(Ivy's POV)

I dashed at Grace and tried to punch her. She moved her brush and used it to block my fist. It's definitely a sturdy piece of wood. It's going to take a lot to break it. Grace swung her brush, making me get pushed back. She swung her brush down, causing black ink to come from her brush. The black ink formed into a cannon.

Ivy: Excuse me?!

Grace: Fire away!

The cannon fired a fireball at me. I opened my mouth and caught the fireball with my mouth. I spat the fireball back at Grace. She swung her brush again, making a brick wall. The fireball hit the wall, not doing much.

Ivy: Hey! Get out from back there!

I dashed at the wall and punched through it. I saw Grace on the other side. I punched her on the head. My fist went through her head completely. Her body turned completely black, becoming a pile of ink on the floor.

Ivy: An ink clone?

I saw the brick wall and cannon also turn into ink. I saw a shadow cast over me. I looked up and saw Grace in the air on a road roller.

Grace: Prepare to be flattened with this!

Ivy: Is that a JoJo-

The road roller came down, crashing into me. This is definitely heavy.

Chemist: What a devastating attack from Grace!

I made my muscles bigger, letting me able to lift the road roller.

Grace: Wow!

I threw the road roller. Grace jumped off it and landed a few feet across from me.

Grace: Didn't expect that.

Ivy: Just shut it.

Grace: I'm being honest, really. I never expected that from you. I guess what your teacher said was right, I really shouldn't underestimate you.

It sounds like she's mocking me. I grew a pair of wings and flew at Grace. Grace swiped her brush, making black ink cover my eyes. I stopped flying and tried to get the ink out of my eyes.

Ivy: That was a dirty move!

I opened my eyes and saw an army of Grace's. I looked around and I'm surrounded.

Grace: Looks like you're out of luck.

They all said in unison. I started to use heat seeking vision and saw only one with a normal heat signature. I smiled to myself and dashed at that one. I grabbed her leg.

Grace: What? How'd you know?!

Ivy: Time to take you for a spin!

I started to spin around, swinging Grace into her clones. They turned to ink on contact. The real Grace kicked my face, causing me to let go of her. Grace swung her brush, making a bunch of knives above me. I jumped back to get away from them. I looked to my left and Grace is in front of me, getting ready to hit me.

Ivy: What the?!

Grace swung her brush at me. I smiled and crossed my arms.

Ivy: Sike!

I kicked her in the stomach. Grace gasped for air. I kicked her again, sending her up into the air. I flew up above Grace and punched her down to the ground. She crashed into the arena, making smoke cover the area. I got ready for anything. I saw Grace jump up at me from the smoke. I kicked at her, but my leg went through her and she turned to ink.

Ivy: Another clone?

I felt something hit my back, sending me down. I landed on my feet and looked up. I saw a Grace up there, but quickly turned to ink as well.

Grace: Behind you.

I turned around, but Grace put a chain around my leg. She swung the chain over her shoulder, making me go up into the air and slammed down into the arena, breaking some of the floor under me. Grace started to slowly walk up to me.

Grace: Your Power is a tricky one, but it can't do as much as my Create.

Ivy: Yeah... But that doesn't mean my Power can't do some damage.

I shot blood out of my eyes. My blood hit Grace in the eyes, making her close her eyes.

Grace: That was my trick!

I made a third eye on my forehead. I got up and punched Grace as hard as I can, sending her out of the arena.

Fox: That's the match! Ivy is the winner!

The crowd started to cheer. I guess I gave them a pretty good fight to watch if I do say so myself. I walked over to Grace. She's wiping the blood off her face. She looked up at me.

Grace: Wow. I can't believe I still was underestimating you. I really should've thought you had some kind of blinding attack.

Ivy: It's alright. You weren't a pushover yourself. That was one of the funnest fights I had in a while.

I grabbed Grace's hand and helped her up to her feet. We walked over to everyone else.

Katie: Good job you two.

Chris: Man, can't believe Grace lost. I thought you guys at Heritage were just a bunch of nobodies.

Cody elbowed Chris in his side.

Cody: Don't mind him. He's actually very impressed.

I looked over at (Y/N). He smiled at me and gave me a thumbs up, making my heart race.

(Y/N): You really made your sensei proud.

My cheeks heated up. I just laughed it off and crossed my arms.

Ivy: It's was nothing.

Grace: Hey Ivy. Since our match is done with, you want to get something to eat?

Ivy: Sure. I can use a good burger right now.

Grace: What? Hotdogs are way better!

Ivy: Only to insane people.

Me and Grace walked off together to get something to eat, while arguing over what food is better.

(Dave's POV)

That fight was fun to watch, but now it's my fight coming up next. I looked over at Cody. He just looked back at me. I can't tell what he's thinking.

Chemist: Our next match will be Davidson versus Cody! Please go onto the arena!

Me and Cody walked forward and stepped onto the arena.

Super: Good luck to both of you! Make sure to have fun!

Fox: Begin!

I immediately went on the offensive and punched at Cody. He bent down, dodging my punch.

Cody: 95% chance of starting the fight with offense.

I made a ball of fire and went to slam it on Cody. He grabbed my arm and kicked the ball out of my hand.

Cody: Too predictable.

What the hell is up with this guy? He kicked me in my stomach, sending me back. I quickly recovered. He's attacks hurt. Didn't think I'd have to use this already. I made a suit of armor out of ice around my body.

Cody: Really? Is that you choose to do?

Lightning surrounded my body and I shoot myself forward. I went behind Cody. I tried to punch him, but he moved slightly to the right, dodging me. I tried to punch him again and again, but he dodged every single one.

Dave: Just what the hell is going on?!

Cody: It's natural for you to be surprised.

He punched my armor, creaking it. I still felt some fo the pain. I quickly jumped back.

Cody: I'll be nice to you and tell you my Power. I call it Prediction. I can calculate the likelihood of an outcome of something and act accordingly.

Dave: So that's how you were able to dodge my attacks.

Cody: That's right. The chances of my victory are at 98%.

Dave: I like my chances at winning.

I covered the floor of the arena in ice. I made several fireballs and launched them at Cody. He dodged them easily.

Cody: I like your plan. Making the floor slippery with ice to make dodging harder.

I saw some of the ice start to melt. I pointed my finger towards the water, making it float around Cody. I shot out some lightning at the water. The electricity started to course through the water.

Dave: Good luck getting out of the electric cage!

Cody: If you plan on limiting my area of movement, it won't work.

Dave: Good. I wasn't even trying that.

Cody: What do you mean by that?

I raised an arm towards the sky, making a fireball in my hand. It slowly started to grow in size. My ice armor melting.

Dave: I'd like to see you dodge an attack the covers the whole arena!

Cody's eyes went wide. I guess is Prediction didn't tell him that I can do this.

Dave: What's the matter? Got nothing to say?

Cody: N-No. I-I can't dodge this attack!

Dave: If you bow down to your king and surrounded, I'll stop.

Cody thought about what to do. He looked down at the ground and got down on one knee.

Cody: I forfeit.

Chemist: That's the match! Dave has won by forfeit!

Everyone started to cheer. I got rid of my fireball and my electric cage made out of water. I walked off the arena and walked over to everyone else.

Dave: As you can see, the king doesn't lose.

Chris stomped his foot on the ground.

Chris: At least it's my match next. I'll make sure that Somar will win this tournament!

I looked over at Katie.

Dave: Fair maiden.

Katie: Yeah?

Dave: Be careful.

Katie: R-Right.
