"Well... that's not concerning or anything." Luz said sarcastically.

"Yep, a random living sludge was watching you guys. That's not concerning at all." King said, equally sarcastic.

"Wait, didn't that look like the stuff coming out of Hunter when Belos possessed him?" Willow pointed out.

This made Hunter shiver, holding himself as he felt himself about to be sick.

"Uh... Mr. God, sir?" Amity asked, "Will this come back to bite us on the ass?"

"As my friend would say... fuck yeah." Jss2141 said through the speaker.

Once everyone was in the den, Luz was hugged tightly by her mother and sister as they spoke rapidly in Spanish about how worried they were and how glad they were to see Luz was alright.

Somehow, despite having the strength of a Titan, trying to get her mom and sister to let go was an impossible feat.

"Strength of a god... no match for angry hispanic family." Luz said, shaking her head.

"Damn right it's not. A worried mother gains the strength of ten people when her child is in danger." Camila said firmly.

"And then there's the literal shapeshifter, who could probably increase her strength whenever she wants." Luz said, looking at Vee.

"Darn right." Vee said before she changed her arms to be big and muscular.

"Vee stop, you're going to get a group of fangirls." Luz said.

"Jealous?" Vee asked, grinning.

"Um, mom? Vee? Not that I don't enjoy the hug, but-" Luz was cut off as Vee grew her tail and covered her mouth.

"Cállate, vamos a saborear esto./Shut up, let us savor this." Vee said in Spanish.

"Oh! So that's what Spanish sounds like." Skara said, interested.

'Maybe I can ask for lessons later?' She thought.

"Amity, help!" Luz said.

"I'm good." Amity said.

"Botata!" Luz shouted.

"What? I can't break a family hug." Amity said with her hands up.

"Uh... I'm technically half god, so... please?" Luz asked, giving puppy eyes.

"Nope. It wouldn't be right to interrupt a family moment." Amity said, shaking her head.

"Wow, do you sound petty." Boscha comments.

"Look who's talking?" Amity snapped back.

Boscha just looked at her.

"... Fair point." She said.

"Hmph." Amity let out with grin.

"Pride before the fall, Amity." Lilith said but got a look from Amity and Eda. "Yes, I know the irony, shut up."

Luz bemoaned to this as Gus, Willow, and Hunter took some pictures with cameras or scrolls. After another minute of hugging and finally let Luz go, allowing her to stretch as she was met by Hunter.

"I've never been more happy to see you." He said, afraid since she passed out.

"I feel kind of insulted by that, but whatever." Luz said, playfully rolling her eyes.

"Why?" Hunter asked, confused.

"It's just friendly banter, Hunter. You'll get it someday." Luz said, waving her hand.

Hunter was confused by that.

'Dear Titan, that boy really has been sheltered.' The coven heads thought, glancing at Hunter.

Even Terra and Osran knew what friendly banter was and they were two of oldest coven heads there!

And when Terra felt bad for someone, you knew it was BAD.

"You know what I mean. It felt like.....that night all over again. I just don't want to lose anymore friends or family." Hunter said, shaking his head.

'Family?' Hunter thought, glancing towards Luz, Camila, Vee, Amity, Gus, and Willow. 'I...never had a real family before but...I kind of like that sound of it.'

"Yeah, I know." Luz said with a small smile and a light punch to his shoulder. "I'll try not to do it again."

"You better." All of Luz's friends and family said, making her flinch.

"You better." Hunter said as he chuckled and rubbed his shoulder.

'OW!' He thought, hiding his pain. 'Light to her is the equivalent of a three hundred pound right hook!'

"I'm joining the wrestling team, too!" Luz said with a grin.

"No you're not!" Camila said.

"So, ready for more tests?" Hunter asked.

"Yep." Luz said with a smile.

"We already tested the light glyph upstairs and it works perfectly." Amity said with a thumbs up.

"I can do magic in the human realm, I am awesome!" Luz said

"And you're growing a BIG head." Boscha comments.

"Boscha, do you NEED a mirror to look into?" Jss2141 asked.

Boscha just let out a loud gasp in offense.

"My head is PERFECTLY sized." Boscha said.

"Not with a giant eye in the middle of your forehead." Jss2141 comments back.

"That normal for a triclops!" Boscha shouted back.

"Sure it is." The author said back.

Boscha grumbled as she looked away.

'It is normal.' Boscha thought.

