Y/n's POV

Laughing slightly, I flipped the page of the book I was reading.

"What page you at?" Shiro grunts, going through his pushups. We were both dressed in our armor, waiting for something to happen.

"285." I say, reading. "What number are you at?"

"93." He grunts, doing another pushup. "Make that 94. What's your book about?"

"Well, there's this boy who finds out he's a wizard and h..." Alarms cut me off. I tumble off of Shiro's back and run out of the room, with Shiro on my heels. We had been in the middle of Shiro's daily workout. Before he had left for Kerberos, I would act as his 'weights', allowing him to use my weight instead of going to the gym. It was easier for him to do, and it allowed us to bond. Often times, I would lounge on his back or in his arms as he did pushups, squats, and such.

"Everybody up! Zarkon's attacking!" Allura's voice shouts over the loudspeakers. "The Castle's about to be destroyed! Go, go, go! We need Voltron now! We can't survive much longer!" I give Shiro a confused look as we run to the control room.

"Oh, no! Allura is dead! Aw, it's horrible! Her head fell off! Wait! What? Her severed head is trying to speak to me! What is it, Allura's head? What are your final words?" Coran's voice takes over the loudspeakers. I burst into the control room and find him rolling dramatically on the floor, Allura staring at him in confusion, with head intact. I chuckle as he continues.

"Coran." Allura says, looking at the Altean.

"Oh, yes, Princess. I'm listening." He says to the floor.

"It's over." She says, but Coran takes it farther.

"Oh, I know! If only Voltron had been formed." He looks up and sees us standing there. He quickly stands up. "Oh! Time!" I chuckle.

"I guess this isn't an actual attack." Shiro states.

"And it's a good thing it wasn't because it took you...Coran?" Allura says.

"75 degrees!" The man shouts. "Oh, sorry. No, this is a meat thermometer." I laugh at Coran's mistake.

"However long it was, it was too long. You must always be ready to do battle with Zarkon. Look at you! Only Shiro and Y/n are in uniform. Keith, Pidge, Hunk, where are your bayards? And where is Lance?" She says. I scan the group. Hunk was still in his pajamas, but Pidge and Keith looked at if they hadn't been up long. Lance was nowhere to be seen. The door opens behind us, and the Blue Paladin steps in.

""Good morning, everybody. What's going on?" Lance yawns, a cup in his hand. His face was unusually shiny. I had a sneaking suspicion on what he had been doing.

"Coran and I have been up for hours, getting the Castle back in order. We had to run a test on the alarms, and we decided to test you as well. Guess which one failed." Allura explains.

"Hey! You got to sleep for 10,000 years, man. Monday night, I was on Earth. Now, I've flown through space, fought some evil alien named Zarkon, eaten goo in some weird castle. That's a lot to process in, uh...I-I don't know. What day is today?" Hunk states.

"It's the third quintant of the Spicolian movement. Hump Day!" Coran says.

"It's a lot to process." Hunk finishes.

"You must understand the stakes of our mission. Over the last 10,000 years, the Castle picked up distress beacons from the following locations." A giant map appears once more. "So, we have to assume that Zarkon has conquered almost the entire known universe. Earth is here. An attack on your planet is inevitable." Allura says.

"Oh, no." I mumble.

"Exactly. Our mission is to free all those planets. Coran and I are getting the Castle ready to leave Arus. During that time, you have to learn to form Voltron, so we can begin fighting Zarkon." Allura finishes.

"The Princess is right. Let's get to our Lions and start training." Shiro orders.

"What. But I want to talk to the prisoners we rescued from the Galra ship." Pidge says.

"Ah, negative, Number Six! I have you ranked by height, okay?" Coran says. I look around the group. I'm taller than Pidge, but shorter than Keith, so I'm...Number Five? I look back at Coran as he continues.

"The prisoners need to remain in the cryo-replenishers until tomorrow." He finishes. Pidge pouts.

"That's right. Now, get to your Lions." Allura commands.

I ran to my entrance. I jump up, grabbing the handle that hung from the ceiling, and zip-line down to my hovercraft. I drive to the hangar, where the Orange Lion stands. She purrs when I near her. Smiling, I hop in, grabbing the controls. I fly my Lion out of the Castle. I was the first out. I wait for the others. Soon, everyone was out, but the Yellow Lion was missing still.

"...Should someone go in after him?" Lance asks. The Yellow Lion appears.

