Our heroes were now taking a break as jacob and Brock were making lunch, may and max were watching them cook

May and max: wow, that smells great

Jacob: indeed it does, it's one of my mother's recipes, brock here has been taking notes

Jacob's pokemon immediately ran towards jacob

Jacob: alright guys here you go

Jacob gave each of them a plate

Jacob: say may, why don't you bring out your torchic

May: alright, torchic lunch time

May summoned her torchic

Everyone was now enjoying their food

May: wow jacob, this curry is amazing

Max: hey jacob, can I ask you something

Max: where did you get a celebi

Jacob: oh well you see max, celebi is actually my cousin

Jacob: yep, a lot of legendary and mythical pokemon are part of my family

Jacob: yeah I do

Jacob then noticed torchic running around with grapes in his mouth

Jacob: uhh may, your torchic seems to be pretty excited

May: yeah, it always get excited around food, I think it might be eating too much

Max: well pokemon do learn behavior from their trainer

May just stared at max while some of the members laughed a bit

Meanwhile, jacob pokemon were watching may's torchic

Octillery: that torchic sure is something

Heracross: yeah though I having mixed though about his trainer, she's doesn't seem to know what she's doing at all

Bellossom: yeah I noticed that, she think she also might be afraid of us

Octillery: yeah I think so to, I hope jacob can help her

Celebi: of course he can, he can do anything

Just then they heard something rustling from the bushes

Bellossom: uh guys, did you hear that?

Heracross: yeah

Octillery: me too, what is it?

The then saw this pokemon, peeking out of the bushes

Seviper: male

The seviper then suddenly tripped torchic with his tail, this caused torchic to drop the fruit. Seviper then ate the fruit which made torchic angry, seviper then opened up it's mouth and tried to eat torchic

Heracross: oh crap

Heracross then used tackle and stuck seviper before he could eat torchic, seviper then got back up and wrapped around torchic and began to squeeze him, torchic let out a cry which alerted the others

Max: what's going on

Jacob: guys look

They saw torchic getting squeezed by seviper

May: torchic!

Jacob: He's losing oxygen, heracross, free torchic

Heracross: on it

Heracross used focus punch and punched seviper in the face, the cause him to lose its grip on torchic, torchic then ran back towards may

May: torchic

May picked torchic up and hold him

May: what was that pokemon

Jacob: it's a seviper, these guys are very dangerous

Seviper then got back up and angrily hissed at them

Jacob: well it looks like we pissed him off

Jessie: let me take care of it

Jessie then summoned arbok

Jessie: arbok use poison sting

Arbok open his mouth and fired multiple white darts from his mouth at seviper

Seivper jumped into the air and dodged the attack once it got back to the ground it began to charge up a poison tail, The dagger part of Seviper's tail began to glow purple as he slithered towards arbok

Jacob: it's using poison tail, jessie, get arbok out of the way

Jessie: got it, arbok use dig

Arbok dug underground right before seviper could hit him, arbok then appeared seconds later behind seviper

Jessie: arbok, use wrap

Arbok began to up its body around seviper, but seviper began to do the same thing, both pokemon were wrapped around each other as they tried to overpower each other, just then seviper launched a flamethrower attack

The attack hit arbok in the face

Jessie: arbok!

The attack caused arbok grip to weaken as seviper began to slowly over power arbok

Jessie: arbok use headbutt

Arbok slammed his head into seviper which caused him to let go, both pokemon slither away from each other, they stared at each other in anger, arbok was burned due to the flamethrower, suddenly arbok began to shed his skin which cured arbok from the burn

Jacob: jessie, your arbok has the shed skin ability, it cured him from the burn

Jessie; alright

Seviper then slithered towards arbok as he tried to use poison tail

Jessie: arbok, dodge it and use ice fang

Arbok dodged the poison tail as his fangs became covered in light blue ice energy, arbok then bit down on seviper, ice then began to form around sevipers body as it soon froze seviper solid, arbok then threw seviper to the ground which caused the ice to shatter

Jacob: alright, I think it's weak enough to be caught, jessie, try to catch it

Jessie: with pleasure

Jessie pulled out a pokeball and threw it at seviper, the pokeball managed to successfully capture seviper

Jessie: alright, I caught a seviper

Jacob: hehe, good job jessie, now let's go back to our meal

They team then went back to their meal
