It was late in the evening and Poppy and Branch were walking back from King Peppy's pod. Neither of them spoke a word, they were still shocked about the information they had just heard.

"So..." Poppy broke the silence. "What do we do now?" Branch looked up at her, confused.

"What do you mean?" Branch asked.

"Well, we have to do something! There's another troll tribe out there!" Poppy stated.

"Look Poppy, I know you want to do the right thing here, but maybe we should just forget about this Lost tribe." Branch said.

"But Branch, we've been able to reunite all the other types of trolls, what makes this tribe any different?" Poppy responded.

"Didn't you hear your dad?" Branch asked, slightly annoyed. "These trolls are dangerous!" But Poppy wasn't listening. Branch reached out and grabbed Poppy's hands in his. "Poppy! I'll admit that bringing the troll world together was the best thing to ever happen to us, but this time your life could be on the line! These trolls can possess!"

"Well if we make friends with them, they won't want to possess us!" Poppy argued back.

"What if you just can't befriend them?" Branch argued. "What if you risk your life and they can't be changed? Poppy please. I don't want to lose you..." Poppy's eyes went wide. She relaxed her tone and then she wrapped her arms around Branch and hugged him.

"Oh Branch," Poppy said. "You could never lose me." As Poppy hugged him, she spotted something. "What the?" The two trolls broke away from the hug. "Branch?"

"What is it?" Branch asked, Poppy was looking behind him. "Oh is it the scar on my ear? Yeah, I got in a fight with a bird the other day."

"No no, it's not that." Poppy said. "But-" She then leaned in and kissed Branch's ear. "No I mean look at that." Poppy pointed to something on a tree. It was glowing. The two trolls walked over to see what it was. It was a small lizard, it was blue and was shining. "Have you ever seen a lizard like that?"

"Never." Branch replied, amazed. The lizard soon spotted them and freaked out, it jumped off of the tree it was on. The two trolls gasped, ready to catch it. But to their surprise, the lizard transformed into a dragonfly. "Uh....you saw that right?" Branch's eyes went wide.

"Uh...yeah I think so." Poppy admitted. The two trolls were stunned. The dragonfly flew away, leaving a blue-colored mist when it moved. Poppy and Branch followed it, amazed by it's glowing body in the dark. The dragonfly transformed again, into a fox this time. It leapt as it kept moving in the same direction. Finally it jumped into a nearby bush. Poppy and Branch stood dead in their tracks as Branch suddenly heard a voice.

"Shhh get down!" Branch stated as he pulled Poppy to the ground with him.

"Branch what are you-" Poppy asked.

"Shhhh!!" Branch covered her mouth. He perked up his pointy ears. There was a voice coming from the other side of the bush. Branch and Poppy brushed over the leaves to look. The voice belonged to a troll, she was kneeling down to the glowing fox they were following. The troll had pale blue skin with a darker blue color for her hair and the tips of her hair were gray. But unlike most trolls, her hair hung around her shoulders instead of standing tall. She wore an olive-colored skirt with a brown tunic and grayish-green leggings underneath her skirt, she wore a green cape with a hood that hung over her shoulders. She also had a spiral tattoo-like mark down the left side of her face.

"Did you see anything?" The strange troll asked. The fox then transformed into a small orca, as big as the troll's arm. The creature nodded and started squeaking as if it was communicating with the troll. It looked over at Poppy and Branch hiding in the bush. "Who goes there?!" The troll bellowed angrily. "Come on out here!" The small orca let out a small high-pitched growl. Poppy was about to get up when Branch stopped her and put a finger to his lips, indicating to be quiet. The orca suddenly grew, it was now three times the size of the troll. It flew over to the bush and growled even louder this time. Branch and Poppy both shot up out of the bush.

"Okay okay!" Branch cried. The orca flew back to the troll as she approached Branch and Poppy and it remained by the troll's side.

"Are you spying on me?" The troll asked angrily.

"No! Honest!" Poppy gulped. "We just saw your ghost creature and followed it!" The troll retreated slightly.

"Okay?" The troll was confused. The orca suddenly transformed again into a wisp and disappeared into a necklace that the troll was wearing around her neck.

"Who are you?" Poppy asked.

"Depends who's asking." The troll responded.

"I'm Queen Poppy of the Pop Trolls!" Poppy introduced herself, then she pointed to Branch. "And this is Branch."

"And you're pop trolls?" The troll asked. She circled Poppy and Branch, looking them up and down, all over. "You kinda look like me. But not as intimidating as I imagined." The troll continued to circle the two trolls, looking at them suspiciously. "Are you sure you're not gonna harm me?"

