ok! So here's the majority of his design!

Don't get too attached to it though XD No way am I going to redraw him a thousand times he's too complicated (I'm too lazy to redraw the bolts on his frame-)

But I hope I captured the following: Modern frame, Steampunk design, and Levitation incorporated into the design.

Also the hat is part of his head yes (it can swivel and tip around however)
