Author's Note: This was a request! I'm going to attempt to go through all the preferences I got which is in my last part! Feel free to check it out if you'd like. So here we go :) I may be a little rusty but I hope not-

    Ponyboy: Depending on whether or not you're friends with the rest of the gang, he might hear it slip out of Steve or Two-Bit's mouth in a teasing way. If so, he may roll his eyes and get very flustered. He may dismiss it to them, but in private he would be very intensely thinking about it. Though, he may not make the first move-he would definitely try to read your actions and words more intently from that point onward. If you aren't friends with the rest of the gang, he would probably find out through some people teasing you at school about it, or find a poem/sentimental piece of writing you made. Overall his reaction would be suspicious, but not in a bad way, just very curious and surprised.

    Johnny: Johnny on the other hand, would be terrified. He would be shocked. He may find out directly through you telling him, or from Ponyboy or Dally joking about it. He would later find out that these "jokes" were real, and would get very embarrassed. He would be very scared and apprehensive to really say much or do any large gestures like hugging, kissing, etc (as of yet.) And despite his initial shock, he would do something sweet like pick flowers or hangout with you. Overall, he would be shocked, maybe even a little self conscious, he would have a hard time accepting it, but would do his best to make an effort to show he appreciates you.

   Sodapop: Soda would be the most genuine. You may be comfortable enough to just straight up tell him your feelings, in which he would be very appreciative and compassionate in response. If he didn't hear it directly from you, I think Darry may make a comment like "So when are you two getting hitched?" Soda wouldn't be gullible to your feelings, he would strongly suspect it, but wouldn't want to pressure you into confessing or admitting anything. Besides if he was wrong, he wouldn't want to ruin an already wholesome friendship.

  Steve: Oh Steve. Steve would either be very blatantly obvious about your feelings or he wouldn't know at all. If he did 100% know, he wouldn't stop teasing you about it all the time. However when you teased him about it, he would be very flustered and shy about it, maybe even blushing. If he didn't know about it, Soda would probably try telling him multiple times, and he may continuously dismiss it. If you told him, he would dismiss it continuously. One day it would FINALLY sink in, and he would be thrilled.

Dallas: "Of course you do, who doesn't?" Or something along the lines of that. He would be dismissive but in an odd way, in a very disbelieving way. I think he would maybe even purposefully try to push you away, in fear of the opposite happening. He wouldn't want you to hurt or lead him on, so he would put up his guard extra further. He may be a little bitchy about it too. And of course no one wants to be treated that way. If you eventually stopped giving him some attention, he would realize that he missed you. He would apologize and the two of you would talk genuinely about what was going on. I think in this scenario, Dally would actually be the one to confess truthfully first.

Two-Bit: Two-Bit probably would've picked up on your feelings for awhile, but he wouldn't confirm or deny his own. He didn't want things to change between the two, similar to Soda. He wanted to still hangout with you, and go with the flow. Again similar to Soda and Pony, he may hear Steve and Soda joking around about the two of you becoming "excessively close." However he wouldn't dismiss it, he would join in and joke along with them about it. In private though, he would be very protective and careful about his feelings towards you. I don't think it would be a verbal confession, it would be more of an unspoken gesture like a kiss. Or maybe a funny incident that led to a kiss, which would solidify both your feelings.

Darry: "Why?" Darry wouldn't know and would go out of his way to avoid you, similar to Dally. However he would still acknowledge you and treat you with basic human decency but limit your interactions. He would say "Hello", "How are You?", "Have a Good Day", "See you Later", just basic small talk, but nothing more than that. This scenario would go either way, either you or Darry would get into an argument. Either you or him would admit that you love each other. You would say something like "why are you so afraid?", or Darry would say "you don't want a man like me-I can't be there for you the way you want me too." Similar to Dally, the both of you would have a conversation but it would be more emotionally vulnerable and intimidate. I think as of right now there wouldn't a label on the relationship, but it would be an unspoken thing until the two of you got closer.

(Bonus!: I have some people requesting Cherry so I'll gladly start to include her :) )

Cherry: I think Cherry would be the most blunt about it, sort of like how she acted towards Ponyboy towards the end of the story. She would probably say "I know you like me but I can't be with you." Either because she genuinely doesn't want a relationship or she's too conflicted with the death of Bob. It would be awkward for awhile at school or being around her in general. Though, I believe eventually she would slowly start to get closer to you in her own time. First and foremost, I think the two of you would become close friends. Maybe months, weeks, or years later, Cherry would return your feelings. She would be very sweet about it and the two of you would go everywhere-the mall, to get lunch, to go to the drive in.