"Hi, guys. Sorry everybody. Seriously, though, can't they park these things, like, a little closer to the bridge?" Hunk's voice comes over the intercoms. I laugh at him.

"All right, guys. Let's just fly in tight formation until we're totally in sync." Shiro commands. I fly up to my position, which was being the tail of the formation. I flew behind Lance and Hunk, centered in the formation. Allura's voice comes over.

"Feel your bond with your Lions and your fellow pilots until six become one unit and you form Voltron." She states.

"Yeah!" Everyone shouts as we fly.

"Yeah!" We still fly. Nothing happens.

"Yeah."

"Yay." Everyone says weakly. Nothing had happened.

"Woo. Am I the only one who's pretending to be excited?" Hunk asks.

"Clearly, this isn't working. Let's set down for a bit." Shiro orders. I sigh in relief and frustration.

"Maybe we should be building Voltron from the ground up." Keith suggests as the Red Lion sets down next to my Lion.

"What do you mean?" Shiro asks.

"I mean, let's try literally building Voltron, like, stacking on top of each other." He explains.

"Like a cheerleader pyramid?" I laugh at Lance's reference.

"You got a better idea?" Keith asks Lance.

"I see what you mean, Keith. Let's try it." I say.

"It's worth a try." Shiro says. We start trying to stack. Ok, more like they tried to stack. I stood off to the side, trying to hold in a laugh. I pace the Orange Lion in front of the pyramid. The Green and Blue Lions were on the ground. The Red Lion stood across their shoulders. The Black Lion had its back legs on the Blue and Green Lions backs, and its front legs on top of the Red Lion. The Yellow Lion was perched carefully on the wings of the Black Lion.

"...Hunk, what are you doing?" Shiro's confused voice comes over the intercoms.

"What do you mean?" He asks.

"You're supposed to be the leg. Over there." Shiro says, trying not to sound agitated.

"What? No, no, no, no. I'm pretty sure that when we did it last time, I was the head. Right?" Hunk states.

"You yelled, 'I'm a leg!' Lance points out. I try not to laugh.

"Yeah, I was yelling a lot of things." Hunk states.

"Shiro's the head." Keith says, annoyed.

"All the time?" I could practically see Hunk's pouting face.

"Let's just try it my way for now." Shiro suggests.

"Okay, but next time I call head." Hunk says. The Lions rearrange. The Blue and Yellow Lions take their place on the ground, the Red Lion atop the Yellow Lion, and the Green Lion atop the Blue Lion.

"Okay. Arms and legs...and I'll form the head." The Black Lion gently sets itself upon the backs of the Green and Red Lions. "Feel the bonds with your Lions. Now, channel your energy into forming Voltron. Focus. Focus." A slight pause fills the air. Shiro speaks again. "Is everyone bonding and focusing?"

"Why was this so much easier before?" Lance asks, frustrated. I try not to laugh.

"Let's take a break." Shiro sighs.

"Sorry to interrupt, but I may be able to help. Yesterday, you weren't able to form Voltron until you were in the heat of battle." Allura suddenly says.

"What are you saying?" I ask as everyone agrees.

"Perfect. Because I need to run a diagnostic test on all the Castle's defenses. This should help!" Suddenly, the Castle started firing on us. Yelping, I quickly dodge the assault.

"Okay, whoa, whoa!" The Blue Lion almost runs into my Lion, dodging the lasers.

"Allura, what are you doing?!" I shout. Her face pops up on my screen, happy as ever.

"Running a diagnostic test on the Castle's defenses and inspiring you! I believe in you, Paladins! Let fear be your guide! Form Voltron!" She disappears. I look up and yelp, dodging the Green Lion.

"Sorry, Y/n!" Pidge shouts.

"Forget this! I'm heading back to the Castle!" I watch as the Blue Lion turns to run back, only to run into the Castle's particle barrier.

"Please stop! Please! Have mercy on us!" Hunk pleads.

"You think Zarkon is going to have mercy on you? He's probably on his way right now to destroy us all!" Allura states. I yelp as the Castle trains several of its guns on me. I race across the ground, dodging the lasers. They keep coming.

-time lapse-

Sighing, I lie on the couch, staring up at the ceiling. My braided hair dangled on the side of the couch. The others were sitting on the couch as well, everyone sitting up except Lance and me.

"You did it! You formed Voltron!" Allura exclaims. I look up to see that she had entered the room. Sighing, I lay my head back down.

