Ponyboy:  He would generally get a little stressed.. okay pretty stressed over school, and his other things like making sure Johnny was alright. His brothers-well Darry was a stressor at times. So as some stress relief you'd buy him some books and take him out to a movie and dinner, which he would greatly appreciate.

Johnny: He got very anxious when his parents would fight, and he was alone in the lot. However it was a comfort to know that you were there by his side, holding him and being sweet. He didn't want to feel like a burden by asking if he could stay with you for the night but he gave in eventually. It wasn't all that much, but to him it was everything.

            Sodapop: He would act like everything would be okay, smiling and act normal.. for the most part. He would probably be stressed out over work, family and maybe even a little hurt from his previous relationship. Eventually he'd snap and give in to you, you'd offer to help in any way you could-offer to help him around the house, or take him for a drive or maybe just on a walk so he could breathe and relax.
   
            Steve: When something was wrong or upsetting him, he wouldn't tell anyone, but he'd be in a rather pissy mood even if someone did the littlest thing he'd snap. He wouldn't talk to anyone and not hang around another either. While at work, you'd surprise him with tickets to a drag race, and some lunch. His mood would just be lifted with your acts of kindness.
     
            Dally: Dallas always wanted to seem like he didn't need any help with anything, and that he was perfectly capable of doing things on his own. However, you noticed that when he was completely stressed he would always fiddle with his jacket and necklace, his hair, etc. And despite him smoking-he would go through a lot more on a stressful day. He would become a lot more snappier then usual as well. You'd basically offer to buy him a drink, and he would most likely agree to it. That's how he would start ranting about whatever was wrong. Afterwards he would feel a lot better, bottling up emotions is never a good thing.

             Two-Bit: Hangovers aren't fun. You'd find him practically stumbling around in the streets, drunk. He'd pass out and you'd somehow manage to take him home and make sure he was stable, emotionally and physically. You'd also help make sure he's feeling better the next morning, staying by his side and comforting him til he's feeling at least a little better, and even then, he'd want you to stay by his side.

             Darry: You would be seen helping him with MANY things. Paperwork, cooking, cleaning, and giving massages. He would always be very appreciative of you, and would make sure you're okay and feeling good before he would let you help him with anything at all, even if it was the littlest thing. You and his brothers were his number one priorities before anything else. Which he often saw you helping out with Pony and his homework as well as helping Steve and Soda at the DX.
