One day after the villain's attack on U.S.J, everyone in class 1-A realised that someone was missing. The classmate they acknowledged to be the strongest was nowhere to be seen.

When Eraserhead arrived during homeroom, he was bombarded with questions regarding the missing classmate. He was so annoyed to the point where he shouted, causing the class to quieten down. When peace finally returned to the class, he explained that during the villain attack, Izuku Midoriya had been severely injured while taking down a group of villains. Although he managed to knock them unconscious, he sustained heavy injuries and was instructed to stay home for the coming week.

Of course, none of this was true. This whole story was fabricated by none other than the smartest rat in U.A.

Since the story fit well within the class's image of Izuku, they fully bought the story with no questions asked. Though some had doubts, they found no logical loopholes within the fabricated story, believing that they were just too sensitive.

"Instead, my partner will be joining us today... she will be taking the seat of Izuku Midoriya for the coming week."

With this statement, a cheerful fox girl standing on her toes opened the door and entered, closing the door behind her.

The moment she entered, a deathly silence settled within the class. They still had not forgotten that the League Of Villains' defeat, was single-handedly caused by this harmless-looking girl. She went up to the front of the class and bowed before crawling up Eraserhead's back. She chose to stay on the neck of her papa instead of sitting in the chair of her original body.

Eraserhead did not refuse and allowed her to stay on him. For the whole duration of homeroom, the class was treated to a refreshing sight. Not only did they see their stern homeroom teacher smile for the very first time, but they also enjoyed the cute sight of a young girl rubbing against their teacher.

Mineta was already tied against the wall to prevent him from doing anything, while his mouth was taped up with the help of Sero's tape. Though they would have preferred duct tape, this would do for now.

They no longer feared the fox girl as much, most of them swearing to protect this girl with their life. This was especially true for Katsuki, who felt as if he met the love of his life.

With this thought, he suddenly realised that he may be a l*licon. This caused him to fall into confusion, questioning whether his sexual preferences were appropriate for the future Symbol Of Peace.

He decided that he must take this secret to the grave, never to let it see the light of day. Though he was not the only one who had this thought as Todoroki had also begun developing feelings for her.

Surprisingly, Mineta had no perverted desires towards this girl, yet with the tape on his mouth, he had no way to vocalise his feelings. He had no choice but to bear the consequences of his actions.

It was only near the end when Eraserhead finally remembered what he was meant to inform the class.

"Two weeks later, the U.A sports festival will be held again. I know what you are thinking, but we must hold this competition to reassure the public that U.A is completely unaffected by this attack."

With his partner by his side, his temper was much more pleasant. Instead of throwing the news out and leaving the students confused, he explained the rationale behind this decision.

The class was not used to such kindness. For the past two days, all they felt was that their homeroom teacher did not care about them. That is to say, he did not give a damn about them.

When they thought about the coming week, they could not help but feel worried. What was going to happen after the girl left? Would he once again return to being the heartless Sensei?

As always, the ignorant are blessed. They did not know that the fox girl was the same classmate that dominated them. If she had revealed herself, there will never be a day where their cold-hearted Eraserhead will return. In this context, wouldn't it mean the ignorant are cursed?

Anyways, they quickly adapted to this new addition to their class. That was when the girl chimed in.

"Remember, this sports fest is the biggest opportunity for you to be noticed by the major hero agencies! This will be affecting your internships later on in the year, okay?"

While the class was marveling at the girl's cute voice, they finally realised what her words meant. With this, a huge sense of pressure suddenly affected the class. They were no longer in the mood to chat, instead, they were thinking of how to best sell themselves.

With that, homeroom ended. Eraserhead left for the teacher's lounge, while Izumi continued hanging onto his neck. They enjoyed the time spent together, with Eraserhead occasionally touching her sensitive tail. That was when Izumi remembered something. It was already the start of a new year, which meant that she now had to be careful about her heat.

