Characters in universe:

Alastor/Ember:
(Passionate about things he sets his mind to, and is very determined to make sure it's done perfectly)

Charlie and Lucifer (ignore Sir Pentious) :
(Lucifer is a terrible father and manipulates Charlie to do things that he doesn't want to. He'll especially threaten a sinner for even trying to date his daughter and will only allow hellborns.)
(Charlotte is nervous and is unsure that her plan will work, but she keeps trying. She trusts people too easily which is how Embed ended up joining the crew.)

The V's:
(Valetineo hates being touched and isn't apart of the adult film industry, even finding it disgusting.)
(Vox is literally the same)
(Velvet used to secretly date Charlie, buy was threatened by Lucifer to break up, when she denied, he ripped her eye out. When Charlie found out, she'd rip out her own eye and place it in Velvet's, and yes Charlie's eye grew back.)

Vaggie:
(A seraphim that was sent to hell to observe over Lucifer to make sure he doesn't plan on doing anything against heaven. While in hell, she ended up falling in love with Charlie, Lucifer did find out, but since she wasn't a human before and not a sinner, she was able to date her.)

Lilith Magne:
(Divorced Lucifer due to his terrible behavior towards Charlie, their own daughter. She tried to bring Charlie along with her when she divorced him, but Lucifer didn't let that happen, so she walked off alone, no longer a queen. She soon became a singer in the Pride ring and became rather popular.)

The three idiots (Angel, Husk, and Sir Pentious) :
(Husk is still the grumpy old man we love, but now works with Angel with their mafia business, along with helping out with the Hotel.)
(Angel Dust took in the family business, aka being a mafia, which is why he looks more formal. He is also not a drag queen.)
(Sir Pentious works alongside Angel and Husk with their business, but truly regrets it because he believes that he's smarter than them and they're both idiots and he's wasting his time.)

Niffty:
(Still a neat freak, but instead of cleaning it like a normal person, she sets it on fire. Also she was totally not the reason why Alastor/Ember died- TOTALLY-