'What's wrong with her forehead? I like it.' Amelia thought.

'Oh, we're sure you'd think that, Amelia.' Jss2141 thought.

"Check it out." Luz said, turning her notebook to another page.

She quickly drew a new light glyph and activated it. A blue light orb formed before all of them, amazing them greatly as Camila gasped at the sight of it.

"It's beautiful....." Camila muttered.

Luz beamed in her seat, she was going to be able to teach her mother magic!

'Wait, is this gonna affect me in a bad way?' Luz thought.

"Yeah but what about the others?" Willow asked.

"I'm unsure yet." Luz said, gesturing to her notebook. "Why don't we go out to the woods and test them out?"

"Yes, that good thinking. It'll avoid unwanted eyes and unwanted damages to your house." Lilith said.

"I vote yes and I'll handle clean up." Vee said with her hand up before she sucked up the light orb to consume it. "Mmmm, it's tastes like raspberries!"

This made all of the witches shiver and glance at Vee, almost forgetting she was a magic eating basilisk.

"What?" Vee asked, "If I wanted to, I would've eaten your magic by now."

"Vee, you're not helping." Luz quickly whispered to her sister.

"Just being honest." Vee said.

Camila shook her head with a face palm.

'When did my life become so crazy?' She thought, still not used to the new crazy and weirdness.

"Do you want me to start from the beginning or...?" Luz asked.

"No. I have a good understanding of when the craziness began." Camila said, smiling before patting Luz's head. "The day you were born."

"Awwwwww." Most of the witches gushed.

'Dear Titan, that was so cheesy!' Terra and Adrian thought.

After a quick breakfast, the group walked back to the cabin in the wood...unaware that someone was following them to watch from a distance.

'I must see more!' He thought!

Once again everyone got a feeling of dread at the sight of the small green blob.

Luz and Hunter felt the most dread. Something about that little blob, it gave them a feeling a great fear. One that hadn't felt since they were in the presence of HIM!

'Oh please no.' Luz thought as she began to go pale.

'It can't be him. Please Titan, it can't be!' Hunter thought, clenching his arm rests tightly.

Both felt their heart rates go up.

When they arrived, they had Luz create one of each of the main four glyphs. One of light, one of ice, one of fire, and one of plants in notes; each of them on the ground.

"Alright, we already know the light glyph works." Luz said, tapping it to create a large light orb. "Now let's see the ice glyph."

"Let's hope we don't accidently get stuck in a giant block of ice." Gus said.

"Hey, speak for yourself, I would make a good looking ice sculptor!" Luz said.

"Everyone would make a good looking ice sculpture. But only if you know what to carve it." Adrian said, flipping his hair back.

'Ugh, his voice just irritates me. Markiplier looking mother fucker.' Luz thought.

"I got it." Gus said, walking the glyph and tapping it with his foot.

A small pillar of ice rose from it, reaching Luz's knees.

"That's it? It's puny." Darius said, shaking his head.

"You would know puny." Eda said with a smirk.

"Quiet, Owl Woman!" Darius shouted at her.

"Settle down in there." Jss2141 said, "While I don't have a collection of weapons like my friend, I can still do things."

"Like what?" Adrian asked, not believing this.

"I can cut you up into tiny pieces but keep you alive before I put you back together." Jss2141 said.

That got people to shut up and focus on the screen.

"Ice glyph, check." Vee said, checking it off in a notepad.

"Now for the fire glyph." Hunter said, taking a turn with a glyph.

"Be careful." Camila and Lilith said.

"Relax. They're not Eda." King comments.

"You're grounded." Eda quickly said.

"Please be careful." Camila said quickly.

'Please.' Camila thought.

Hunter nodded as he kneeled down and pushed the glyph, and making a roaring fire in front of himself.

"Whoa!" Hunter let out, pulling his finger back before he got burned!

"What did I just say?" Camila asked, feeling disobeyed.

"What did I just say!?" Camila asked at the same time as her on screen self.

"Hey! It's not like I meant for it to do that." Hunter said, quickly putting his hands up.

"Hm, the fire glyph was the closed to Luz than the ice glyph. So maybe it was much more powerful because of it." Gus said, tapping his chin.

"It makes sense since the Titan is where the glyphs came from. So the closer they are to Luz, the more powerful." Amity theorized as Willow picked up plant glyph.

"Let me test that from about 5 steps away." Willow said.

