Before i start i just wanna tell u all 3 things-
1- i changed to lung cancer cz someone had already written a writeup on neelamaa having breast cancer& that our technical stuff cud vary alot
2- im ignoring all the medical terms& ways of treatments- as it often goes unnoticed& needs lot of research as well so im only focussing on how AvNeil face this together &turn out stronger or probably not
3- this is d final part of the series

N-doc also states that tho it is a critical state,yr chances of survival are more cz of yr pretty well- maintained health
Tho these words did give some hope to a lost& half dead avni, she asked neil-par kitne saal neil?

These words of avni hit neil like daggers but he somehow composed himself &said-
N-we cant loose hope avni agar hum hi toot jayenge toh gharwalo ko kon sambhalega?
Avni's eyes instantly widened in fear& she asked-
A-tum gharwalo ko abhi btane wale ho kya? In a terrified tone
N-no way jabtak final results nahi aa jate tab tak hum ye kisiko nahi bta sakte
Kisi ko bhi nhi- he said, putting pressure on the last line
Avni nodded in a yes
Suddenly an idea struck neil to bring avni out of her shocked &lost state
N-accha i have an idea
A-kesa idea?
N-we have 7days in hand so we can make them special& memorable
A-how?
N-tom evening when i return from the station, i want a list of 7things u wanted to do since childhood but cudnt (courtesy- her bitter past) no matter how weird or childish they are
A-neil tho its a great idea& im overwhelmed by yr efforts to cheer me up but it sounds so weird. Im doubtful i ll be able to think of such7 things or not
N-wifey, jabtak try nhi krogi tab tak pta kese chlega k the idea worked or not but rn we shud better doze off to sleep

Soon AvNeil slept off in each others embrace- avni's head sank in neil's chest(she was still sobbing &neil was caressing her- running his hand down her hair with his other hand around her shoulder/arm

Next day-

The day went as usual& tho avni was broken beyond repair, she was successful in staying normal in front of bebe prakash &shweta while taking her medicines on time-metioning them to be anti-stress pills so that they dont grow suspicious of her

In the evening-

Neil came home,they had their dinner wid normal chit chatting & soon everyone went to bed while AvNeil were still awake & neil asked for the list which avni somehow managed to make
Neil read the list during which avni stated that its just not necessary to do these stupid things but neil ignored it all
The list was like this-

Neil cudnt think of a sol so he thought that retiring to bed ll be better, for the moment at least

Next morning-

Everyone had breakfast &then returned to their respective jobs

Early afternoon, at police station-

Neil was staring at a framed photo of him wid avni kept on his desk

refreshing their old memories, while simultaneously staring at the paper which had avnis wish written on it when suddenly something struck his mind &he took his keys, telling dd to take care of the work& dd followed suit

At khanna house-

Neil reached home& asked bebe& shweta if he cud take avni on a lunch date& that they wont return before midnight& that their questions ll be answered once they come back home
Bebe& shweta agreed, tho lil surprised &on hearing that they wont return b4 midnight, shweta& bebe quickly packed few snacks in a basket for them to munch on their way)
After exiting home-
A-arre but kaha?
N-tum bas chalo
Avni sat on the passenger seat while neil on the driving seat& drove off

It was evening& neil was still driving
A-neil men kabse puchri hu k hum kaha jare h but tum ho k koi jawab hi nhi dere
N- patience wifey, patience
Tumne wo kahawat nhi suni- patience yeilds sweet fruits? Neil said while he blinked an eye😉😉😉😉😉 while avni gave him an annoyed look😒😒😒😒

It was evening& while munching on the snacks occasionally &after driving for around 2.5-3 hrs, when they were almost near their destination, neil blindfolded avni
A-neil ab ye kya h? Pehle tumne muje ye nhi btaya k hum kaha jare h& ab ye patti baand di h
N-bas thodi der aur wifey

Soon they reached their destination& neil told avni to get off
She got off& he removed blindfold

They were at Durshet- its a place on the outskirts of mumbai which is set amist 35 acres of private teak forest against the magnificent sayhadhri range wid river amba presenting a sanctuary for treckers& birdwatchers (sorry cudnt get much info abt i the place)

Avni was awestruck by the scene in front of her
It was freaking beautiful!