"Of course not, why would we do that?" Poppy replied.

"Doesn't matter." The troll said.

"Anyway, do you think you could do that thing with the little creature again?" Poppy asked.

"You mean my guardian?" The troll asked. She placed a hand on her circle-shaped necklace and it started to glow, the small orca creature appeared as it shined bright. Branch and Poppy stared at it in awe. "Her name is Echo."

Poppy reached out her hand and Echo flew around it, rubbing her small body against her arm, she then dropped down into Poppy's hands, fitting in her palms.

"Her skin feels like water vapor." Poppy said in awe. Echo then jumped up and flew around Branch's torso which tickled him, he shook and used his hands to shoo her away and she flew over to the troll and landed in her hands. "She's amazing!" Poppy said.

"It's like you guys have never seen a guardian before!" The troll said. Branch's face suddenly dropped as he thought.

"Wait!" Branch said. "A ghost-like creature that is bonded to you?" Branch's eyes went wide as he pulled Poppy aside. "Poppy! That's a Lost troll!"

"Wait wha-" The troll was confused. "What do you me-" Branch lashed out his hair like a whip.

"Stay back!" Branch roared. "You're not gonna posses us on my watch!" He whipped his hair at the troll which made her stumble back.

"Branch stop!" Poppy tried to intervene, but Branch stood in front of her to protect her. Suddenly Echo grew three times Branch's size and stood over him letting out a roar. Branch felt himself tremble as he looked up at the orca, but he tried his best to hide it. The troll stood underneath Echo.

"She can hurt you! She's here to protect me." The troll said. "If I were you I'd stand down!" Branch stared at her, with a stern look on his face. The troll put a hand against Echo's side, she shrunk back down and disappeared into the necklace again. "There. I put down my defense, now you do the same!" Branch still stared at her, but after a while he retreated and stood down.

"So you're not gonna possess us?" Branch asked, warily.

"Possess you?" The troll asked, confused. "I don't even know how to do that! Do you seriously think I'm some kind of evil being or something?" Branch shook his head.

"Look, I'm sorry about that." Poppy apologized. "It's just my dad told us about a tribe called the Lost Trolls, and they sound pretty dangerous." The troll looked down.

"Are you a Lost Troll?" Branch asked. The troll sighed.

"Yes. Yes I am." The troll admitted. "What else did your dad say about us?" Before Poppy or Branch could respond, voices were heard coming their way. Branch peered over the bush to see who it was.

"It's Biggie, Smidge and Guy Diamond!" Branch whispered back. Poppy turned back to the troll, only to find that she was gone.

"What the? Where did she go?" Poppy asked. Biggie, Smidge and Guy approached them. "Oh hey guys! What are you doing out here?"

"I think we might ask you the same question." Smidge said.

"We heard a strange roaring-like noise, what was it?" Biggie asked. Poppy hesitated as she caught sight of the troll, who was hiding in a hole dug at the base of a tree. She poked her head out but didn't say a word, she just shook her head with a worried look on her face.

"Oh it was just a Growl Beast in the distance, nothing too bad." Poppy lied. Branch looked at her, confused.

"Wait what about the tr-" Branch started before Poppy elbowed him. "Ow!"

"What was that, Branch?" Biggie asked.

"H-he was just talking about the tr-tr-trail!" Poppy exclaimed. "We found a cool trail that we could explore tomorrow!"

"A cool trail?" Guy asked. Tiny Diamond popped out of his dad's hair.

"You mean adventure?" Tiny asked excitedly. "Can we go with you?"

"Uhh...sure!" Poppy hesitated. "Anyways, we'll be coming back soon so we'll see you back at the village!"

"Okay, bye Poppy! Bye Branch!" Biggie waved. Once Branch and Poppy made sure that they were gone, Poppy went over to the tree stump where the troll was hiding. "Why did you hide?"

"They can't know about me." The troll whispered.

"But we know about you." Branch said.

"Yeah, but I didn't have much of a choice with you two!" She replied. Branch and Poppy looked at her with confused and dry expressions. "Look, you just can't tell anyone about me for now, okay?"

"But-" Poppy started.

"Poppy please! Just promise me!" The troll begged.

"Well okay." Poppy said. "Will we see you again?"

"If you come back here, definitely." The troll assured. Poppy nodded as she and Branch turned away and walked away from her before stopping.

"Can we get your name at least?" Poppy asked. The troll looked up at her with Echo on her shoulder.

"It's Aria." She replied as she smiled at them. Poppy smiled back.

"Your secret is safe with us, Aria." Poppy assured her.