Remembering her previous experience, she could not help but shudder. During that period of time, the amount of time she spent in the bathroom far surpassed her bedtime. She could not count the times when she felt like pouncing on her papa. The thought of her doing 'that' with the person who she treated as her father, made her feel like finding a hole and burying herself in it.

She shook the thought out of her mind and enjoyed her papa's gentle touch. Eventually, it was time for the students to go for lunch. A few minutes passed, before All Might came in, along with his successor, Bakugo.

At the sight of this two, Izumi felt a rush of anger in her. She suppressed this feeling and asked her papa to bring her to the canteen. Her papa gladly obliged and brought her to the canteen.

The moment they arrived, the rowdy students making conversations abruptly stopped. They all focused on Eraserhead and the girl that was hugging him.

At first, they were admiring how cute the girl was, but when they saw him glance at them, they quickly turned their heads away.

Eraserhead went to queue up, not taking advantage of the student's fear of him. He ordered a sandwich for himself, before the girl on his neck asked for a Katsudon.

Hearing the voice, everyone once again focused their attention on the girl. Feeling the gazes, Eraserhead turned back to look at the students, making them look down again.

They took their food and proceeded to an empty table. The girl said, "itadakimasu!", and slowly ate her food, savoring the taste of an exquisite Katsudon.

All the students in the canteen tried hard to glance in her direction. Those who succeeded were rewarded with a heart attack, while those not sneaky enough passed out from fear.

When she was finished, she gave a satisfied burp, before once again crawling on her papa. She then proceeded to take a nap, completely ignoring those 'wandering' gazes directed at her.

Eraserhead slowly stood up and proceeded to leave the canteen. When he finally left, a student made sure he actually left, before all hell broke loose. All the students began discussing what they saw.

This event became a new source of rumors. Those imaginative ones said that the girl was Eraserhead's daughter, while those perverted ones said that she was his secret lover. The person who spread the latter was mercilessly beaten up. (That person was not Mineta.)

For the rest of the day, they continued enjoying each other's company. When night fell, she was invited to visit the house of Eraserhead, which she gladly accepted, curious about the living area of her papa.

When she finally entered his house, she was surprised at how basic it was. Aside from some tatami mats and a kotatsu, his living room only had a television.

His bedroom was similar in style to the living room as well, with a bed and a cupboard. She also noticed a stack of books right beside the bed. When she looked at the title, she understood why her papa always looked sleep-deprived. All those books were records of all the students in his class and their backgrounds. There were also books on psychology, ways of teaching, and other miscellaneous knowledge.

Since he was a homeroom teacher, he did not need to specialise in specific topics. But he was expected to be a jack of all trades, so he would not be in a situation where he could not solve a question.

All these books had around 500 pages each, far surpassing the textbooks she reads in the morning. If she had to read finish all this, she would definitely end up like her papa.

She stopped looking around and knelt on the tatami mats. Eraserhead promised to cook her dinner and she was excited to taste her papa's cooking.

A few minutes later, he came out holding two plates of curry rice, within the curry were some potatoes and carrots. She ate it with relish, looking like a chipmunk in the eyes of her papa.

When she finished her meal, she made her way back home, fed the cat, took her shower, and slept.

The next day, she came to class on Eraserhead's back once again. She noticed how the class was different from yesterday. She presumed that something must have happened yesterday that caused this change, but she did not bother to ask.

Her papa should have also noticed, but he did not point it out either.

Later that day, the class had to attend All Might's lesson once again, but this time, Eraserhead came in along with the girl.

They were once again stunned, but with the incident yesterday, they quickly regained their calm. As of right now, Nezu was seriously lecturing All Might once again for his inappropriate use of his quirk.

They were brought to the P.E field to have some time practicing with their quirks. Which was when Izumi noticed the son of Endeavour. She knows the quirk of this classmate of hers, knowing full well that he can use both fire and ice at the same time. Yet, he seemed to be restricting himself, only using the ice part of his quirk.

She was curious and asked about him, only for her papa to tell her what was wrong with him.

She concluded that because of daddy issues, this classmate of hers is unwilling to use his quirk to its fullest potential, all to spite his father.

