DARKFANG

" I found you again!" Starnight states in excitement. 

Sure this game was my favorite when I was younger. But i'm too old for this now. And it's not exactly fair when this over grown hatching is not only elemental but is also telekinetic. I'm about ready to be done baby sitting, i'm just on the verge of deciding to hide more cleverly then ever before. I'd just disappear. Literally. 

" Okay Starnight why don't we-... Starnight?" 

He is now standing directly across from me while crouching down. A different glint in his eye. 

" We're going to play again aren't we?" He says with a slight growl. 

" Starnight," I warn taking a few steps back in caution.

TOOTHLESS

The one with the dragon's scar tis paired with the Darkest Flame.

 One shall fall as one shall rein. 

Rise as one, to sacrifice the rain. 

I glance up at the tree's who seem to be speaking before returning to helping Hiccup. I can't loose him. Never. I'd never forgive myself If I let him die. I promised I'd never leave him. 

The Iris of the guardian is who you seek, 

Be wise and bring to them the weak,

Never let an Alpha die, for he is one you seek

" Stop that!" I yell at the voice. What else could it be. 

" I'm just trying to stop the bleeding," 

I look up at my son who is giving me an alarmed look. I'd always hoped that my two children would never notice the second voice in my mind. I don't think they have. It must be protected somehow. 

" Twilight," I careful try to remove a chunk of fabric from Hiccup's clothing without hurting him further. " Tie this around the largest wounds on his legs and arm as best you can." I say  moving to get things out of the way.  

The one with the dragons scar. Hiccup. The iris of the guardian is who you seek. 

" Skyress," Both me and the voice say in union. 

" Twilight, move" I say sharply as I gently pic up my rider in my front paws. Oh thank Thor for giving me large wings. " Bring me to your sister,"

" Dad you won't get there in time. He's already lost too much blood."

" Twilight, there is more than just one way to fly quickly. Maybe not like your sister, but close enough. Now pull that lever down on the gear control on. Let's just hope this works" I say watching as Twilight pulls down the rod on HIccup's controls

NIGHTSTAR

" They should be here by now," Bolt says pacing back and forth.

" They probably just are a little behind. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about." Nightholly responds. Our mother has always been an expert at hiding her true thoughts and emotions, But even Darkfang would be able to figure out our mother was lying for our own good. 

After another hour I curl up in the soft grass. Enjoying the sun warming my black scales. Enjoying the calm before the storm. 

" I see them!" 

I open my eyes slowly looking up at who spoke. I don't see anything though being my kin, Darklight is curled up beside me.  

" Good Odin what happened?" 

" I don't know we found him like this."

" Where's Darkfang?"

I sit up in confusion. What are they talking about? I regret sitting up after seeing the bloody sight in front of me.

" I'm not sure I can fix all this," Skyress says in a voice close to panic. 

" Skyress please just help him," My father says in a voice i've never heard from him before. It was desperate. " Don't let him die,"

" But I-"

" Move" I say jumping over Darklight's still sleeping body. I push Skyress aside. 

Gods please don't let this turn out like it did before with Sapphira.

The goes quiet to me as I start to perform the painful action. The streaks of green in my scales feel like they are starting to evaporate off. But they almost are as green mist starts to flow off of me towards the injured Hiccup. He is barely alive, in his last few seconds before being lost to us forever. Electrical; currents threaten to force me into a deep sleep as I continue to try and give Hiccup back the chance of life.  

I don't comprehend how much time has passed before I collapsed to the ground.