"No. The shooting stopped and the particle barrier shut down, so we just flew in." Keith explains.

"What?" Allura looks surprised.

"Oh, right. Uh, sorry, Princess. I had to turn off the Castle defenses to test the fire suppressors." Coran admits. Shiro appears.

"What are you guys doing in here? We're not taking a break." I groan at Shiro's statement.

"We've been training. When are we going back to Earth?" Hunk says.

"I'm not going back until I find my family." Pidge states.

"Guys, there won't be an Earth if we don't figure out how to fight Zarkon." Shiro comments.

"How are we going to fight? We can't even figure out how to form Voltron." Lance sighs.

"Well, I'm not surprised. You know, the original Paladins fought hundreds of battles together, side-by-side. They were like a pack of yalmors linked at the ears." Coran says.

"Wow. Yeah, that's definitely not us." Lance says, leaning back.

"Well, it could be." I comment.

"During the last attack, your survival instincts forced you to work as a team, but that will only get you so far. You'll have to become a real team to have any chance of forming Voltron, and then beating Zarkon next time. You should try working out on the training deck." Coran says.

"There's a training deck?" Hunk sits up, curious. Coran takes us there. He sets us up, then disappears. His voice echoes throughout the room minutes later.

"Two, two, one, two. Okay, listen up, guys. The Paladin Code demands you put your team members' safety above your own." Coran starts. "A swarm of drones is about to attack."

"Uh, did I hear him right?" I look at Pidge, who shrugs.

"It's up to each of you to do everything you can to protect the other members of your team." Coran explains.

"Wait, wait, wait. What's going on?" Hunk asks, worried. Suddenly, a blue shield appears on my arm. "Whoa. Did you guys get one of these?" I look around at Hunk's question. Sure enough, everyone has one.

"Get ready." Shiro orders. I get down, bending my knees and holding my shield out in front. The drones appear, and start firing. I hear a scream, and Pidge disappears from my side. I hear Hunk scream, then he's gone as well.

"Protect your teammates, or no one will be there to protect you!" Coran encourages, even though it doesn't help. "Time to increase intensity." The drones around us pick up speed and firing speed. I feel the others close in around me, blocking my back.

"You keeping up over there, Keith?" Lance asks.

"Just concentrate on keeping me safe." Keith shouts.

"Me? I own this drill. You're the one who needs to concentrate." Lance shouts back. Keith suddenly screams, and I feel him disappear. I hear Lance trying to keep us safe, but he's soon gone as well. I try to get close to Shiro, but he gets shot before I can reach him. I block a few laser shots before one hits me in the gut. I go flying back, landing with a thud onto the floor. A piece of the flooring opens and I drop below, landing on someone, but I couldn't see who. It was really dark. A light appears above us, and Coran's face fills the gap, staring down at us. I look down and realize that I had landed in Keith's lap. Blushing, I scramble up, only to trip over Hunk's leg and land in Lance's lap. He smirks at my flushed face, but I'm pulled up before he can say anything. I look up at my savior, who had been Keith.

"Thanks." I whisper.

"Anytime." He says, smiling. I blush, but quickly cover it. Coran takes us to the next exercise. This one turned out to be a giant maze. Lance is the first one up.

"To form Voltron, you must trust in each other. This ancient Paladin maze will teach you that trust. Your teammate can see the walls, but you cannot. So, listen carefully. If you touch the walls, you'll get a slight shock." Coran explains.

"Wait. Who's guiding me through?" Lance asks after putting on his helmet.

"Take two steps forward." Keith says.

"Oh, no. Not Keith. Why does he get to be the man on the mic?" Lance complains. I chuckle at his childishness.

"Now, just sit tight. You'll get your turn." Coran says.

"Like I said, take two steps forward, turn right, and take three steps that direction." Keith instructs. Groaning, Lance marches forward, only to run into one of the walls. He screams when the shock is delivered.

"You did that on purpose!" He shouts.

"You're not listening." Keith calmly states.

"You said, 'Turn right'." Lance counters.

"But before that, I said, 'Take two steps forward'." Keith replies.

"Two steps-." Lance screams again when he hits another wall. "We're switching places right now!" The exercise cares on. Pidge guides Shiro through, and Lance helps Hunk. Hunk allows Pidge to get through safely. Shiro gets Keith through in record time, while I lead Lance through his second time. Each of them ran into a wall once. Then, it was my turn. Taking in a deep breath, I walk into the maze entrance. It disappears, and I wait for my guide to come on, hoping it's Shiro.

