Ugh, damn everything hurts...

My body is in pain. Hell, I opened my eyes and immediately wanted to close them. Also, I feel like I woke up from a long dream...

And I'm hungry. Like, I want to eat an entire elephant on my own.

I felt two bodies pressed on my. On my right, I can smell Shoto's perfume so that's one. On my left. Wait...

Y/N:"A-Ann?"

When I looked at my left I saw her there, sleeping with me. She was hugging my arm very tightly. Her cheeks were red, perhaps due to crying so much. Sigh...

I freed the arm she was hugging and shook her a little. Ann, confused, opened her eyes. When her eyes met mines, she mustered the biggest smile I ever saw her do. Her reaction was priceless. She threw herself at me, hugging me very tightly.

Was she this strong?

Ann:"BROTHER! YOU IDIOT! W-WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!"

She started crying on my neck. I patted her head, caressing her long gold hair. Shoto woke up due to Ann's shouts and saw me, smiling. She smiled back and reacted the same way, hugging me.

Shoto did had an... unique reaction. Her hands grabbed my face, her lips kissing mines. I widened my eyes, shocked. After a couple of seconds I kissed back, ignoring my sister doing cute noises.

Mom, Dad and Jeanne went inside my room, awaken by the shouts. When they saw us kissing they smiled, leaning on the wall. When Shoto and I heard the door opening we both stopped kissing, embarrassed.

Y/N:"M-Mom? Dad? I-I'm sorry I broke the armor, I-"

Mother:"Sush my little lion. We know. Come here..."

Mother approached, hugging me gently. Dad sat next to me and ruffled my hair, relieved to see me in a good condition. Jeanne stood by the doorway looking at me.

Mother:"Don't worry. We will explain everything later. For now, how do you feel?"

Y/N:"Like I've been hit by a truck."

Dad:"Makes sense. The only reason you were standing was thanks to your faith and... your friend."

Dad glanced at Jeanne.

Y/N:"Yeah. I... I was about to... you gave me the little push I needed Jeanne. Thank you. Really."

She blushed a little and looked around the room, not knowing what to do.

Jeanne:"O-Of course!"

Mother:"Shoto, could you help Y/N get on his feet? Let's make a big breakfast to celebrate."

Shoto:"Of course."

Everyone stood up, Shoto gave me a hand, helping me get on my feet. I had some trouble walking but I was mostly okay.

Ann also helped me, my arm around her shoulder. I... noticed a weird tatoo on her collarbone.

Y/N:"Ann, where did you get that tatoo?"

Ann noticed what I meant and quickly hid it by putting on all the buttons.

Ann:"It's nothing. Forget it."

Y/N:"If you say so..."

We went to the kitchen, Shoto helped me sat on a chair. She and Ann sat besides me, both still worried. Dad and Jeanne started cooking our breakfast. In the meantime, Mom sat in front of me knowing perfectly what I wanted.

Y/N:"So, mom, who was she? Why is she so..."

Mom:"Like me?"

Y/N:"Yes."

Mom:*Sigh* "I'm not going to explain everything because I don't want to make your lifes harder that already are."

Ann:"Yes Y/N. It's better if you don't know the full extent of..."

She didn't complete the phrase. She knows everything?

Both Shoto and I were confused by what's going on.

Mom:"Before that. Todoroki Shoto, what am I about to tell Y/N is a family secret. Just by knowing all of this already puts your life in danger. If you truly want to hear this, suit yourself. If you not-"

Shoto:"I want to live alongside Y/N until the end. Eventually, I will catch wind of this. Better sooner than later."

Mom:"Very well. Now, ask me one question and I'll answer it the best I can."

Y/N:"Okay... who is she?"

Mom:"She is what we call an 'alter'. Versions of heroes with different ideals, wishes and motives. Her life went wrong at some point, turning into what we can now see."

Y/N:"That explains what is she, but it's not what I asked."

Mom:"I know. I was trying to avoid that. Her name is..." *Sigh* "Artoria Pendragon."

Y/N:"...wha?"

Shoto:"But ma'am that's... that's you."

Mom:"Indeed."

Jeanne:"She's your mother's doppelganger in short."

