The Jewel Crowners

What you are seeing in front of you is a ghost with a hard "jewel crown" as its main power source.

These guys live on pure water and belief. Unlike the Third Eyes, they dominate the present. They can control energy flow and kinetic energy and such.

Also they are really hardcore believers. Nonbeliever a are shunned in the Jewel Crowners because belief is everything. It's their power. Without it and pure water you are nothing.

Also they are faceless.

Because faceless characters are on the list of cool character designs