"Hey, beautiful. How you doing?"

"Lance?!" I gasp. "Didn't you already go?"

"Yeah, but..." I hear Coran talking in the background. "But I want to do..." Coran cuts him off again. "...Fine." I hear Lance groan. A moment later, another voice comes through.

"Alright, Y/n. Take five steps forward, then turn left." I smile slightly when Keith's voice reaches my ears.

"At least it's you and not Lance. Gosh, I thought I would have to go through this maze, suffering his terrible flirting." I say. I hear Keith chuckle. I do as he tells me. Five steps forward, then a left. I half-expected to get shocked, but I make it through the maze with no problems at all. I walk into the control room, the others looking either awed or excited.

"What?" I ask.

"You practically ran through the maze." Pidge says.

"I did?" I ask. I look over at one of the screens, which played back my round. Sure enough, I was running through the maze, taking sharp turns randomly. Keith's voice called out instructions rapid-fire as I ran. I look back at the others.

"I didn't realize..." I smile sheepishly, blushing. Hunk laughs and pats me on the back. Keith comes over, smiling.

"Great job." He says.

"Thanks. I couldn't have had a better guide." I say. He blushes, but I catch it before he can hide it. I don't say anything, though. Coran announced it was time for the next exercise. I get into my Lion, smiling at the purring that reaches me.

"Hey, girl." I ease into the cockpit, flying out to the others. We fly high into the air, on Coran's instructions.

"You'll never be able to form Voltron unless each of you has a strong bond with his Lion." Coran says.

"No problem. Me and Blue are best buds for life, for real." Lance states confidently.

"Perfect! Then you won't have any issues with this exercise. Everyone, put your Lions into a nosedive!" Coran instructs. I do as he told, the others following. "This is an expert-level drill that you really shouldn't attempt until you've been flying for years, but uh, we're in a bit of a rush, so here we go. Activating training helmets!" My visor goes entirely black. I couldn't see a thing, but I could hear the others just fine.

"Coran, what's happening? I can't see!" Lance screeches.

"You must learn to see through your Lions' eyes. The goal is to pull up right before you crash into the ground. Feel what the Lion feels!" Coran says.

"Mine feels scared!" Hunk whimpers. I hear him pull up. I grip the handles in fear.

"You still going, Keith?" Lance asks.

"You know it. You?" Keith replies.

"Going? I'm speeding up!" I could practically feel the two Lions shoot by.

"Oh, yeah?" Keith says.

"Must be getting close." Lance says after a moment of silence.

"Must be." Keith replies coolly.

"You getting scared?" Lance teases.

"I'm not scared!" Keith replies angrily. I hear a loud crash, and I grip the handles tighter. Suddenly, I feel purring. I realize the Orange Lion is feeling my fear, and is telling me it's okay. I just needed to connect. I close my eyes and focus. I could feel myself connecting to Orange. Suddenly, I could see. The Black Lion was right in front of me. Smiling, I gun the thrusters, racing after Shiro. I smile when he brings up his Lion at the last second. He had done it as well. I follow him, skimming the ground.

"I think I'm getting this." Shiro says.

"You did. I can see you." I say. I hear him chuckle.

"Excellent, Shiro, Y/n!" Coran says. I fly Orange back to the Castle, landing her in her hangar. I could see the others running up. As they enter the hangar, I open my own eyes, shocked when everything was dark.

"Oh, right." I laugh, pulling my helmet off. The visor was still dark from earlier. I deactivate the training helmet and the visor returns to normal. I walk out of Orange, smiling broadly. Hunk was the first to reach me, sweeping me up into the air out of excitement.

"That was amazing!" Hunk exclaims.

"Squishing...me..." I mumble, trying to breathe.

"Oops, sorry." Hunk places me down, and I gasp when I can breathe again. I smile at him, grateful. The others run over as Shiro appears. Smiling, I run to him. Laughing, he sweeps me up into a hug.

"We did it!" I exclaim, laughing.

"Yes, we did." He smiles at me. Coran announces that he had one more exercise for the day. We follow him to the training deck again. He gave us these weird headset things, and disappears once more. His voice rings over the loudspeakers.

