As a doctor Arjun didn't want to stake 2 lives hence he agreed. However he was worried.

Arjun took a deep breath and prepared himself. But he still couldn't get over his nervousness

Meanwhile roja who had just finished her work, glanced at the time. It was nearly 9:30.

Just as she went out, she realised the situation and came back in. She decided to inform Arjun about staying in the hospital.

When roja entered Arjun's room, she found him in an operation theatre dress prancing around tensed

R: Excuse me doctor

Arjun explained the entire situation to her.

Heading Roja's reassuring words, Arjun felt much better. All the tension seemed to ebb out of his body. He smiled confidently and headed to the ward. Roja followed him closely behind after changing her clothes

When Arjun went near the labour ward, he saw the woman's anxious husband waiting outside.

Husband: Doctor, pls doc, eppdiyavthu Ennode wife and baby ah kaapathunga. Date ku munnadi pain vanthurchu. Yean by theriyala. Romba bayama irukku doctir. Romba vali la thudikira doctor

A: Don't worry sir. Naanga paathukarom

Even though he was worried Arjun didnt show it to the husband as he didn't want him to worry more.
Arjun prayed to God and went inside. Roja followed him and two other nurses followed him.

As soon as Arjun entered the operation theatre, he saw the woman wailing in pain
Immediately he went near her

But a minute later, Arjun realised that he had spoken too soon. He saw that it was no normal case.

The woman's amniotic sac had burst open and the fluid had oozed out. Arjun was shocked!
It meant that the baby was in danger

Immediately he spoke to Dr. Sujatha over his Bluetooth

DS: ARJUN, Neenga romba time waste pannathinga. Immediate ah caesarean pannidunga. Illaina baby will die

Arjun was worried as his problems were growing. Already he was new to this plus now it was an abnormal case. C section meant that the patient needed Anaesthesia but there was no anaesthetist with him.

That's when roja came to his rescue. She immediately ran out and saw something on her phone.
A couple of mins later, she returned. Meanwhile Arjun sent Meena out to receive the signature on the consent form for the C Section

R: Doctor, injection ready ah irukka

A: Ama Roja, epidural injection ready ah irukku. Anaesthetist than illa

R: Doctor, enkitta kudunga. I can do it

A: Neengala?! Roja, Ithu saadharna vishyam illa. Intha injection la thappu nadantha patient coma stage than. Appram police case aayidum

Arjun decided to give it to roja as he didn't want to waste time. Plus he trusted roja and her confident words were contagious. So he took a deep Breath, hoped for the best and handed over the needle to Roja 💉

Roja confidently took the needle, and remembering her fav Lord Muruga, she put the injection on the patient's spine while Arjun and others held the woman

Arjun was amazed at her unwavering confidence and the way she handled the injection professionally like a doctor.

Soon the woman was unconscious.
That's when Arjun began performing the C - Section with Dr. Sujatha's aid from time to time and Roja's help and support in every possible way...After a long struggle they managed to deliver twin babies. The procedure had become complicated because of the oozing out of the amniotic fluid and also because twin babies were premature.

However, when Arjun held one of the premature twins in his hand, he felt so proud and special and that moment, he felt that the struggle was no big deal before this feeling.

Roja held the other twin in her hand, smiling happily with tears in her eyes.
She felt incredibly proud of herself as well as of Arjun and all others.

Amidst it, Roja whispered to Arjun softly in the operation theatre

"WELL DONE SIR"

Arjun whispered back

"YOU TOO, ROJA"

After all, it was team work that had made the seemingly impossible task possible🤝🏼

Dr. Sujata also heaped praises on all of them.

The woman was still unconscious but the family was incredibly grateful to them.  

Roja, Arjun, Meena and all others were so tired that they fell asleep in the hospital itself.

Next morning, at around 7 am, everyone was still sleeping peacefully when they were awakened by something totally unexpected.

A group of policemen stormed into the hospital

"Inga Kavitha gura oru garbini pen ah kola panna muyarchi nadanthu Irukku. Ithukaga naanga Inga ulla chief doctor Arjun ah arrest panrom!"