N-tumhari wish thi na k tumhe do diff places p hona h at the same tym?
Ab tumhara ek pair Mumbai men h& dusra Durshet men (their was a concrete signboard nearby which read- mumbai 95 kms)
wo bhi ek khoobsurat sunset k saamne
Avni's eyes were swelled up wid tears she enjoyed the scenery in front of her for a moment & then turned to neil
N-avni tum ro kyu rhi ho-he asked while wiping her tears from his thumbs
Avni took him in a bone crushing hug & said-tumne itna effort kia wo bhi meri ek stupid si wish k liye? Mene toh aise hi keh dia tha
N-avni, i want to make the next7 days the most memorable days of my life-of our life
Avni hugged him again &they shared a passionate kiss they spent some more tym there admiring the cool& calm atmosphere around, sitting on the cars bonet& then drove back home

Next morning@ khanna house-

While having breakfast, AvNeil had to answer babe& shwetas questions abt how they took more than midnight on their "lunch date"
While AvNeil just blushed

At the station-

Neil aked the commissioner if he cud take an entire week off

C-it not abt wheather i can grant u leave for a week or not- its abt that everything ok at home?
N-yes sir. Its just that its being way too long since i spent some more tym wid my fam- especially avni& neilansh
Commissioner thot for a while& then said-
C- ummm
N-sir if i cant get a weeks leave its ok
I fully u/d my duty& responsibilities
C-no neil, keeping yr past record in mind, i ll grant u a weeks leave

Neils happiness knew no bounds he thanked the commissioner &left for home

Back@ khanna house-

Everyone was happy to see neil back home early tho expecting it to be just for lunch

Bebe- Mmm..... lagta h tuje phirse apni votti ko "lunch date" p leke jana h& humare permission lene aya h, bebe teased neil
N-nahi. Infact, app sab fatafat packing shuru kriye

N- Relax mene commissioner sir s permission leli h& muje ek week ka off milgya h& phir neilansh ka bhi toh summer break chalra h, right tiger?😉😋😎 Neil said, pointing towards neilansh

Avni's eyes widened with happiness- neil purposely chose durshet cz he knew how happy avni was yest
N-toh jaldi kareye cz hume aaj raat ko hi nikalna padega

Everyone started off wid packing while avni stared at neil wid emotional &awestruck eyes
N-mene kaha tha na-men ye 7 din hmesha k liye kaid krna chahta hu
AvNeil shared a hug which was broken by a fake cough of bebe

Bebe-agar tum dono ka romance hogya ho toh teri biwi ko le jau?
Usne abhi packing shuru bhi nhi kri h

Avni left wid bebe while neil stared at her romantically

They left for durshet late@ night& reached by next morning
They checked into a nearby longe

Prakash& shweta checked in 1 room& AvNeil checked into another while bebe checked in wid neilansh after checking in, everyone went for a quick shower& around an hr later, everyone met at d breakfast table& decided on the places to visit &the cuisines to try out

After breakfast,they all went for siteseeing& clicked pics

At night after dinner neilansh slept off in bebe's room which gave neil the full chance to make their first night@ durshet most special& romantically memorable😏😏😏

Neil entered their room while avni was setting the bed
Neil walked towards the door& latched it which surprised avni
A-neil, what r u upto?
Neil didnt say anything &just moved towards avni while she tuk steps backwards only to reach the wall

Neil left no air between them& they cud feel eachother breath
Neil placed a soft kiss on avni's lip& then on her neck& shoulder & she reciprocated by giving him soft bites
They shared an eyelock
He picked her in bridal style &moved towards the bed &laid her down, w/t breaking the eyelock
Neil unzipped avni's nightgown & ran his hand down her bare shoulders &arms, interwinig their fingers
Avni removed neil's tee& ran her hand on his bare chest

Soon things turned horny& lead to a full fledged makeout session- leading AvNeil to their own world of paradise😍😍😍

Avni spent the next5-6 days fully wid her fam, neil& neilansh& they returned Mumbai on their 7th day of trip, on which avni's reports were abt to come

They all reached home by mid afternoon &retired to bed for a few hrs after which neil left for police station

In the evening​ he came back wid avni's reports while avni waited wid baited breath

Avni tried signaling to neil but he ignored
This went on during dinner as well

Finally when everyone was going to bed,
AvNeil in their room-

Neil entered& started making the bed to sleep when avni came& kinda slammed the door which shook neil
A (extremely anngry)- shaam se puche jari hu k results kya h-na report dekhne dere ho na koi jawaab dere ho
Kya likha h reports men?
N (in an upsetting/low tone)- jab kuch kehne ko bacha hi nahi h toh jawaab kya du
A (in trembling tone)- kkkya mmatllab h ttumharrra?
N-avni tumhari reports positive.....
These words of neil shook avni to the core& she went numb as if a statue
N- nahi hai!
A- huh?
N-reports positive nahi h
Tumhe lung cancer nhi h!!! Neil said, wid tears of happiness running down his eyes
A-tttum sach keh rhe ho?
N(in an annoyed tone)- my tubelight wifey, tumhe kya lagta h- men tumse kabhi jhoot bolunga, wo bhi itna bada?
Avni gave a pat on his shoulder,as if in anger& then embraced him in a bone crushing hug

They sealed the news wid a passionate kiss, after7 long days finallly the clouds of fear& worry had gone from there heads

AvNeil (in a chorus)- gharwalo ko subha bta denge
Saying this, they ended in huge bouts of laughter
Neil was so happy to see avni laughing her heart out after such long tym
Next morning at first everyone was shocked to know the news but later heived a sigh of relief on hearing that the reports were negative