She could not believe someone who was going to grow up and be a hero protecting others, was here troubled over some issues with his daddy. Should there come a day when he had to save someone, what then?

She asked her papa to bring him to a private area for a good lesson.

When he arrived, he wondered what the love of his life was going to say. She did not say anything, using her despair quirk to give him a taste of that memory from long ago. She instilled it with a bit of her anger quirk to provoke him.

When he saw scenes of all those skeletons, ranging from children to adults, all with faces of pain and suffering, he could not help but feel the urge to puke. From the depths of his heart, he felt the urge to murder the ones who caused this. This urge overshadowed his hate for his father, causing him to subconsciously use his fire part of his quirk.

When he awoke from the strange memory, he noticed that there was a bit of distance between his teacher and him.

The girl noticed he came out of his trance and asked, "if you were met with this situation... tell me, what will you do?"

He did not know, he did not answer. He only strived so hard so that he could prove his father wrong. He wanted to disobey him, prove to him that his ways were wrong. Those memories, however, woke him up from this petty desire.

"You have the strength others only wish to have. If you don't even want to help others, then I am sorry, you should give up on being a hero."

With that said, the teacher and the girl he loved left, leaving his mind full of what he had just seen. A seed of heroism was planted deeply into his heart, he finally understood that he had been too selfish. He finally let go of his hatred towards his father.

But it did not mean that he would accept him. He would prove to his father that he was better than him. He will take the number 1 spot that his father could only dream of.

He gave a bow in their direction before going back to train. It had been so long since he used his fire, it felt so different. He now understood that this quirk was solely his, although his father gave him the chance to possess this quirk, at the end of the day, this quirk did not belong to his father.

Eraserhead looked at the most troublesome student in his class finally letting himself go and rubbed the head of his partner. He was truly grateful as he could never have found a way to fix this student's troublesome mindset.

Izumi reveled in the head rubs, purring occasionally.

After a week of all this training and playing with her papa, it was finally time for her to return to being Izuku.

Though her papa was reluctant, she promised to meet him soon. With that, Izuku has finally returned to school.

When he came back, he once again shocked them by bringing out textbooks that taught concepts far surpassing the syllabus taught to the year 4 students. Only those working adults in their specialised fields would be reading these types of books. The books involved all sorts of biotechnology, coding, hacking, aeronautical engineering, and other bizarre and esoteric knowledge. Though he did not need to ever use this knowledge, learning was a type of hobby to him, learning new things made him happy.

The teachers that taught his class would never question him as there would be no point. His theoretical foundations were too steady. They let him studied as he liked as he never caused trouble in class.

During training, on the other hand, everyone saw that his quirk had improved by leaps and bounds. His strength was at least three times higher than before, as he was now able to destroy as much as eight metal sheets stacked on each other, with ease.

When All Might first witnessed this, his eyes widened and his mouth opened so wide that they could fit a whole watermelon in there. It could not be helped as that level of enhancement was already half as strong as his One For All.

Though not surprising on paper, this was comparing Izuku having his quirk for almost two years, while All Might had his for countless years.

In the end, he was asked to train alone as everyone that saw him would train until they fainted from exhaustion, or in thunder boy Kaminari's case, turn into a complete idiot.

This continued for one more week. When it was finally time for the sports festival to begin, the representative was asked to give a pledge. During the opening pledge, it was Bakugo's duty as the class representative, to make one up.

Izuku was prepared to hear the most arrogant speech he would have possibly heard in his life. Yet, what came out was so much flowery b*llsh*t that Izuku began doubting his eyes.

'Was this really Bakugo? The Bakugo that only knew to scream die?'

With his speech finished, the other classes were in disbelief at how the class representative of the best class, could say such fake words with a smile on his face.

At the end of those speeches, the announcer, Midnight, revealed the first event, which was an obstacle race.

It was a 4km run around the stadium. All competitors were stationed in front of a starting line, when the countdown ended, Izuku started running, easily overtaking the people in front.

