"Jennie!"

Jennie turned around to spot Vanessa trying to catch up to her, blonde shiny hair curled as usual and her makeup caking her face.

"Why didn't you wait for me?" Vanessa asked looking worried

Jennie looked at her with a resting poker face and said "I thought you were going with your other friends, Besides I'm heading to my cousin's house to go to school with her. It's her first day."

Vanessa chuckled "My other friends? they're more like backup friends. Anyways I'm going with you!"

Jennie clenched her fist and said in a serious tone "They care about you, Vanessa. Don't you think you should be nicer to them?"

Vanessa took out her lipstick, "here use this, it'll look gorgeous on you. I don't think you understand, Jennie, they're hanging out with me because of my status, not 'cause they care about me."

"whatever... I don't like using lipstick."

Vanessa and Jennie got into the Aston Martin black car waiting for them. Jennie stayed silent on the whole ride to Yuki's house while Vanessa kept touching up her makeup and hair.

The car finally stopped. Jennie and Vanessa got out and stretched before getting closer to the mansion in front of them.

"Wow, her house is slightly bigger than mine! " Vanessa gasped in shock

"Yeah, you're not always better than everyone." Jennie scoffed before reaching in her pockets to grab her phone

Vanessa looked at her confused "what's that supposed to mean?"

Jennie ignored Vanessa's question and walked in through the silver gates of Yuki's house as Vanessa followed her. The house was quiet their footsteps echoed through the hallway and a sweet scent flowers could be smelt. Jennie went to their house a few times before so she knew the way.

"Stay here. I'll be right back." Jennie demanded coldly

Vanessa angrily stomped her foot and raised her voice, "Jennie! what's wrong with you these days?! Why do you treat me coldheartedly? Why are you hurting me like this..?"

"So you can go around hurting others like it's nothing but you get all upset when it's your turn to get hurt?" Jennie raised an eyebrow

"You're overreacting. You need to let things like that go, why are you bringing this up? It's not my fault they got hurt, I'm an honest person and I say what's on my mind!"

Jennie pursed her lips and spoke, "you call that being honest? I'm trying to help you realize that-"

"what's going on here?"

Jennie turned around and noticed Yuki walking down the stairs with a confused look on her face. Yuki made her way towards the two girls while putting her dark long brown hair into a messy bun.

"You're going to school like that?" Vanessa commented slightly squinting her eyes in disgust

Yuki looked at her then back to Jennie and asked "who is she? and what's wrong with going to school like this? I just showered- wait is it because of the bun?"

Jennie sighed "Don't mind her, she's just my friend. You look good, let's just go."

The three of them got into the car and headed to school.

"Thanks for showing me around, Jennie," Yuki said before pulling Jennie into a tight hug

Vanessa stood there glaring at Yuki then pulled Jennie's arms leaving Yuki confused.

"Back off! It doesn't matter if you're cousins or not, you were never there for her, I was!" Vanessa demanded, her eyes flickering with hatred

"Let go of me."

Will she ever change? Jennie thought. It was true, Vanessa has always been there for Jennie, no one else but Jennie. Jennie loved Vanessa but hated the way she treated people. She never cared about other's feelings she just spoke without thinking about how it would hurt them.

The three of them wandered around the school until they reached their classroom. Vanessa hated the idea of having Yuki in the same class with her and Jennie, She wanted Jennie all to herself even though she knew deep down Jennie was beginning to despise her.

Yuki sat at the back beside the window while Jennie and Vanessa sat on the desks in front of hers.

"Omg, Jennie, that girl named Jisoo or whatever is in our class too. She said she was on a diet she's still fat as a pig!" Vanessa grinned, pointing at the girl with short auburn hair sitting on the other side of the classroom

This idiot doesn't seem to understand that she's hurting people by her words does she? Yuki thought while scribbling on her notebook

"I've had enough!" Jennie snapped making the others in the class turn their heads towards them

Yuki reached out and placed her hand on Jennie's shoulder and calmly asked, "Do you want to sit next to me?" Jennie looked at Yuki with teary eyes and nodded then took the seat next to Yuki.

Vanessa stood up and yelled back "No! You can't sit next to that freak! She just wants to be friends with you because of your status! You're so lame can't you tell I was joking?!"

Yuki stared at Vanessa in shock then excused herself and left the classroom

Freak?

"Ugh, that girl is so dramatic seriously," Vanessa commented then sat back on her seat

"I don't want to deal with you anymore, Vanessa. Think about whatever you wanna say before saying it for once"

Yuki ran into the bathroom's stall and locked herself in there. She felt the panic begin like a cluster of spark plugs in her abdomen. Her mind replaying the last panic attack she had when she was 10. It was all happening again. Her breathing became more and more rapid and shallow. She clasped her hands over her mouth, what's wrong with me? I shouldn't be feeling this way anymore! I cant.. Breathe...

"Yuki! Where are you?!" Jennie yelled as she slammed the girl's bathroom door open

Yuki wasn't as strong as she faked being, and Jennie knew that. She promised that she would be there for Yuki no matter how strong Yuki seemed to be.

"Yuki, I know you're in there. I'm here now and I won't ever leave again."

Yuki took in a deep breath then unlocked the door and pulled Jennie in with her, "You can let it all out now, I locked the bathroom's door so no one would get in." Jennie reassured then pulled Yuki into a hug as Yuki cried hysterically letting everything out.

"Are you sure you're okay? We can go home early if you want." Jennie worriedly said as they walked out of the girl's bathroom

"I'm okay, really!" Yuki reassured,

As they were walking back to class they spotted a crowd of girls circling someone, they both looked at each other and decided to go check it out. Who knows? It might be a celebrity.

"Oh my god! He's coming this way! How do I look?!" a girl with long red curled hair, pulled her friend and squeaked,

Yuki squinted her eyes trying to see who they were fangirling about as the figure moved closer and closer his dark wavy hair covering half of his brown eyes and a serious expression on his face can be seen. He reached out to the two girls standing in the corner of the hallway, Yuki and Jennie.

He smiled, "Welcome back"

oh my god sorry it took a bit longer! I stayed up late to study last night I'm gonna go to sleep now then edit the next chapter as soon as I can to publish it!
