Question #1: What's Discord?

Discord is a communication app. We highly suggest it downloading it for a better interview experience.

Question #2: What will the interviews be like?

Just a simple conversation through text where your interviewer will ask you a question and all you have to do is answer thoughtfully. If you feel uncomfortable with a question, feel free to skip it.

Question #3: I read in the rules that you can submit two stories, how would that work?

You can submit your two stories in one form. Your chosen interviewer will read and assess them until your interview date. During your interview, you'll be asked questions about both stories and your career as a writer, other questions included. 

Question #4: How long are the interviews going to be?

It always depend on the number of questions you'll be asked. We do have a 1 hour time limit. Interviews shouldn't exceed that time limit unless requested or permitted by the participants themselves.
