Like with Trystan (see #3: Trystan), the two main lines of canon affect Vince differently.

In "The Step Series Canon," Vince was Cassandra's most recent ex-boyfriend... And Trystan's father.

In the other line of canon, Cass did know him beforehand, but never like that. No, instead, I pretended that he was the same person as Marco from the book Rapunzel and the Lost Lagoon.

In all lines of canon, though, he is a jerk who happens to be the older brother to Varian and Viola (see #11: Viola). And, in all versions, people (especially StaFantasia) hate him.