Y/N:"But how? How is that a thing?"

Dad:"That's complicated kid. What you need to know is she's your mother if she took a different path."

Mom:"Yes. 'We' have many different versions around the world. My alter is one of them."

Y/N:"When you said 'we' you were not talking about me and Ann, did you?"

Mom:"No. That's all I can say."

Y/N:*Sigh* "Fine. What does she want? She said she needed me to win a war. What is that war? Why does she want to win it?"

Mom:"I don't need to explain that. Eventually, you're gonna find yourself involved in it. Then, you'll understand it all. What you need to know is we all fought at least once on it."

Y/N:"If there's a version of you mom, is there also an 'Alter' version of dad and Jeanne? Hell, even me and Ann?"

Mom:"Your dad, you and Ann are unique. As for Jeanne yes, she has an alter version."

Jeanne:"The difference is I'm not as stubborn as your mother. I'm in good terms with my alter version. Hell I may even present you one day..."

Mom:"She's not like Jalter, Jeanne. Y'know it."

Jeanne:"Not really. She wants the same."

Y/N:"Okay, okay but why only you? I mean, I'm not jealous of you two having an evil twin around but... why don't we?"

Jeanne:"Saying you don't is probably not true. But, you don't have one on this world due to you being unique, just like your father or Ann."

Y/N:"This world?"

Mom:"That's even harder to explain. To summarize, we don't belong here."

Y/N:"That's not true! You two belong to this world!"

Jeanne:"It's not our world, Y/N."

Y/N:"I don't care! If this can't be your world, then... then... I'll be your world! Yeah, I-I'm your son- your nephew! You-"

Mom got up and hugged me, embracing me.

Mom:"My dear, you misunderstood our words. We're not going to leave or dissappear. Of course this is now our world, the one we live in. But it's not our..."

Jeanne:"Our homeworld."

Jeanne also walked towards me. Her smile was very big. What I said really touched her. Jeanne crouched down, looking at me face to face.

Jeanne:"What did I said? We are going to be together, forever."

I nodded, not saying anything. I can feel my bond with Jeanne and Mom getting stronger.

I closed my eyes. I saw two scenes flashing through my eyes. The first one is a blond knight, getting a sword similar if not equal to Excalibur from a stone. The other was a blond girl holding the banner of her kingdom, defending it against all odds.

Dad:"Breakfast is here. Enjoy."

Dad placed food on our table. Everyone sat and started eating, staring at me. Guess they were all worried.

Shoto:"Hey Y/N. You should say something on our group chat. Everyone is worried."

That's right. I forgot.

I grabbed my phone and looked at the time. Is just 7:10 PM? I woke up so soon... and this time it's me the reason we're all up so early.

Anyways, I entered our group chat and typed something to grab everyone's attention.

'Y/N:Guess who's back.

Baller:Y/N?! Is it you?! Man, how are you?! You got fucked up!

ShadowTheCrow:Way to go pal.

Momo Wayne:Are you okay Y/N? Did your wounds heal?

Y/N:I'm feeling much better, yes. Thanks.

I giggled, grabbing everyone's attention. They all smiled in unison, happy to see me back to our normal life.

After having breakfast, it was time to go back to school. Sigh, I get beaten up by some villains and I still have to attend to my classes. Not fair man...

Shoto and I putted on our shoes, grabbed our bags and left. We walked towards the train station slowly due to my bad shape.

Shoto:"Are you sure you're okay? I can carry your bag."

Y/N:"I'm okay."

Shoto:"How do you feel? After hearing all of that?"

Y/N:"I don't know. My mother has an evil twin that wants me for whatever war she's fighting, Jeanne also has one, there's a conflict outside the one we're living with all the heroes and villains stuff that I will have to eventually participate- what the hell are serveants to begin with?!" *Sigh* "The worst is, they all know what's gonna happen and they don't want to tell me. Why?"

Shoto:"Perhaps they want you to get stronger. The day you have to go to that war you'l ll be ready."

Y/N:"I hope so."

Shoto:"Whatever happens, I'm not letting you fall again. I'll be there, with you."

Y/N:"Thanks Shoto. It means a lot."

Shoto:"I got you."

