Deepa started walking towards Ashok's house. There were two stout henchman standing at the gate itself. Deepa wondered how to get past them. Mustering all the courage in her heart, she neared the gate.......

Just then she remembered Arjun's words.
"Deepa, Ashok daily walk ku 8 o clock veliya Varuvan. Antha Time buthisalithanama use panniko da"

She glanced at her watch which she kept hidden in her bag. The minute hand was almost indicating that it was 8. Moments later, she found Ashok walking out of his house. As soon as he entered the lawn,  Deepa seized the opportunity and fainted.

The guards saw her faint and tried frantically to revive her.

"Yemma yenthiri ma...Sir paatha thittuvaru"

But Deepa wanted Ashok to notice her and hence continued her acting of being unconscious. Soon after, Ashok noticed the commotion at the gate and reached there. He saw his guards trying to revive an "unconscious" Deepa.

Ashok : Guards! Enna aachu

Guard 1 : Ennane theriyala Sir. Thideernu etho oru satham kettuchu nu gate open panni paatha Intha Ponnu mayangi kedantha. Ezhupa muyarchi panna mudiyala sir.

Ashok saw that she was pregnant. As Arjun guessed, Ashok felt compassion for Deepa, as soon as he realised that she was pregnant.

"Thallunga, Naa paakaren"

Ashok bent down and checked Deepa. She seemed ok. He sprinkled some water and tapped her cheeks gently

Deepa (mindvoice) : Ayyo, Ivan nammala Romba Check panna koodathu. Ivan vera doctor. Namma unmaiyave pregnant eh illa nu kandupudicha avlothan. Naa sethen

But thankfully for her, he didn't check much. 
She opened her eyes.

Ashok : Yaru Neenga, ennachu

Deepa (sobbing slightly) : Naa 8 months garbam sir. En purushan Enna vittutu vera oru ponnu pinnadi poitan. Avala enga veetula thanga vechittu Enna veliya anupittan. Enakku amma mattom than sir. Gramathula irukkanga. Avangaluku Enakku nadantha kodumai ellam theriyadhu sir. Kaila sutthama panam eh illa. Athan engayavthu veetu velai kedaikuma nu thedi alanjitu irukken. That's when Ashok's amma sentiment got the better of him. He melted away at Deepa's concocted story.
He immediately offered her a job.

"Neenga Romba kasta padra mathri theriyarthu. Vayasaana amma, Ippo neengale oru amma aaga poringa. Kaila Panam illaina Romba kastam.
Ungaluku ethuvum objection illaina Neenga en veetlaye veetu vela seiyalame"

Deepa was ecstatic. Half of her mission was accomplished. Getting into the house itself was a big task which was now done successfully.

Guard 2 (mindvoice) : Sir etho oru vegathula amma sentiment la vela pottu kudukararu pola. Aana Intha ponna paatha etho oru doubt aavey irukke..

Meanwhile Ashok took Deepa in. He lead her way to the servants' chamber and gave her a clean room with an attached washroom. Deepa was only too happy to receive that room

Ashok : Neenga Inniki rest eduthukonga. Naalaiku la irunthu vela paatha pothum.

Deepa nodded and pretended to stifle a yawn. Assuming that she's sleepy, Ashok left, without disturbing her.

As soon as he left, Deepa locked the door from inside and connected to Arjun. It seemed as though she had waited for an eternity to talk to her brother and inform him of the happenings.

Deepa : Anna! Ashok pesartha ellam Neenga kettu iruppinga nu Enakku theriyum. Eppdiyo nadichu kadhaiya solli Inga vela vaangiten na. Enakku nu oru room kuduthu irukkan.

Arjun : Super da thangam. You're going on the right track. Avanuku un mela eppovume santhegam vanthura koodathu
Room la thaniya irukkarapo mattom enkitta pesu. Ava naalaiku vela paatha pothum nu sonnan, Enakku kettuchu. Aana evlo ku evlo delay aagutho, avlo ku avlo risk. Nee Romba naal anga irukka koodathu nu Naa nenaikiren Deepa. So innike velaiya paakara arambichiru. Avan solran nu naalaiku varaikum wait pannatha.

Deepa & Arjun spoke over the phone for sometime. Later she cut the call and decided to get into work right away.

