Katia is the youngest child in the Vatter clan. In fact, she came as a complete surprise to them, born about sixteen years after her older brother (see #7: Byron).

Though she inherited her father's blue theme and her mother's fighting skills, Katia is a generally quiet person, often choosing to curl up to read or write.