We sat on a bench, waiting for the train. Now I feel constantly watched, as if someone was spying on me. Looking all around me, nothing is out of the ordinary. Calm down Y/N, whoever that girl was, she's not gonna try to capture you in broad daylight. Specially now that Mom and Jeanne are on her tail.

The train arrived and we went inside. Upon doing so, many of my friends that were already in came to hug me. They all got her early just to see me sooner.

Tokoyami:"Y/N! Here, let me help you."

Tokoyami literally yanked my bag from my hands, carrying it for me. I won't say no...

Momo:"Y/N! How are you feeling? It was hard to heal you but I tried my best."

Y/N:"You were the one who healed me? Thanks Momo, I owe you one."

Momo:"O-Oh, it's nothing..."

Shoto:"I'm warning you..."

Katsuki appeared from the crowd, walking straight at me. Shoto was about to do something but Izuki stopped her.

Katsuki:"I'm glad your okay."

Y/N:"Thanks."

Katsuki:"Don't do that again. You got us all worried about you. Me included."

She tried to leave but I grabbed her arm, stopping her.

Y/N:"Why can't you be like this all the time? We would all love to see this side of you more often."

Katsuki:"...sorry. Shoto, I'm sorry."

Shoto:"You always apologise but never learn."

Katsuki:"..."

She didn't answer. Instead, she freed herself and walked towards a more secluded space, wanting to be left alone.

Tokoyami:"Well, that was... something."

Izuki:"I've never seen her like that."

Katsuki:"SHUT UP STUPID DEKU!"

Izuki:"There's my Kacchan."

Timeskip brought to us by Y/N, being treated like a little kid by everyone.

Once the train arrived to U.A, I sat on my seat with my bag. Tokoyami was kind enough to put it besides me. One by one, everyone arrived and started to ask me many different questions.

Tsuyu:"Y/N, are you truly healed kero?"

Y/N:"Mostly. Using my quirk's gonna be complicated for a couple of days but hey, at least I survived."

Sero:"Optimism at it's finest."

Iida:"It's my fault. If only I catched All Might and Jeanne earlier perhaps you would be okay..."

Y/N:"Don't blame yourself man, there was no way for us to know a group of villains were going to attack USJ."

Iida:"I guess."

Koda:"T-The most i-important thing is t-that you're okay, Y/N."

Mineta:"Wait, you talk?"

Jiro slapped Mineta's head.

Jiro:"Idiot."

Mina:"Don't worry Y/N, I will find a way to make you feel-" *Looks at Shoto* "W-We will find a way to make you feel better, yeah."

Shoto:"Thought as much."

Aizawa:"But that will have to wait, runts."

Aizawa went inside the class as tired as ever. She had some scars and bruises here and there but nothing too serious.

Everyone sat on their seats, wanting to ask Aizawa about USJ.

Aizawa:"I know what you're thinking and yes, we're gonna talk about USJ. Before that I want to clarify that what happened will not affect your classes whatsoever. You will attend all of them and do as if nothing happened."

Eijira:"That's very hard to do, teach."

Aizawa:"I know but it doesn't matter. You have to and that's it."

Izuki:"How's 13?"

Aizawa:"Thanks to the intervention of many of you, 13 is recovering well. She will be out of comission for a couple fo days but her life isn't threatened at all."

Y/N:"Did they catch the villains?"

Aizawa:"No. We did catch that creature that you knocked out however. Now that we're on the subject, thank you. If it wasn't for you Nomu would've done much more damage to me."

Y/N:"No worries! I got you!"

Aizawa smiled for once, spooking everyone except Shoto's who's overprotective senses activated, not really understanding why.

Izuki:"Nomu?"

Aizawa:"That's how we call hi- it. I won't get into much details about Nomu. All you have to know is, there could be more of them."

Tokoyami:"Now that's perfect..."

Katsuki:"I heard there was a tournament we will have to compete on. What's that?"

Aizawa:"I'm glad you questioned it Bakugou since it's gonna be the main focus of our class. Now can you idiots turn the lights off and pull the blinds down? We're gonna use the projector."