He noticed early on that the corridor to exit the stadium was too narrow. Remembering the time when the alarms rang, he knew full well another crowd was going to happen.

He turned out to be right as everyone struggled to push each other out of the way. Todoroki, on the other hand, noticed this and used his ice quirk to create a path above the crowd. The others in class 1-A noticed this and followed his example, swiftly passing the first obstacle.

By then, Izuku had already passed through the 2km mark, effortlessly avoiding the villain robots blocking his way.

He walked on the ropes like he was walking on flat land, quickly reaching the minefield. It was then that he stepped on the mines and continued his run. His body not taking any damage from the combined explosions.

He reached the finish line and spent the rest of his time on the floor, waiting for the others to arrive.

The audience was so surprised that first place was decided so quickly that they forgot to cheer. It was only when Bakugo and Todoroki snatched the second and third place respectively that the audience remembered that they were meant to cheer.

Throughout the whole race, Todoroki and Bakugo were neck and neck. If not for Bakugo using the mines as a way to propel himself, Todoroki would have lengthened the distance with his ice path and his use of flames and ice to make artificial explosions.

Endeavor, who was in the spectator stands was looking at Izuku closely. He felt a sense of familiarity, but when he tried to think deeper, he felt his mind go blank before forgetting what he was thinking of.

He once again looked at the screen, only to see his son using his flames. He felt a sense of pride that his replacement was finally willing to use his quirk to its fullest potential.

He wanted to go up to look closer, but he felt something wrong with his thoughts. When he once again tried to think deeper, his mind blanked out once again.

He went back to seat at his personal seat, like a puppet being controlled by its strings.

At the last minute, Bakugo managed to surpass Todoroki, who made a mistake with his quirk. This made him realise how dangerous his thoughts were before. If this had happened when he was trying to save someone, both he and the person he tried to save would die.

After both of them passed the finish line, Tenya, Mineta, Yaoyorozu, Tsuyu, and Sero reached the finish line.

Learning from when he was unjustly tied up, Mineta swore that he would try to change the image he had. In the past, he would have tried to hitch a ride on one of the girls, but this time, he stole a ride on Tenya. Tenya, knowing that his classmate was depending on him, pushed his limits to snatch fourth place, landing Mineta in fifth.

Yaoyorozu surpassed every contestant, except the top 5 with the use of a motorcycle. She would have snatched 4th if not for the third obstacle, The Fall. After passing that area, she used the mines as propulsion devices and lengthened the distance between Sero and Tsuyu. This gave her the 6th rank.

Tsuyu and Sero were tied for most of the run. Tsuyu only winning by a few millimeters, giving them the 7th and 8th ranking respectively.

The last two rankings were taken by Monoma, who copied Tenya's quirk, and Shinso, who mind-controlled Monoma to carry him. At least Shinso was kind enough to give Monoma the 9th rank. Not many people noticed how Shinso made Monoma carry him, but they assumed that he made a deal behind the scenes.

When the rankings were shown, the top 10 were completely dominated by class 1-A. All the other classes were jealous of this result and pushed the fault onto class 1-A having fought villains.

Izuku knew their thoughts like the back of his hand and sneered.

'The villain attack was only a catalyst. It made them work much harder to catch up. But you? I can see that all of you are not taking your training seriously!'

But he would never point this fact out, as other classes would never listen to his words, for he was the number one person whom they are jealous of.

With that, the first event has been concluded!

Midnight revealed that the next event will be the Cavalry Battle. She read the rules out for the next event, quickly putting Izuku at a disadvantage as the next event would be a team battle.

If that was not enough, she quickly gave him the death sentence, by pinning the ten million points on him.

All Izuku could think of was,

'Well well well, if it isn't the consequences of my actions.'

As you can see, Izuku has dug a massive grave for himself. By not befriending anyone throughout his time spent in U.A, I wonder who would be willing to join him?

The next chapter will be the cavalry battle and maybe the one-on-one, where something surprising will happen.

(It is going to be a pain to name all those participating in the cavalry battle, but I will try my best!)