"So distance could be key. The closer the glyphs are to me, the more powerful they are." Luz said with a smile.

Luz was getting even more excited while Lilith was quickly running out of paper.

"Mr. J?" Lilith asked.

"On it." Jss2141 said before making a new notebook appear in Lilith's lap.

'Mr. J, huh?' Jss2141 thought.

A note appeared next to "Mr. J". He took it and looked at it.

'If you're Mr. J, don't expect me to be Harley'- Mr. Hardcore.

That made Jss2141 gag a bit before he crumbled up the note.

'No more Mr. J.' He thought quickly.

She walked away from Luz and pressed the glyph, making a vine pop out. She then went back to Luz, who made another plant glyph. Willow took it, and from less than a foot away, pressed the glyph, causing a much larger vine to come out.

"Well, I think that confirms it, I'm a magic hot spot!" Luz said.

"You WILL be a magic hot spot." Vee corrected her.

"Stop saying that, it sounds weird." Boscha said.

"Do you even know what "hot spot" means?" Cat asked.

"I don't but I'll tell you later." Luz said, waving her off.

"Whoa!" Vee let out in shock, looking at how tall the large vine was.

"I guess the theory is right. The closer the glyphs are to me, the more powerful they are. Guess that works out for me since I use glyph magic more." Luz said, opening her notebook again. "Now, we can move on to the combo glyphs."

"Combo glyphs?" Everyone but Luz, Eda, King, and Lilith questioned.

"Trademark by me." Lilith mumbled.

"Combo glyphs? The ones that create new spells in certain ways?" Camila asked.

Luz was interested in what future combos she could learn about with her new magical abilities.

'I should make notes about this!' Luz thought, quickly getting some paper and a pencil.

"Exactly mom. And I have the perfect on to test first." Luz said, turning to a glyph combination that HE didn't finish. "A small water glyph."

'Water glyph?' Everyone thought, never hearing of this glyph before.

Lilith moved at lightning speed to write this glyph down as Luz didn't bother writing it. She KNEW where that glyph came from.

"This should be fun." Hunter comments.

Luz put the combo glyph on the ground and pushed it, suddenly feeling the earth shake before a GEYSER of water burst in front of Luz!

"There she blows!" King and Eda screamed.

Luz laughed at their reactions.

'I am SO looking forward to this!' Luz thought as the water fountain glyph was even more powerful now thanks to her.

"Whoa!" Luz said, falling back a bit and gazing up to the water! "That didn't happen when I first used it!"

"Well, you weren't half Titan last time." Amity said, shocked at the geyser of water.

"I almost hate to see what the other combination glyphs are like." Luz said with a small smirk. "Almost."

'Oh boy.' Everyone thought.

"Ms-" Gus was cut off.

"Luz has always been dangerously curios, yes." Camila answered him.

"And trust me, it can be really bad." Eda added.

"I'm not THAT bad!" Luz said.

"... Should I break out the list?" Eda asked.

"You have a list?!" Luz shouted in shock.

"You have a list?" Everyone else said in surprise.

"How could I NOT have a list?" Eda said before reaching into her hair and pulling out a paper scroll.

Camila took the list and read it over a bit.

"We will talking about this, young lady." Camila said, still reading the listen.

"Mmmm!" Luz whimpered, sliding down in her seat.

Amity patted her head for comfort as the screen resumed.

But watching from the shadows, Belos was possessing a squirrel as he saw his original water fountain glyph turned into a geyser just from Luz being so close! Somehow the Titan's blood in her body was even more potent than before!

'I was right! She'll make an even better power source for the portal, no question.' He thought.

Everyone gasped in shock or gagged at the sight of the squirrel, even more so when they heard HIS voice coming from it.

Hunter felt his throat run dry as Luz felt her heart stop as she clenched the arm rest.

The two barely escaped from Belos's mind, they didn't want him in the human realm with them.

He continued to watch as Luz tested the other glyph combinations he created or she created. One that allows her to hover or flying, one that created snowfall, and another that created a tiny tornado as tall as a tree!

Her strength with the glyphs was unrivaled now! And it's because of that strength, the demon realm shall be saved.....or destroyed.

Luz was amazed at how much she would be capable of! Everyone else was but also worried about the "destroyed" part.

'We have to prevent that.' They all thought, glancing at Luz.

Even if it means fighting Luz... but surely that would never happen... right?
