(Hiccup is still 9)

Hiccups POV

I walked thru the forest, dragon hunting starts in 2 days, Urgh. I continue walking when I felt the earth shake, I fell to the ground "EARTH" I yelled as the ground stopped shaking, I sighed and stood up only to see a trail of rocks, 'Did Earth do this' I thought as I followed the rocks,  I soon reached a cove, it was beautiful. I saw a scale on the ground and picked it up "This is stupid" I mumbled as I looked up then all of a sudden a black figure shot up "Ahhh" I yelped as I dropped the scale and fell back but caught myself, I got up and crawled to the opening to find the very Night Fury in the cove. I quickly took out my notebook and drew the black dragon, the dragon tried flying again but fell to the floor "Why don't you just fly away" I mumble as I look at the dragon again to get my answer, I looked at my drawing and smudged a tail fin away, I sighed and closed my book and tucked it in a vest, my hand dropped to the ground as my pencil fell out of my hand "Gah!" I whispered yelled as I tried to get my pencil but fail as I slipped and fell, I closed my eyes bracing for impacted as I hit something, not the ground but something soft. I opened my eyes and slid off whatever caught me, I looked up to see the Night Fury in front of me "Woah" I said as I backed away then froze "You caught me?" I asked "Of course, you didn't kill me and you're a hatchling plus I didn't want you to get hurt" the dragon replied "WHAT THE" I yelled "What? Did I do something wrong?" He asked "No, you spoked to me" I replied still shocked, the Night Fury looked shocked too "You can understand me, but...only the- OMG ITS YOU!" the dragon said before bowing down "What the" I mumble, the dragon got up "Hello young elemental master" the dragon said "WHAT, YOUNG ELEMENTAL MASTER?" I exclaim, the dragon nodded "Whats your name?" he asked "Uhh, H-hiccup" I replied "Well nice to meet you Hiccup, I'm uh I don't have a name" He said "You don't have a name! I'll give you one, hmmm let me think" I said as I looked at the dragon and saw he had no teeth "Toothless!" I said "Toothless? Hmmm I like it" Toothless replied "Well Toothless, you and I are going to be great friends," I said as Toothless gave me a gummy smile
