THE LIGHT IN THEIR EYES HAD DIMMED A LONG TIME AGO, YET FOR ONLY REASONS THAT THE COUPLE KNEW IT TRULY WAS THE END AND NO MATTER WHAT THEY TRIED THERE WAS NO STOPPING IT. To think that all the memories they shared and the love that had changed both of them wasn't strong enough to fight off the girls past demon's. Now it seemed silly to think anything could stop something so powerful that it had turned Aurora's pure soul into a corrupted one, but you couldn't blame them for trying everything they could after all they were only young fools in love that knew it would end in tragedy. For them even knowing every touch could be their last was at least the closest thing to closure they could have. Time could be many things but one thing it couldn't do was turn back the clock. They knew this even as they stared at each other with sadness present in their expressions.

" I-I can't do this Rora, I know I have to do this but I simply can't force myself to." Remus stated looking down at his wand  before looking at his girlfriend to see her fighting a battle with her darkness.

" Remus, stop thinking logically it will do you no good right now! I can't control this anymore if you don't do this who knows how many of our friends and innocent people I will hurt."

" You've said that before and we were able to stop you then so why can't we try again? " He questioned.

" Because it's grown faster, at that time it only covered a small region now it's only a few days away from completly taking me over, but you know this. In fact you made the same argument last time the only difference now is we both know that I not leaving this room alive. " Aurora responded.

" Rora don't, I know exactly what you're suggesting and I'm begging you don't! " Remus yelled.

" If it's the only way to make you end this then so be it!" Aurora yelled back before letting the darkness completely take her over leaving what she feared most left in its place.

Her eyes that were once a golden brown, were now an eary dark pinkish red that for the color  it was looked completely lifeless, just like smile that held its place.

" That's better, I don't know why she didn't full let take over sooner. " Aurora said or more like what Remus called Her Darkness said because that was not his girlfriend standing in front of him anymore it was something much darker.

The darkness chuckled having heard his thoughts," Finally he gets it. "

Before he could even respond his thoughts betrayed him," Maybe if I do the spell quick enough-."

" And there you go once again, for Merlin's sake I was willingly going to let you finish this but now I'll simply torture you with the thought of knowing she never got to say a final I love you or how even right now as we speak she is screaming at you to not break her promise."

" Don't you dare talk about her." He growled, all his once calm control was starting to ware thinner by the second.

" Why not I'm basically her now at least her true self that she hide from anyone. But you know this already. " The darkness replied.

" You are nothing like her. True self? Try again more like the only reason she let you take over for the possibility that I would lose my temper and end this once and for all. " Remus stated.

" Remus darling stop this annoying back and forth, and point your wand at my heart. We have done this enough to know that you already know that spell by heart. "

" Rora." He whispered while her darkness continued to talk not paying much attention to the werewolf as he finally made up his mind to do the spell ending this for once and for all.
