He can imitate any ability he has seen.And add it to his abilities.But he only has access to a much weaker version of it.Although he could also evolve those abilities to much stronger versions but it all depends on him.He can also used multiple abilities at once with no problem and can easily switch.But he has a limit to how many abilities he can use at once and if he tries to exceed that limit it'll have serious consequences.
