It was finally Saturday and I got home from the grocery shop being greeted by barbecue stands and, other party stuff in the front yard of the house. I also sighted mom giving orders to some workers who looked at her like....she had probably puked right in their faces.

"Hey sweetie...you're back..?"

No.. am actually now setting off.

"Yes, mom ..am back."
I responded hoarsely, by passing her and entered our big house.

I got upstairs to my room after I had arranged all the items I bought from the grocery, falling on my bed tiredly.

"Hey! wake up...it's time already".
I felt someone tap my cheek repeatedly.
That's when I realised I had fallen asleep.

I raised myself to a sitting position, looking around to see who woke me up.
I identified a figure like Debby's, disappearing in my closet.

Great..!

This bitch is gonna disturb me with Cinderella clothes, what to wear and blah blah blah.

She came back with two blue dresses in her hand.
One was a tight straight dress with flower designs in them.
The other was laced from the top to the waist leaving a flare downwards.

"Choose one... wait ..maybe we should wear yellow toda-

"No, ...blue's okay"
I cut in, with a smirk appearing on my face.

"Fine...now get your ass up and go shower, we're running late".
She ended.

"We can't be late. The party's right under our noses."
I laughed shortly.

"Shut up and get ready."

"When did you even get here?"
I asked getting up lazily.

"Not long. And stop asking asking questions."
She rolled her eyes.

It took us about fifteen minutes to finally get out of the room after all the makeover and girlie shit stuff.

The hall was totally quiet, all we could hear was muffled chattering and music outside.

"I thought this was a neighbourhood party?"

"Yes?"

"Well, why is everyone outside?"

"Mmm...maybe it's an outdoor party.
Enough with the questions Debby, let's just get out".

"Whatever.."

We opened the door and it felt like the music was hitting our faces.

"Oh there they are."
Debby sighed.
I followed her since I didn't see them myself.

We approached a table a bit farther away from everyone.
There we found Jake, Andy and Max sitting together, I was wondering how they got along so quickly
They had reserved seats for us.

"Wow...you look beautiful!"

Both Jake and Andy stated simultaneously.

We both smiled in response.

And..these guys were on their gentleman mood.

Jake and Andy stood up and drew our chairs aback for us to take our seat, before they sat back down.

"Good evening ladies."
Max voiced out with a bright smile on his face.

"Good evening Max".

Wow...I just couldn't stop looking at all three of them...it was like they intentionally decided to look hot tonight.

Their hair held moisture in them..making it look way hot.
They wore-

"Hello guys."

Mom and Dad walked in with smiles on their faces.

"Hello."

"Hope you guys are enjoying the party..?"

"Yes we are!"

"So you guys must be Trisha's friends. We never got to meet you officially. Well except Debby."
They smiled at Debby before moving their gazes to everyone else.

But unfortunately their attention got drawn by one of the hired waitress.

"Aww unfortunately we gotta take care of something. Nice seeing you guys.... have a lovely evening."
They smiled at us and left with the waitress.

Whew, I wanted them to leave us alone.

"Come on Andy, she's your girlfriend...and it's just a dance..Okay?"

Andy was glaring at Max and Debby, who were just having fun dancing some crazy funny dances like they were drunk.

We really had a great moment.
And we ate a lot..
I think that was why Max and Debby had gone crazy. They were over fed.

Not to talk about us, sitting back here. We couldn't move, more or less dance.

And we got to know more about Max. He wasn't what people thought he was, the rich corky kid.
He was really nice, funny, interesting and fun to be with.

"This has to stop."
Andy stood up jealously and went to drag his girlfriend.

Max was only laughing at him so hard.

The party started losing its liveliness with the number of people decreasing. You could tell party was getting over now.

We all stood up like we had the same thoughts.

"I guess I gotta get going."
Jake smiled cordially.

"Me too."
Max added.

Andy carried Debby unexpectedly, without saying a word.

"See you guys later."
Debby giggled as they headed towards their car.

"Goodnight guys".
Max added, finally walking to his motorcycle.

"Let me walk you off."
I smiled at Jake who was about to leave too.

"Yeah, no problem."
He smiled.

We started walking and talking about random things.
"Sorry you couldn't meet my mom and sis today. I barely even saw them myself."

"Nah its fine, I'll definitely get to know them soon.
I...guess we're here."
I bit my lip while we faced Jake's house.

"Yeah I guess so..
It was a great party by the way."

"Thanks."

It was obvious what was going to happen next, cause we were both totally lost to what to say next.
I just decided to be the one to start it.

I walked closer to him, slowly leaning toward him.
But I stopped mid air when a dog pounced on Jake. He fell backwards with the dog on top of him.

"Oh my god Jake!"
I searched around and lucky enough I found a dried stick on the ground.
Without hesitation I took it up almost hitting the dog with all power, but stopped when I realised the dog was only waging it's tail and seemed to be licking his face.

"Get the fuck off of me Freddie!"
He cried out, getting back on his feet.

"Goodness Jake, I was scared to shit- "
I didn't end when Freddie, I presume, came running to me.
"No..no Jake!!"
I screamed and jumped on him, making sure I was no where near the ground.

"He wasn't going to bite you."
He laughed while holding me in a more comfortable form.

We both stopped laughing when our faces came close. I realised my legs and arms were clasped to his body too.

It was like nothing else moved when we leaned closer, our lips collided.
We kissed for about ten seconds and parted at Freddie's bark.

We laughed as Jake slowly dropped me down.
I caressed Freddie this time when he came to me.

"See?
He likes you."

"Yeah".
I giggled.

"I think I have to go now."
I added.

"Alright, come here buddy she needs to go now."
His dog obeyed him at once.

"Goodnight Jake".
I smiled as I headed back home.
