Groans could be heard as eight people found themselves in a white room with smooth walls, gray tiles and lights shining down on them. Some of them had strange collars on them while other looked strange in general, all wearing orange prison jumpsuits.

"I hope you all slept well." A voice said as the eight people turned to see a man in a suit with a scar across his face and slicked back dirty blonde hair. "My name is Agent Philip Belos and you 8 have been chosen for a special mission."

"Mission? Buddy, if you think I'm gonna do some mission for a government stooge like you, you've got another think coming." Eda said to him, wearing a strange collar and braces on her wings.

"I agree. I'd rather die than work for you." Raine commented.

"You may be fine with that but I'm not. Still, why should we help you if we get nothing in return?" Darius asked, also wearing a collar.

"How about 10 years off your prison sentence?" Camila asked as she turned to Darius, also wearing a collar.

"Exactly, Camila. I'm glad to have you someone like you and Kikimora back once again." Belos said with a smile towards them.

"Again? You've worked with this man before?" Odalia asked, looking towards Camila.

"It's all part of his Witch Force Z program, gathering a team of criminal meta-humans, witches, and demons to do life and death missions for the government. Missions that most normal people aren't capable of doing." Camila said.

"Exactly, and you are are some of the worst yet most powerful witches and demons I could get my hands on. Allow me to introduce you to yourselves." Belos said as a holographic screen appeared between him and the criminals, showing Camila dressed as a doctor with red and black colors, a face mask, and a scalpel in her hand. "First up, let me introduce our two veterans, who will be your team leaders. Camila Noceda, alias The Surgeon, your meta abilities allow you to be the ultimate doctor that can give and take lives with ease. Anywhere and everywhere could be her operation room with just a wave of the hand. She is the best and deadliest doctor in the world."

Camila giggled a bit, always loving when people praised her abilities. (Ope-Ope Fruit from One Piece)

"Next, is Kikimora Daimons, Alias, Death Grip; a demon with pinch strength and claws strong enough to rip through stone and steel like paper. Her small stature and nimble body make her the perfect scout and spy to have. Plus her hair being a hand itself, can throw off anyone." Belos said as an image of Kikimora wearing a black cloak that covered her whole body and her mouth came on screen.

"Hmph." Kikimora scoffed as she rolled her eyes before Eberwolf crawled over to her and sniffed her with interest. "Ugh! What are you doing?!"

"Don't mind him, Eberwolf Howler, alias Beast King, is a self made king of all beasts. He can tame, communicate, and gain the abilities of any animal he comes across. Using this, he's become a rather dangerous animal rights activist." Belos said as an image of Eberwolf in his jungle(normal) outfit came up. "And it seems Eber likes you."

"Well can someone tell him I'm not that kind of girl!" Kikimora said as she pushed Eberwolf back to a respectable distance. "At least but me dinner first."

"Oh! Mmhnm." Eberwolf said with a nod, sitting next to her with a smile.

"Well aren't you two cute together? Hehehehehe." Eda said with a smirk.

"Moving on, Eda Clawthorne and Lilith Clawthorne. Aliases, Harpy and White Raven. Two sisters on "opposite" sides of the law. Eda uses her permanently cursed body to rob any bank or jewelry store she can and fly away before the police can catch her" Belos said as an image of Eda as she was, harpy and covered in nothing but black and red feathers with gray wings came on screen.

"Oh, I look fierce." Eda said with a smirk as Lilith rolled her eyes.

"Honestly, sister." Lilith said before an image of her in an all white raven mask, a white jumpsuit, and a white hooded cloak.

"Meanwhile, Lilith works as an assassin/hitman that kills targets SHE labels as evil. Even killing tje people that hired her and stealing their funds." Belos said as everyone looked at Lilith, the only "hero" in the room.

"Lily!" Eda said in surprise before smiling and hugging her. "I'm so proud of you! My big sis. Robbing fat cats!"

"Edalyn, let me go!" Lilith said with a blush.

"Hmph, still acting like you're a hero." Darius commented.

"I am a hero!" Lilith shouted at him.

"Sure, you are." Odalia said as she rolled her eyes.

"Alright, people. Enough squabbling." Belos said as the hologram screen showed Darius in black suit, purple shirt and white tie while Odalia stood next to him in a purple dress with a white coat. "Darius Morpheus and Odalia Venomous, aliases Mr. Abomination and Ms. Vision. Two mob bosses with multiple operations in several cities, you have an alliance together that's beneficial for both your organizations but in secret, you're a married couple."

"How did you find out about that?" Odalia asked, shocked and angry at their secret being revealed.

"I have my sources. Both of you are powerful witches and used your magic to rise in the ranks. Darius with his abomination magic is the perfect muscle man, inside man, and escape artist." Belos said before turning to Odalia. "And Odalia's use of Oracle magic can read minds, predict the future, and summon spirits to help her outwit anyone in her path. It's how she wins time after time in Las Vegas."

"Grrr." Odalia growled at him, her marriage and her secrets were revealed to a group of witches, demons, and a meta-human she didn't even know or trust!

"And now, last but certainly not least, Raine Whispers, alias Orchestro." Belos said as an image of Raine in a conductor's uniform and a bat mask. "The most powerful bard witch we've ever come across. Their manipulation of sound waves defies logic, from manipulating the weather to control people themselves, their bard magic is something to admire."

Raine didn't say anything as they looked away from anyone, not meeting their gaze before Eda moved closer to them.

"I thought you looked familiar. It's been a while, hasn't it, Rainstorm?" Eda asked with a small smile to Raine.

"Yeah....it has, Edalyn." Raine said softly as they blushed from her smile.

'I never thought I'd see them/her again. Maybe this mission......could help us get back together.' Eda and Raine thought at the same time.

"Alright, now that introductions are over, it's time to get to your mission." Belos said to them before Lilith raised her hand. "What is it, Ms. Clawthorne?"

"I'd like to ask, what's this item in my neck? It's not hard to assume you might've implanted something in us as a contingency plan or last resort in case we do something you don't like. So what is it?" Lilith said with a glare to the government witch.

"Ah. I expect nothing less from you." Belos said as a small, circular device came up on the hologram screen. "What is implanted in your necks is a small but powerful explosive, a combination of technology and magic to ensure it can't be removed by anyone else but the one that implanted it."

"Wait! So you're saying that-" Odalia asked in fear before Camila cut her off.

"Belos can decide when and where we die unless we die during the mission. So until this is done, we're his soldiers." Camila said with a bland face.

"Willing or not, and if we try anything or step out of line, he'll blow our heads CLEAN off." Kikimora said as Eberwolf whimpered.

"Exactly. So, now that this is out of the way, let's move on to your mission. With luck and faith, I will see all of you alive in three days." Belos said with a smile to the criminals.
