Rosie Pov.

I woke up to Steven snoring. I gently moved him off of me and got out of his bed.

I quietly snuck out the door and down to the beach. The waves rolled on my feet.

I wasn't planning to stay. Now it looks like I have too. White Diamond will soon find out and freak.

What will happen when she finds out? Will she shatter me? I honestly don't care if I'm shattered. I do care if Steven is though.

I just sat there and zoned off until I hear the door open behind me.

Steven Pov.

I woke up to find Rosie no where in sight. Oh please tell me she didn't run off again. I grabbed a jacket and ran downstairs. No sign of her.

I opened the screen door and ran out. I saw her sitting on the beach. I sighed in relief.
"Rosie?"
"Yes Steven?"
"Did Pearl really say all that stuff to you?"
"Yes Steven. She did. Pearl and I never really got along super well."
"Oh."

I sat down by her. She landed her head on my shoulder.
"Are you ok?"
"I'm fine."

I looked at her with stars in my eyes.
"What?" She asked trying to hold back a laugh but it still came out.
"You can come on a mission with us!"
"I don't know Steven. Pearl doesn't really like me at the moment. And I haven't talked to Amethyst or Garnet in forever."
"Oh c'mon! You can bond! Like gem buddies!"
"Ugh fine! But only because you're my little brother." She finally gave in.

We ran inside.
"Garnet garnet garnet!" I yelled.
"Yes Steven Rosie can come on a mission." She said reading my thoughts.
"Yay!" We all got on the warp pad. Well except for Pearl, and we left in a shower of light.
