's going on." Tommy hands the camera to Sunshine and they both exit the car.

"Hey!" Tommy immediately snaps.

"Oh—" The person turns. He has fluffy brown hair and a beard, and is wearing a gray shirt, a black jacket, and maroon pants. "Sunshine! Tommy! Can I call you Uncle Tommy?"

"Who the hell are you?" Tommy demands.

"Who are you...?" Sunshine asks.

"Sorry—I'm Nolan's brother, Colin."

Uncle Tommy pauses for a moment. "Nolan has a brother?"

Sunshine just stares, hardly able to believe what she's hearing.

"...yeah. He didn't tell you about me?"

"No," they both say.

"Okay. Well, I haven't seen him for, like, weeks, and—" Colin nears the window and shrugs. "I don't see any sign of him, it looks like he hasn't been here, so I don't even know what's going on—"

Nolan has a brother?

"—But his friends haven't heard from him or seen him—"

Nolan has friends?

She can't keep that one in. "He has friends?" she says doubtfully. "Other than me?"

Colin ignores her. "So, have you guys—?"

Tommy shakes his head. "I haven't heard from him since Halloween."

"Neither have I, it's kind of why we're here," Sunshine nods.

"Halloween?" Colin frowns. "Well, I don't really talk to him that much, but..."

"Well, you look like him," Sunshine says. That's one good thing—probably not another Groundling. Or Markon. "Other than you have...poofier hair." And a beard.

"I'm not lying that I'm his brother, so," Colin laughs.

Tommy crosses his arms and sighs. "Well, that was...a lot of information to take in."

A lot of information except that they didn't learn anything about where Nolan is.

Great.

⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀
Sunshine and Uncle Tommy are sitting on the couch. Kat quickly rushes into the frame, sitting next to Tommy. "Look! It's like we called each other." Kat points out she and Tommy's matching vests. "Where's yours, Sunshine?"

She looks down.

"You do look super cute right now, though," Tommy says.

"I know." Sunshine snaps her finger.

"Anyway, what are we doing other than sitting ridiculously close to each other?" Kat wraps an arm around Tommy's shoulders.

"She's not sure she wanted to tell you," he says, patting Sunshine's knee, "but I wanted to have her tell you—"

"That is never good," Kat remarks.

"I know," Tommy says. "It's just—so we were out driving yesterday—"

"We were out driving?" Sunshine raises a brow.

Tommy turns to Kat. "We decided to go look for Nolan."

She pauses. "I thought...we decided that was a bad idea."

Sunshine makes a face. "We didn't decide."

"Okay. And?"

Tommy continues. "So, we got to his apartment and—?" He looks at Sunshine to continue.

"Aaaand Nolan's brother was there." Sunshine sighs.

"What?" Kat says.

"Mmhm."

"Nolan has a brother?"

"Nolan has a brother," Tommy nods. "His name is Colin."

"Colin and Nolan—okay," Kat says.

"Yep," Tommy laughs, "so..."

"What was he like? Why have we never heard of him?"

"Just like Nolan," Sunshine says.

Tommy giggles.

"Really?" her mother asks.

"Except he has poofier hair." Sunshine makes a 'poofier hair' motion.

"Poofy hair, yeah," Tommy nods. "Um, but, he seemed relatively normal, which is good."

"Well, that's weird," Kat laughs, then grows serious. "Okay, so where's Nolan?"

"He wasn't there."

Sunshine shakes her head. "We don't know."

"And his brother doesn't know either," Tommy says. "So we were just thinking that we wanted to get your opinion on if we should..."

"I'm still wrapping my brain around the fact that he has a brother," she says. "I have no opinion about this. How did you leave things with him?"

Tommy laughs.

"'See ya later, man,'" Sunshine speaks in a man's voice, waving a hand.

Kat giggles. "You didn't get his number or anything?"

"...no."

"That probably wouldn't been smart, right?" Tommy looks at Kat. They both laugh.

"I don't socialize very often," Sunshine tries, "I don't know what to do when you meet new people."

"But, y'know, we know enough about his family that we can probably find him again." Tommy nods.

"That's probably true, you know where his mom lives." Kat sighs. "That's so weird though, he has a brother?! I mean, I know I didn't really know him, but that's still really weird."

"We knew him—wait, who?" Sunshine furrows her brows.

"Nolan, sweetie." She and Tommy laugh.

"Oh." Sunshine giggles. And the video just devolves from there.
⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀
Alrighty.

She heard from Nolan.

But not in the typical way at all.

She aggressively picks up a piece of paper to show the camera. "He sent me a letter. Yes, a letter. And don't ask me to look at the return address—I already tried that, there isn't one." Sunshine sighs. What is this, the 18th century? What a weirdo.

Guess she should probably read it. It's not like it's personal—just kind of babbly. Is that a word? It doesn't really matter, because either way she's going to read the letter.

" 'Sunshine,

I am fine. Please don't look for me. Stop looking for me please, I am fine. Really, all is good. Please stop looking for me. I am taking care of things. All is well. Don't look for me. Your friend,

Nolan.' "

She looks up at the camera, unimpressed. "What is that? That's like, nonsensical! A bunch of babbling! It's just bizarre."

She has no idea where to go next.

AYYY new part new season here we go

can't wait for all this i already know how it ends cause i remember but yes stay tuned!!!