Everyone nodded and stood up to do as Aizawa said while she grabs a laptopfrom her yellow sleeping bag. She sleeps with a computer? What is she- actually, I don't wanna know. Case is, she putted the laptop on her table and started doing things on it, perhaps getting the movie or whatever ready. In the meantime Denki stood up, grabbed his chair and tip toed towards me, putting it in between Shoto and I. He then sat there, legs crossed.

Denki:"Man, I'm so hyped for the tournament! I hope it has tag battles or something like that!"

Y/N:"As long as I can fight someone strong I'm cool."

Denki:"Dude, who the hell is gonna be stronger than you?! After yesterday, I doubt there's a student that can deal anything to you!"

Y/N:"Yesterday was a one day thing. My faith in me was unusually stronger. Granted I was close to death so that had something to do with it. In a tournament, where there's rules my opponent ain't a villain and I'm not gonna die, I won't be able to get as stronger."

Denki:"Oh. So, you have like plot armor or something?"

Y/N:"I... don't know what that is but yeah, we'll go with that."

Suddenly, another chair got into my table, pushing me into the limits of my table, pressing my leg on the table's leg. It was Shoto who also wanted to be with me. Problem is, the school tables are not meant to have two chairs in them! I'm so uncomfortable now...

Shoto:"I also want to chat with you."

Denki:"Sure!"

Shoto:"I didn't meant... actually, cancel that. Thanks Denki."

Denki:"No problem!" *Whispering to me* "It's hard to be her friend. What do I say?!"

Y/N:*Whispers* "As long as you don't talk about girls whatever you want to."

Denki:"U-Uh... do you guys want gum?"

Shoto:"Sure."

Y/N:"No."

Denki:"Okay."

He grabbed gum from his pockets and gave some to Shoto who happily started to chew it. The sound of gum made Tokoyami turn around, looking at Denki.

Tokoyami:"I smell gum."

Denki:"How the fuck do you smell that?"

Tokoyami:"I'm a bird."

Denki:"That doesn't explain shit!"

Tokoyami:"Not the point. I want gum."

Denki:"Go buy yourself some!"

Tokoyami:"You're a simp."

Denki:"Yeah yeah, whatever..."

Once the clasroom was dark enough for the projector to show images, we all looked at them. It's a PowerPoint about the tournament showing a lot of interesting info.

Aizawa:"Very well. As you can see in the images, not only us are going to the tournament, many other schools are also participating in it. That means you're gonna face more people besides the friends you made in- w-what the hell is that sound..."

Denki:*Makes a bubble with the gum*

Y/N:*Facepalm*

Aizawa:"Mr. Kaminari, are you chewing gum?"

Denki:*Explodes the bubble* "...no?"

Aizawa:"Spit it on the trash bin before I put the entire gum very far up your ass. You too Miss Todoroki, I can see you chewing something from here."

Shoto:"Crap."

The two of them stood up and went to the bin, having an argument in the mean time. They spitted the chew and returned to their seats. While Denki was coming back, Mineta looked at him, smirking.

Mineta:*Whispers* "Pika Pika?"

Denki:*Whispers* "Shut up."

Y/N:*Snickers* 

Aizawa:"What's so funny Mr. Pendragon?"

Y/N:"N-Nothing!"

Aizawa:"I swear sometimes I think I'm giving classes to babies... okay, since you do not want to cooperate, you will help me showing the next thing. Stand up and come over here."

I sighed, glaring at Mineta who was trying to contain his laughter. When I arrived at her table, she showed everyone some type of bracelet. It's metallic and has a screen. In the projector, more information about this bracelet was in. It seems we will use it in the tournament to see if we are "downed" or "active". Wait, are we gonna fight each other? Cool.

Aizawa:"Put it on."

I nodded and placed the bracelet on my wrist. It immediately activated, the screen glowing in green. It said "Alive".

Aizawa:"During the tournament, you're gonna have to eliminate other students. Either to gain points or to simply stay on the game for longer. This bracelets will let you know if an student is eliminated or not. If it's green, the student is active. But..."

She grabbed my wrist and applied a lot of pressure on it.

Y/N:"OW, OW, OW!"

