      Gauri was staring at shivaay, scrutinizing him with her gaze while shivaay was blank not knowing what crime he had done to deserve a TALK in a dungeon like room.

     " Listen Mr Oberoi, I don't like to waste time so let's come to the point "

" Yeah sure,  but could you on  ALL the lights as I this whole room is giving me criminal vibes "

" The lights are for EFFECT Mr oberoi"

" You can call me shivaay!! "

"  My wish. My life. My house. I will call you anything that pleases my heart. "

" I am sure you didn't bring me here to tell me this "

" Oh yeah..!!  Listen carefully, go out and tell your family you don't want to marry Anika "

" And why you think I would do that?"

" Because you have too. This is Princess Gauri's order. "

    Shivaay rolled his eyes groaning.  Princesses had ruined his life.

      " OK listen PRINCESS Gauri, I am giving this marriage thing a chance for my mom. She is very happy about this alliance. And I don't want to hurt her. But if you want to break this alliance, go ahead and do it. I won't stop you. "

Shivaay folded his hands leaning back of the chair. He wasn't SSO for nothing. He knew how to turn the deal his side.

" Are you dumb?!  You think if we could do it, we wouldn't have done it.  " gauri stood up in frustration.  Why couldn't this guy just do what she says ?!

" We?!  So princess Anika is in this as well ?"

" Yeah, and now enough! Just go out and stop this alliance or I will break your face!!  Then marry with a broken face!! " gauri showed her fist in anger to shivaay trying to scare him.

" Listen PRINCESS Gauri. You..."  shivaay pointed to gauri standing up.

    The door suddenly squeaked open and Anika entered. She switched the lights on and walked to the bed like a zombie ignoring the witnesses.

" AJ, thank God you came, tell this chirkut to listen and stop this alliance. He is not listening to me "

" Hey whom did you call a what ? chirkut ? I am telling you don't go on my height "

" Oh hello!!  Even I don't have... "

    " Why is my life so fucked up!! " Anika groaned in frustration crushing her hair in a fist.
     She was a normal human being with humane requirements. Why didn't people understand ? They just went on adding a extra sack of expectations to her already high tensions. But she wasn't going to give up. Giving up just wasn't coded in her genes.

"AJ what's up?  You okay? I am watching you from when I came you have this invisible lines of tension on your face. Is this because of this man?  AJ don't worry I told you naa I'll shoo him away. "  Gauri gave a pointed look to shivaay.

" Excuse me?! Hello, I am right here. What do you mean by "shoo him " ? Am I a mosquito? "

" Listen.. "

" Are you guys done ? Behaving like mature adults won't hurt you. "

     Gauri and shivaay gave Anika a 'look who is talking' look. 

" OK, I admit I do behave like a kid sometimes.   Now can we get to the point " Anika said hanging her hand in the air.

" OK Listen, I want you guys to help me "

" Elaborate please."  gauri asked.

" OK, so to have a slight idea of what people think and exactly want out of me, I want to go out of the palace in the town "

" Oh, walk down the stairs, then walk straight till you reach a big door, open the door then walk straight again and you will reach another door open it and go out and voila you are out of  the palace" shivaay said sarcastically making Anika and gauri roll their eyes.

"  Anika is not allowed outside, till her coronation due to media. Hence we will have to do this under cover "

" Yeah I need to go out without telling, Also I will need a makeover to look a bit different "

" So you want to go outside under cover, hiding from everyone, as a commoner to know about people and the town ?"  shivaay asked.

" Yep "

" That's an excuse. Why do I feel there is a major underlying reason "

" Oh you caught me!!  I am going out to meet my estranged boyfriend away from the pyring eyes of this zaalim duniya. " Anika said dramatically.

" What was that?! "  shivaay looked stumped with that amount of drama in a few seconds.
" Something you expected me to say. But Mr.  There is no other reason. So stop finding excuses of not helping. If you don't want to help say it."

" I don't want to help. Take that." saying shivaay started leaving.

" Why?  May I ask why are you refusing us princesses!! " gauri asked with a authoritative tone.

" That's because Shivaay Singh Oberoi never invests in losing deals. I don't want to be caught red handed helping the princess escape."

" I am not escaping !!"

" But what's the guarantee you won't? Anyway, You seem very likeable to do it "

" Because I am saying and FYI  lying isn't in my genes "

" Then that's a problem as well!! If you are caught you won't be able to give a excuse as supposedly you don't LIE "

" Then you come with me. You can do the lying bit" Anika smirked.

" No thank you. I am happy as I am. I am not coming anywhere "

" Where are you going?! "

    Shivaay turned to find his mom there. Holy shit, did she hear them.

" Mom,  what are you doing here? "

" Jasoosi karne." pinky said staring at the trio whose face was like the deer caught in front of the headlights.

" And gauri why are you here. You should have given some privacy to this new desperate couple who didn't even wait for the guests to leave. " pinky said with a teasing look.

     Gauri and Anika hit their head in their mind.  How could they forget the pooja going on?  They had to see the guests off as well.

" And don't think I forgot. Tell me where you don't want to go shivaay? " pinky asked.

Shivaay cursed himself a thousand times in his mind for coming here and now not coming up of an excuse.
" Mom.. "  before shivaay could cook up an excuse gauri came up with one.

" Pinky aunty, look at him naa. I was telling him and Anika to go out of the palace to get some quality time. But he was complaining about rules and everything and saying that I am not going. Aisa hota hai kya batao!?
They are the new couple of the town. They should spend some "quality " time. Hai naa ??! " gauri said with her signature naughty look  keeping her hand on pinky's shoulder.
      Shivaay and Anika looked on grasping to the sudden pit  gauri throwed then in. They looked at each other. From which angle did they look like a couple.

" Gauri is right. Shivaay you have become old like your dad. Afraid of adventures. Learn something from me. I used to go and meet your dad hiding from everyone , at oberoi mansion before our marriage . As he was too afraid to come to my house." pinky laughed remembering those days.

" Ohho aunty you had GUTS!! But didn't you get scared of getting caught and disappointing your family ? " Anika exclaimed suddenly awed of this woman.

" Phir, I was the sherni of my pind. Why to get scared?  I was meeting my to be husband only.  And anyway, karne mein kya jaata hai. So always follow your instincts and chak Te phatte " pinky told Anika caressing her shoulder with care.

      Anika out of sheer joy hugged pinky. Thats what she needed to do. Trust her instincts.

     Pinky smiled and then looked at shivaay who was just staring at them with a slight curve to his lips and amused eyes. Pinky gave them a thumps up and was going when shivaay started following her. 

" Kidhar?! UDHAR!! " pinky turned shivaay and gave him a push inside the room.

" You are going!! "

" But MOM.. "

" You shut up, you are going with Anika that's final "

" Thank you aunty!!  " Anika and gauri have her a toothy smile.

" Good night, and I better hear some good stories from you two, ones in which you don't get caught and screwed " pinky teased leaving shivaay glaring at Anika and Anika smirking.

" Mission impossible crew ready?! " gauri screamed putting her hand forward.

   Shivaay pit his hand forward with disinterest. Then both looked at Anika who was in a inner crisis again staring at their hands. Uff, this girl!!
      Shivaay took her hand and put in on their hands.

" Crew ready!!  Oueen ready?! "

" Ready!! " Anika said after a minute.

Hey guys, Anika is back with her plan!! 

And her crew is ready as well!!  But will this escape find her a solution or land her in another set of problems?