Deepa (mumbling to herself) : Intha thalagani vera ore imsai ah irukke. Enna panna, vechu thane aaganum. Sari, poi innike veetu velai ellam paakara mathri paathu avana spy pannuvom.

She immediately went to the main hall where Ashok was sitting and brewing some plan to ruin someone. It was Sunday hence he was at home.
He stopped talking as soon as he saw Deepa.

Deepa felt some fear gushing through her body, still she put on a brave face and went to Ashok.

Deepa : Ashok sir, Chumma okkara oru mathri irukku sir, Naa innike vela paakarene.

Ashok : Sari, unga istam. Neenga Naa sonna kekkava poringa...
Ella room ah yum broom pannitu mop pannidunga. Avlothan Inniki ungaluku velai.

Deepa : Ok sir, pannidren

As Deepa turned to leave, Ashok stopped her.

Ashok : Hey! Oru nimisham

Arjun heard Ashok calling out to Deepa somewhat sternly.
He became worried. Noticing the worried look on his face, Roja came and sat next to him.

[Roja : Ennachu sir, ethuvum problem ah
Arjun : Theriyala Roja. Ashok ethukko Deepa va koopadran.
Roja : Ohh ennava irukkum sir.
Arjun : Theriyala Roja, iru kekkaren]

Ashok : Nilunga...

Deepa (nervous) : Ennachu As..hok sir

Ashok : Neenga unga peru Enna nu sollavey illaye

Deepa (😮‍💨) : Athuvaa..en Peru..en Peru Dhanyashree sir. Ellarum Dhanya nu koopduvanga.

[Arjun : Peru kettan Roja. Dhanya nu solli samalichita
Roja : Unga thangachi Romba dhairyam than sir😉]

Deepa silently took the broom and started sweeping the floor. After a while Ashok got a call. He went to his room and locked the door. Deepa was perplexed. She wondered if that phone call contained the information she needed. She wondered how she could eavesdrop on the phone call. She continued to pretend to sweep and silently tiptoed close to his room.

Fortunately for her, there was no one around Ashok's room. Most of his bodyguards and housekeepers had an off as it was Sunday.

She peeped through the keyhole and saw Ashok prancing about the room. He was dialling someone's number. Deepa had to hear the call. She wondered how she could hear past the locked door.

An idea struck her. She removed an hairpin from her hair and decided to try the age old movie technique of unlocking doors with hairpins. But she had to do so quietly. Ashok should not hear the door knob whirring under any circumstances.

She whispered to Arjun over the Bluetooth.
"Anna, Ashok room vaasal la than irukken. Mop podra mathri p0ttutu irukken. Avan yaruko dial pannitu irukkan. Antha phone la Namakku thevaiyana info kooda irukkalam. Aana avan door ah lock panni vechirkan. Hairpin vechu open panna avanuku sound ketrumo nu bayama irukku."

Arjun : Keyhole la kaadha vechu kelu Da. Athula ethavthu kekkutha nu

Deepa : Try panniten na. Onnume kekkala

Roja was also next to Arjun hearing Deepa.

Roja : Deepa, Naa solra mathri pannu. Oru alavukku sound illama open pannidalam door ah.

Roja suggested a way out to Deepa. Both the brother and sister were ecstatic to hear it.

Deepa: Super Anni!

Arjun : Ithellam kooda unakku theriyuma Roja. 😯

Roja : Unga moolaila paathi aavthu iruntha thane sir Naa unga wife😉

Deepa used Roja's trick to unlock the door. The door slowly opened allowing a small gap for Deepa to peep in. As the room was big and Ashok was standing in the farthermost corner of the room, he didn't notice the door opening. Deepa peeked in and heard him talk softly

"Psst...psst...Gautham, nee Naa sonna mathriye kaariyatha kacchidhama mudichita. Naa unakku time ku payment panniduven. Don't worry"

Deepa wondered what Ashok was talking about.
"Yaru Intha Gautham..?" 🤔

Then moments later, she heard what exactly she wanted to hear.

"Dr. Gautham...!
Neenga Médical Council board members ah irukkalam, Neenga Enakku periya risk eduthu help pannirkinga Arjun ode license ah cancel panna. Athukaga Neenga unga istathukku ransom ah demand panna mudiyathu. 25 Crores ungaluku vanthu serum. Avlothan!"