The bracelet is now in red. "Eliminated"

Aizawa:"When it's red, you're out. In this mode you cannot fight not can other students hit you. Breaking this rules will result in an immediate expell from the school. We're gonna play it clean. Are we clear?"

Everyone:"Yes ma'am!"

Eijira:"How do we get it back to green?"

Aizawa:"There's two ways. If it's an elimination gamemode, leave the field. If there's a respawn mechanic, go to your 'safe zone' and it will turn green. If the bracelet gets damaged you can always get a new one by telling a referee."

Izuki:"Seems so complex... and cool!"

Tsuyu:"When are we going to the tournament?"

Aizawa:*Looks at me* "Give me the bracelet and return to your seat." *Looks at Tsuyu* "In a week."

As soon as I got the bracelet out I gave it to Aizawa and sat back on my seat, rubbing my wrist.

Shoto:"You cool?"

Y/N:"Yup. Ow..."

Aizawa:"We do not know exactly the gamemodes nor how will it truly works but sometimes you will have to team up in which case, the bracelet will only shine in one color. The color of your team. If eliminated, the bracelet will go off. Obviously, black isn't an option to avoid confusion."

Tokoyami:"Darn it..."

Thanks to the darkness, Aizawa failed to see Momo grabbing her phone, sending me a message.

'Hey. Jiro, Hagakure, Ojiro and I are going to the mall tomorrow. There's some things on sale we wanna get. You in?

I'll give it some thought, sure.'

I looked at Momo who gave me a wink. I smiled and payed attention to our teacher.

Eventually, the ring started to sound all around school. First class is off.

Aizawa:"That's all for today. Remember, I hate you all. Specially you Mr. Pendragon."

Y/N:"Thanks!"

Aizawa:*Smiles*

Everyone got up, making sure our class turning the lights on. Denki stretched, his bones making a satisfying 'pop' sound. Shoto just sighed and placed her head on my shoulder.

Mineta and Sero approached us, along with Izuki.

Izuki:"Hey Y/N!"

Y/N:"Hey there Bunny."

Izuki:"Would you like to-"

Mineta:"Y/N! Two words man, Pool & Girls! Sero and I are going to the pool! There's gonna be lots of girls in bikini! Wanna come?"

As soon as Mineta asked me to go, I could feel the glare of a demon besides me. "Yes" was not an option.

Y/N:"I-I'll ask my mom."

Mineta:"Pussy."

Y/N:"What were you saying Izuki?"

Izuki:"Huh? Oh! Yeah, Iida, Ochako and I were planning on eating outside today. Due to USJ, they're letting us go early."

Denki:"For real?! Man I love U.A!"

Y/N:"Sure why not?"

Shoto:"I'm also-"

All Might:"HELLO YOUNG ONES! I AM HERE!"

We all got jumpscared by All Might who was already on the teacher's table, with that iconic smile of his.

Izuki:"All Might!"

Everyone returned to their seats, Izuki acting like a fan girl.

All Might:"I see all of you are eager to begin! Before that, Aizawa gave me permission to select the class representant!"

Everyone:"Ohh..."

All Might:"So, any volunteers?"

Iida stands up, raising his hand. Momo also stood up. Katsuki smirked and stood up aswell, raising her hand.

Mina:"You? Why the heck would be vote you, Bakugou?"

Katsuki:"I would stop Shoto's tyranny."

Mina:"You have my vote."

Jiro:"Mines too."

Shoto:"You will never achieve that."

All Might:"It doesn't matter! Tomorrow, all of you will present to the entire class a program to try and charm them into voting you!"

The three of them nodded and looked at everyone on the class.

All Might:"Now let's focus on the class. Today we're gonna..."

It was a theory class. No action for today. Everyone was fine however, no one was on the mood of fighting after yesterday, specially me.

That being said we weren't in the mood of learning about natural disasters anyways. Last time we heard that word we got attacked.

When All Might class was over it was time for Japanese literature. Half of the class fell asleep at this point. Which was to be expected. Thankfully it was time to leave. Some stayed to eat here but others, like me, had plans.

First, I texted Mom and Dad that I was gonna eat outside. Both replied with an "Okay" and "Be safe."

I went out of the school along with Shoto, both chatting about our things. We were gonna wait for Izuki, Ochako and Iida to come.

