3rd POV:

"She was a strong one that one." A melodic voice calls. The Avengers kneeling by the Stark siblings turn around to see a beautiful woman with snow white hair and piercing blue eyes in a flowing blue dress.

The Wakandan army shifts uncomfortably, not knowing whether to attack the woman yet to not. "Who the hell are you?" Steve snaps. "There is no need to be hostile Steve Rogers, I mean no harm. I'm called Dahlia and I am a messenger." She says.

"Then give your message and go." Pepper snaps. "I assume you all know who I am." She says. "The Cosmic Infinity Stone, yeah, Roni told us about you." Steve says. Everyone else stares at her in shock.

"Yes, and my message to you is that she chose this path. I gave her a choice and she chose to save you all." She tells the group. "If you are some all powerful being, why can't you save her?" James asks. "It is not my place to interfere with or prevent death. Farewell to you all."

With that she is gone in a flash of white light. Everyone turns their eyes back to the Stark siblings. James places Roni's head in his lap. Everyone stands grief stricken. Tony and Roni Stark are special people who have impacted everyone's lives here.

Tony with his brains and Roni with her heart. to lose both siblings today would be a catastrophe. They were Earth's greatest defenders. "Come on Roni, I know you're stronger than this. I know you can't be gone." He whispers to her. "Come back to us, to me."

Roni's POV:

"Veronica Stark." I one my eyes and all I see is black. "Where am I?" I ask aloud. "You are on the border between death and life." The voice says. My eyes widen. "What?" No. I can't be dead. I just can't be.

"You are strong, but not strong enough to survive the full power of the Cosmic Infinity Stone. I am the Creator. You may call me Dravis. You Eva a choice Veronica, you can pass through into the afterlife or you may return." He says. "Why do I get a choice?" I ask.

"Because you have already chosen selflessly. No other host has taken on all of Dahlia's power because they chose their own life over the lives of others." He says. "why about my brother? Is he on the other side?" I ask.

"He is, dear one. You may speak to him if you wish, but do not touch him. Doing so will solidify your place in the afterlife." He says. I nod. suddenly a light appears and not only does my brother appear, but so does Nat. What? She's dead? NO!

I rush forward, quickly reminding myself not to touch them. I haven't made my choice yet. "Nat? Tony?" I ask, tears in my eyes. "Hey V." Nat says. "Sis." "I'm sorry." I choke out. "For what?" Tony asks. "You two are gone and I couldn't stop it. I-I don't know what I'll do without you both."

"V you could not have stopped either of our deaths. You know that. We did what we had to so people could live. You did too, but you now have a choice that we didn't. You can live V." Nat tells me. "I don't know what to do. What do I have worth living for?" I ask.

"We can't tell you what to do, but you have a life in the world of the living. You deserve to live. You are still needed." Nat tells me. I nod. "Ok, I'll live, for you. I'll continue both of your legacies." I tell them. They both smile. "Goodbye V. Make sure to tell Clint it's not his fault."

With that Nat is gone. I cry out a little bit. My big sister is gone. "Roni." I look into the tearful eyes of my big brother. "Yeah?" "Take care of them. All of them." He tells me. "I will. You know I will." I say. "I love you sis. Always have, always will. I'm sorry I didn't get to see you grow up." He says.

"It's because of you that I am who I am." I say. "Be better. Fix the Stark name. We've destroyed it in the past. And Roni?" He asks. "Yeah?" "I love you baby sister." "I love you too big brother." "Let Pepper know I love her too. Tell Morgan I love her 3000." He says. I nod, even though I have no idea who Morgan is. "I will." I say. "Goodbye Roni." "Goodbye Tony."

With that, everything goes black.

3rd POV:

A gasp echos around the battlefield and everyone lets out a sigh or a sob of relief when Veronica Stark opens her eyes and bolts up. She's glowing. James goes to touch her, but gets burned in the process. She floats up from the ground, laying on her back.

Then a flash of white blinds everyone before revealing a very much alive and awake Veronica Stark. She is dressed in an off white and grey flowing gown and her hair is braided to the side. She radiates power. "Roni?" James asks. She looks at the man, tears form in her eyes.

They rush at each other. When they make contact James pulls her into a passionate kiss. When they pull away their foreheads remain together. "I thought you were gone." He says. "I was, but I had a choice. I chose to stay. My time her isn't over." She says. Then she turns to Pepper.

The sister-in-laws embrace. "I saw him. He told me to tell you he loves you and for me to watch over you." Roni says. "I love him too." She sobs. When they pull away Roni is embraced by Wanda. "Don't ever do that to me again. I thought I lost you too." She says.

"I'm right here and I'm not going anywhere." She reassures the. They pull away and Roni continues to go around hugging all her previously dusted friends as well are the ones she fled from five years ago.

Despite Nat and Tony being gone Roni feels a sense of happiness and wholeness, knowing that she has most of her family back. She's whole again.