Ashok was shouting in frustration.
Deepa was stunned. 25 Crores dealing to ruin her brother and to stop him from doing the profession he loved as much as his life?!

She immediately tried to record the phone convo but unfortunately for her, a notification beeped right at that moment.

"Ayyooo!!! Silent la poda maranthutomeyyy..."

As Deepa panicked, Ashok immediately became alert and turned back sharply. He couldn't find anyone but the door was open. Deepa made a run for it. Her Bluetooth dropped on the wooden floor while she was running.
Ashok came out checking and found the Bluetooth. He immediately called out hello into the Bluetooth but the connection with Arjun had got disconnected in the ordeal. Hence Ashok couldn't find out who was on the other side. As he was staring at the Bluetooth, Deepa quickly went and hid in her chamber. However, the guard who felt suspicious of Deepa in the morning came into the house checking and saw Deepa running into her chamber. He followed her

As soon as Deepa entered her room, the pillow which she had, stuffed in her tummy fell down. Assuming that there was no one behind her she huffed and puffed.

"Ayyo...Bluetooth vera keela vizhunthurche...
Arjun Anna ode connection vera cut aayirchu
Anna ku phone pannuvom..."

Unfortunately for her, she spoke out aloud. The guard immediately stormed in and caught her by her neck...

"Aaahhhhhh...."
"Kalailaye un mela santhega patten di. Boss than nee garbini nu etho amma sentiment la unakku vela pottu kudutharu. Aana nee garbini eh kedaiyathu...appdi nadichu Inga irunthu vishyatha kettu, Antha Arjun kitta solla paakuriyaaaa...."
"Aaahhh....Enna vidunga ...vidu...hey viduuu..."
"Vidratha...unna nera boss kitta kootitu poren...Avar unna Enna pannanum nu mudivu pannuvaru..."

Thus the guard dragged Deepa all the way upto the living room holding het by her neck, to where Ashok was sitting...staring at the Bluetooth.

Guard : Boss! Antha Bluetooth Intha kedi odathu. Iva garbini mathri nadichu Intha veetukulla vanthu unga secret ellam therinjika paakara...Athuvum iva Namma ethiri Arjun ode thangachi

Ashok : Ivalaaaa...
Ashok looked at the terror stricken Deepa with blood shot eyes.

"Enna dhairyam iruntha, ennaiye yemaathi, en veetukullaye ennode amma sentiment ah use panni nolanju...en vishyathaye therinjikittu...en ethiri kittaye solla paapa..."

"Nee avan thangachi ah. Unnode nalla neramo ennode ketta neramo...Enakku kalaila unna adayalam theriyala. Naa unna paathadhu illa. Aana innime unakku nalla neram over di.
Un Annan avana Romba buthisaali nu nenachu unna spy ah anupi vitrukan la. Avanukku Naa Enna parisu kuduka poren theriyumaaaa....?"

Deepa : Minji pona Enna pannuva...Enna kola pannuva avlothane. Panniko!!
Naa en annan kaga sethu ponnen nu nenachikaren! Aana enniki naalum Avar than jeiparu! Naa irunthalum illainalum!

Ashok : Cha cha, unna kolla laam panna matten chellam. Nee en Veedu thedi vantha guest la. Antha hospitality ah Naa kuduka vendama.
Athunala than unakku maranatha vida periya punishment kudukalam nu mudivu panniten!

Oru ponnu Romba perusa nenaikarthe Avar karpa than. Athunala unnode karpaye illama panni..unna kaalam muluka Enakku adimai ah vechika poren! Unnala engayum poga mudiyathu

Tears rolled down Deepa's eyes. Yet she remembered her brother which gave her some strength in this life or death situation

Ashok dragged her forcibly into one of the rooms after throwing away the Bluetooth and asked the guard to bolt all the doors from inside.
He took her into the room and locked it from inside.

"Nalla pala pala nu than chellam irukka. First atha gavanippomaaa..."

"Ashok! Vendam Ashok! Periya thappu panra Ashok!"

"Thappu panrathu thappu illa ma, athu yarukum theriyama pannanum...!" 👿

Deepa looked at Ashok in horror as he approached her with an acid bottle. He opened the bottle with full force and hurled it at Deepa....

"Aaaahhhh...."