"Now, the most important part of Paladin training is being able to meld your minds and focus on one thing: Voltron. Everything else has to fade away. This technique will be essential every time you form Voltron. So, relax and open you mind. No walls, no secrets between Paladins." Coran says as I close my eyes, opening my mind. "Come on, everyone, clear everything. Now, focus on forming your Lion. Bring your Lions together and form Voltron. Keep you minds open, work together. Good! Keep focusing! Only one to go!" I form the Orange Lion easily, and focus on bringing her to the others. I can 'see' into the others' minds. Lance had been thinking about his family. Hunk was thinking about food, and Keith thought of home, and...there was something else, but it disappeared quickly. Shiro was thinking about me, and the others. Pidge was stuck on his girlfriend, and was struggling to focus.

"Pidge, stop thinking about your girlfriend!" Keith says.

"I wasn't! Hunk was rooting around in my head!" Pidge accused.

"I thought we were open. You can look in my head hole." Hunk states.

"Everyone has to be able to look in everyone's head holes! Clear your minds! Good! Almost there. Now, form Voltron. Yes!" Coran encourages. I reform the Orange Lion, and bring her up to the other Lions. Pidge still couldn't focus, though.

"Pidge!" Lance shouts. Pidge jumps up and throws his headset onto the floor.

"I'm done with this! Look, I don't like everyone grubbing around in my head!" Pidge shouts.

"Oh, come on, Pidge, we're starting to get the hang of this." Shiro says.

"I'm just...I'm just tired, okay?" Pidge says.

"Okay. Let's take a break." Shiro says.

"You have been working hard. Maybe it's time to relax a little." Coran comments. The Altean disappears, returning with juice boxes, which tasted a bit like apple juice. I sat down next to Shiro, sipping the drink. Allura appears.

"What are you doing lying around? You're supposed to be training!" Allura asks, irritated. Keith looks like he wants to say something, but thinks better of it.

"Just resting a bit. You know, you can't push too hard." Coran explains.

"What do you mean, 'can't push too hard'?" Get up, you lazy lumps! It's time you faced the Gladiator!" Allura orders. Groaning, we all stand and go back to the training deck. We stand in the center of the training deck, circled up.

"In order to defeat the Gladiator, six Paladins must fight as one." Coran says. Hunk yelps when his bayard takes form, and picks it up. My bayard forms and I grip it tight, looking around. Hunk yelps as the Gladiator appears, running toward us. It quickly launches Pidge next to Hunk, who fires at it. The Gladiator picks up Lance and flings him at Hunk, causing him to fall over. I fire arrow after arrow, but it keeps coming. It throws its staff into my stomach, and I go flying backwards, hitting the wall with a thud. As I try to breathe, it turns on Shiro, who gasps and seems to freeze. It was just about to hit Shiro when Keith steps in, blocking the swing.

"Shiro, are you okay?" Keith gets no reply as they're flung to the floor. The Gladiator suddenly stops, and Allura comes in.

"That combat simulator was set at a level fit for an Altean child! You're not even close to working as a team, let alone ready to face Zarkon!" She spats and stomps off. I try to stand, but fall back when pain erupts in my chest.

"Ow." I hiss at the pain, gripping my chest. Keith walks over.

"What's wrong?" He kneels down. I point at my chest, trying to breathe normally. Keith calls Shiro over and he presses a hand on the spot. I hiss as the pain intensifies.

"Bruised rib. Happens to me all the time. You'll be fine." Shiro says, helping me up. I smile at him and the three of us follow the others. I wince in pain every couple of steps, and Keith looks over at me in worry. I simply smile at him. We follow Coran and Allura into the kitchen.

"Ahoy, young Paladins! I've whipped up a big batch of focusing food. After this meal, you'll be forming Voltron six times a movement and twice on the astral conflux!" Coran says as we take our seats. Keith sits between Pidge and Lance, and Shiro sits between Hunk and me. I peer at the food in front of me. It looked like slimy goo again.

"Smells great, Coran. Thanks." Shiro says, picking up a spoon. Suddenly, bands erupt from the armrests and latch onto my wrists. My left hand is now stuck to the chair, while my right was cuffed to Shiro's left hand. I look down the row and see that everyone was cuffed together.

"Hold the phone!" Lance says.

"I saw a lot of solid individual performances today, but you're still struggling to work as a team. So, welcome to the final bonding exercise of the day." Coran states. Hunk tries to reach for his food, but pulls Shiro over onto him, causing me to move in his direction also. Hunk looks back up at the Altean.

