I woke up the next morning, my legs were stiff from the cold. I saw my sister across the cave, I went to get up but noticed the alpha had made a few wolves guard us through the night. I stood up and one of them looked at me, i saw the alpha coming towards me. He growled at me and I put my head lower then his in hopes of not getting bitten, he stopped growling.
"Good female now your sister will wake shortly and when she does we are all going hunting, if you prove yourself to me you will not have many more scars," he said, I whined as he sharply bit my neck. He dragged me over to my sister, I yelped as he bit harder and my sister woke up.
"Good now your awake let's go hunting before I kill one of you," he said, we all followed him to his hunting grounds.we somehow managed to end up at the back of the pack. I nudged my sister, she looked at me.
"Quickly while they are distracted run for those trees," I said pointing my muzzle to a large Thick clump of trees, she nodded. We slowed our pace to a slow walk, when they got far enough ahead we ran. We ran as fast as we could towards the thick forest, I could hear my heart pumping and it felt as though it were going to burst. I could hear the pack running after us, I made sure April was in front of my so I could see where she was. We kept running until the sounds of the pack faded, my eyes widened as I saw another pack up ahead. We tried to stop but slipped and rolled, I rolled into what seemed to be the alpha male. I got off him and helped him up, I put my head down embarrassed.
"I am so sorry," I said, April hid behind me.
"It's ok but why are you going so fast?" He asked, I looked behind us and saw the pack coming. Me and April hid behind the alpha and his pack, when the other pack got near us they were exhausted.
"What are you doing with my females," growled the grey alpha, I snarled at him.
"We are not yours you stupid mutt you forced us to come with you after that you beat us up," I snarled, the brown alpha (the new one guys) started snarling at the grey one.
"I believe the females over you you angry old grump," he said, I nodded at him in thanks.
"Fine keep them but expect me to challenge you for them in spring," the grey alpha said, he ran off his pack following. We followed the new pack towards their den, we were worried he too would attack us but he just said nothing.