Shoto:"You're not gonna vote for that bimbo right?"

Y/N:"What?"

Shoto:"The votation. For class representant."

Y/N:"Oh! No. Well, I don't really have nothing planned..."

Shoto:"I will vote for Iida."

Y/N:"Why?"

Shoto:"Because he isn't trying to get in your pants."

Y/N:"Wait, that means-"

Izuki:"Hello!"

Izuki, Ochako and Iida came out of the school, meeting us. Iida shook my hand with a smile on his face.

Iida:"Hello Y/N! Are the injuries okay?"

Y/N:"Nothing more than scars."

Ochako:"That's nice to hear. Shall we get going?"

Y/N:"Yeah let's."

Izuki lead the way along with Shoto, both of them whispering something.

Iida:"Where are we going exactly?"

Ochako:"Izuki and I planned on going to Burger King. There's one nearby but we gotta get in a train."

Y/N:*Sigh* "I'm so tired of the train..."

Iida said something but I was more focused on Izuki who seemed to suddenly blush from something Shoto said.

Iida:"Hey Y/N, how did your mother took all of this? She wasn't here when you got injured, right?"

Y/N:"How do you know that?"

Iida:"I'm in the boys group, remember?"

Y/N:"Ah, right. Well I don't know how she reacted but... well, she's just glad that I'm fine."

Ochako:"I'm more curious about your blond girlfriend! Who was she?!"

As if she was a demon, Shoto's head made a 180 listening at our conversation.

Y/N:"She's not my girlfriend, she's my best friend. That's all."

I think...

Ochako:"Whatever you say..."

Izuki:"Hey Y/N, would you like to go to my house tomorrow? Just you and me! Alone. On my room."

Y/N:"H-Huh?"

Passing time with your friends it's amazing but like everything on this life, it has to end. After eating a burger and chatting for a while, I returned home.

Ah, home sweet home. My sister having an argument with a friend of hers through her phone, mom and dad watching a horror movie on the couch and the sound of shotgun blasts, christian chores and the echoes  of a million souls coming from my bedroom.

The usual.

First thing I did was say hello to mom and dad. Both gave me a kiss on the forehead and made the usual "how was your day" question. They were still paying attention to the movie so I said good and quickly said that tomorrow I had plans so I wasn't coming home to eat. They nodded, not really caring.

Before I could go to my room, Ann called me.

Ann:"Bro! Come here! What do you think of my new look?"

I entered the room, taking her new appearance into account.

Y/N:"Looking cool sis." *Sats next to her* "What are you doing?"

Sis gave me her back, leaning on my torso. I hugged her, watching what she was looking on her phone.

Ann:"Nothing much. Just looking at what some of my friends posted on Instagram."

Y/N:"Oh, look at that! They can ride a horse?"

Ann:"Yeah, Tiffany learned to do that."

Y/N:"I'd like to ride a horse."

Ann:"I can ride you allright."

Y/N:"S-SIS?!"

Ann:*Laughs* "Relax, I'm joking. Hey, would you like if we go around town one of these days? Just like we used to."

Y/N:"Of course. Whenever you want sis."

Ann:"Right. I missed you, Y/N. And when I heard you were..."

Y/N:"Let's not think about that, okay?"

Ann:"Okay..."

Jeanne:*From Y/N's room* "DIE HEATHENS! MY HOLY FIRE WILL PURGE ALL OF YOU!"

Ann:"...those games you showed her? Not a good idea Y/N."

Y/N:*Giggles* "I like this side of her. It's adorable."

Ann:"As long as she doesn't blast us into pieces, I'm fine."

Y/N:"Don't worry. Just like mom said, the worst she could do is sell us a bible."

Ann:"Or decapitate us. You never know with them Frenchies."

Y/N:"Where did you learn all that stuff?!"

I tickled her sides, making her laugh. Ann turned around and tried to tickle me, failing. When I stopped, Ann stared at me, smiling.

I kissed her forehead and ruffled her hair, making Ann smile once again. Then, I went up stairs.

As soon as I opened my door I was greeted by Jeanne, sitting on my chair with only a shirt and her panties, still playing Doom.