"Coran, I want you to think about what you're doing." Hunk warns.

"This one's a classic. You get to feed each other, like a pack of yalmors!" Coran explains a little too enthusiastic for my taste. I look over at Shiro, glad that I chose to sit by him. This would be easy for me, but I wasn't sure about the others. I watch, amused, as the others try to eat as I easily feed Shiro from his plate, and he does the same for me.

"Ow." Hunk groans as Lance accidentally whacks him.

"Sorry." Lance goes to take a bite, but causes Keith's hand to go flying into his food. "Ew! Oh, nice. You defiled my food goo!" He complains. I try not to choke on my food from laughter.

"It's your fault! This is ridiculous." Keith mutters.

"Do Earthlings ever stop complaining?" Allura comments.

"Can't you just give us a break? Everyone's been working really hard today." Shiro counters.

"Yeah! We're not some prisoners for you to toy with, like...like..." Keith tries to think of the word.

"Like a bunch of toy prisoners!" Lance suggests.

"Yes! Thank you, Lance!" Keith says. I almost choke on my food again.

"You do not yell at the Princess!" Coran says.

"Oh, the princess of what? We're the only ones out here and she's no princess of ours!" Pidge shouts. I notice how Allura scoops up some of her food and prepares to launch it at Pidge.

"NO!" I jump in the way, bringing Shiro and my entire chair up over the table, earning the goo in the face. Shiro pulls me back quickly, glaring at Allura. Everyone was glaring at her now.

"Go loose, Pidge!" Keith springs up, throwing his plate at Allura. She gasps as the food flies toward her, but Coran deflects it and throws a huge spoonful, splattering us all.

"Oh, it's on now." Hunk dunks his head into the goo, sucking it in. Cheeks wide, he squishes them together, spraying the Alteans. They both glare and grab their plates, flinging the food. In no time, the meal turns into a giant food fight. Food goo was flung from all parts of the room. I gasp as Coran chucks a plateful at me, but Shiro throws himself in the way. The goop covers his back, but I'm able to return fire, nailing Coran in the head.

"You alright?" I ask. Shiro nods and goes to throw some food at Allura. Soon, all the food is either on the floor, or on us. We all stop, and start laughing.

"Enough! Don't you see what you're doing?" Allura shouts. We all go quiet. "You're finally working together as one!" She looks up, eyes shining.

"Hey, she's right!" Keith says.

"I actually don't hate you right now." Lance comments.

"Lance!" I laugh, and he flashes me a smile.

"You guys thinking what I'm thinking?" Hunk asks.

"Let's go form Voltron!" Shiro says.

"Yeah!" Everyone pumps their hands into the air.

"Actually, I was thinking dessert. But, yeah! Let's do it!" Hunk suddenly falls over, taking us all with him. Coran uncuffs us and we race off. I clean up quickly, and run to the hangar. Orange purrs when I enter, and crouches down so I can get into the cockpit. In moments, I'm flying out. The others arrive and we get into formation.

"Everyone ready to do this?" Shiro calls over the coms.

"Roger that!"

"It's on!"

"Yes, sir!"

"I was born ready!"

"Let's do this." I say.

"Then let's go!" Shiro shouts.

"Yeah!" I watch as the other five Lions fly close together, transforming. I can feel Orange growing in size. Moments later, the Orange Lion had transformed into the Voltron Lion, and Voltron stood close by. Smiling, I race the Lion over to them, running circles around Voltron. We had done it.

-time lapse-

"Man, that was cool! I'm so charged up, I don't know if I'm going to be able to sleep tonight." Lance says, leaning back.

"Not me. When my head hits the pillow, I'm going to be lights-out." Keith says. Hunk squeezes in between the two and wraps them in a hug.

"I just want you to know that I realized, when we were in Voltron, we're brothers, man. You know? Like, we're totally connected. No secrets, no barriers, no nothing. Brothers all the way. I love you guys." I laugh at Hunk's statement.

"G-forces mess with your head a little bit?" Keith comments, looking a bit unsecure about the touching.

"Yeah, maybe a little. I don't know. It's been a tough few days." He says. I laugh. Keith looks over at me, then quickly looks away, covering a blush. We all trail to our rooms. I lie in my bed, smiling. Closing my eyes, I drift off to sleep, but I can't keep the nightmares away...
