   ''Can you guys just get over with already, so we can just get in —you guys are giving me a headache.
Were you doing this when I was away,  always bickering?.''
Debby stated with a friendly irritation in her voice.

''Come on here darling".
She chuckled and clasped onto me giving me another tight hug.

''Okay can we get inside already, it's bit ..cold ..out ..here''.
Andy broke out in gnashing teeth, having been left outside all through the conversation.

''Annoying crab."
I muttered, rolling my eyes at him.

''Hey?!
Babe, did you hear that, she just called me a crab.''
He blurted  out with an annoyed look.

''She's messing with you love''

Jake was on the couch fiddling with what I assume to be a necklace. I could tell he was eager to know which people were at the door and what took them long to get in. But he sat still, trying to be a gentleman and not interfere.
He finally turned to look at us when we got closer.

He jerked his heard towards Andy.
"What the hell are you doing here?"
They both gushed out in unison, with amusement and astonishment on their faces.

Jake was surprised to see Andy at Trisha's house, and so did Andy also get surprised to see Jake at Trisha's.

''Oh my gosh, Jake?
Is that you?!''
Her words held emotions, catching everyone's attention.

Jake hadn't seen Debby yet, since she was behind Trisha.
He whipped his head towards where her voice eased out.

''Do I kno-
What the fuck?
Debby?
Is that you?!"

''Wait, you two know each other?
Can you explain what is going on h-''

I stopped speaking when Debby had already run to Jake, clasping her arms and legs around him.

Okay. . .this is weird

''Oh my gosh I really miss you so much Jake.''
Debby's voice muffled from within Jake's chest since they were still clenched to each other.
Her voice sounded like she was about to cry.

''Me too Debby''.
He confessed with squeezed shut eyelids.

You could tell the kind of emotions that were displayed by the two.
The whole place felt like they were the only ones in it.

I and Andy only exchanged surprised looks at each other.

Okay...let's all sit and discuss this. Coz you guys are making Trisha and I feel  totally lost and curious right now'' .
Andy retorted.

''Oh, guys am really sorry I didn't even realise we were still in your mist. I apologise."
She sniffled, with a smile appearing afterwards and letting go off Jake partially.  She held his hand in hers while taking her seat.

''So what you're saying is, you were childhood and school friends for nine years?
And that was until 9th grade as well, right?"
Andy corked his eye brows.

''Yeah precisely.''
Jake answered reluctantly with a slight smile.

''So what happened afterwards?''
I inquired with all attention. Like I was listening to our country's history or something.

''Actually I had to move to this town with my parents since my dad was mostly transferred because of his job.
And that's when and how we never got to see each other until now."
Debby gave Jake a soft smile.

''So how do you two know each other? Jake probed both Debby and Andy shortly after a minute's silence.

''She's my...he's my... girlfriend...boyfriend''.

They both answered simultaneously.
As if they had pretended to do so.

''Really! Since when?''
Jake raised his eye brows in surprise.

''Since we found our new home in Andy's neighbourhood."
Debby answered abruptly.

''And you never told me, you jackass!''
Jake frowned a bit surprised hitting Andy on the head repeatedly.

''Ouch....ouch!  Come on man, I mean, I met you not quite long,  and.. you never asked''.
He stammered, with the look of a four year old on his face.

"She was the reason I skipped some classes at school. I went to check up on her at the hospital."
He added.

"The hospital?
What happened?."
Jake sounded frustrated at once.

"I was diagnosed of pneumonia."

"Oh my god, Trisha?"
Jake widened his eyes, with panic running through his words.

"..But it's fine now. Am almost healed."
She snapped in reassuringly.
I have just a few days to complete my medications, then am a free person. "
She smiled.

''So what's up between you and Trisha?''  
Debby intruded, changing the topic, questioning both Jake and I.

''Uhh.. well..we're- "
Jake fumbled, but was cut off.

''Can we just cut the emotional feelings and stuff, and rather have fun...don't y'all think?.''
Trisha interfered with her cheek flushing a light shade of red.

''I ...agree."
Jake gigled with his gaze on Trisha, like he knew her thoughts.

''So what movie are we watching guys?"
Debby trailed of with her eyes locked up to Trisha's laptop, scrolling through a list of movies.

Andy was the first on the left side of the couch, with Debby next to him, followed by me, then Jake.  The couch was large enough and very comfortable.

"Bright burn.
It's a scary movie."
Jake probed with a sheepish smile.

"Are you kidding me?!"
Debby and Andy shouted  simultaneously.

''No, Money Heist"

''Wait, 13 reasons why''

''Can you guys just decide on one movie already!''
I gushed out, cutting all three of them with a bewildered expression.

There was silence and frowned faces with folded arms.
It was finally left on Mr.Bean, technically no one's choice.
Since there was no agreement on a single movie.

''You know we can just change the movi- "

SHUT UP!!!
They all shut Jake up at once.

''Al...alright'' he stammered sitting back into the couch.

''I'm just gonna get some snack- "

SIT DOWN!!!!
They spat, at the same time, making Andy sit back down quaking with fear.

After a few seconds, everyone burst into intense laughter.
Laughing at their own ridiculous behaviour.
