Y/N's POV Location: Virtua Forest

Neptune, Compa, and I were in a forest where Compa said she and I found Neptune.

Neptune: So, I guess this is where I was elegantly lodged into the ground, right?

Compa: Well, not quite. It's a bit farther back, but...

Y/N: But what?

Compa: There are monsters all over the place now.

Neptune: Monsters? You mean that blue, dog-like, jelly thingy over there?

Compa: N/N took them out the last time we were here, but if he lost his memories then...

Y/N: I'll be fine. Just don't drag me down...

Neptune: Um, this world has monsters all over the place like any RPG, right?

Compa: Not really. They just popped out of nowhere over the last few years.

Neptune: Oh, okay then. Now let's go on and get some XP while we're at it!

Y/N:

Compa: Nep-Nep, what's the matter? You seem excited.

Neptune: Well, I'm the heroine, right? So I got to beat up some monsters, I figured.

A/N: Actually, Y/N is the protagonist of this story.

Y/N: Who the hell are you talking to, Neptune?

Compa: *Ignoring what Y/N said* I guess so, but...can you really fight?

Neptune:  I have my trusty sword (wood) and skills with me. It'll be a piece of cake!

Compa: Okay...if you say. Well, I'll help too, then! Um, let me get this out...

Compa then pulled a GIANT SYRINGE OUT OF NOWHERE!!!

Y/N:

Y/N: *Shocked* HOLY MOLY!!!

Neptune: *Shocked* Wha-?! Compa, what with that huge syringe?! Wait! Where'd that come from?!

Compa: Oh, I use this to fight. Where it came from? Well, that's a Compa secret...

Neptune: Um, my imagination of where it came from can't explain the "how"...

Y/N: Do you even get tired carrying that?

Compa: That's nitty-gritty info! Let's just beat the nasties and go on.

3RD POV

The trio walked until a Dogoo got in their way.

Dogoo: Nraaah...

Neptune: Yay! My first monster! Hey, Compa, Y/N, I just need to beat him up, right?

Compa: Yes. The Dogoos are cute, but they are bad monsters, so we can beat them up.

Y/N: And what about those frogs?

Neptune and Compa look to where Y/N was pointing to see frog-like monsters were appearing from strange symbols.

Compa: I've never seen them before, but they don't look friendly.

The frog-like monsters were focusing on Y/N for some strange reason leaving the teen defenseless until his hand got a ball of fire and on instinct, he thrusted his hand on the monster that was about attack him from the side killing it.

Compa: N/N, how did you do that?!

Y/N: I...don't know...

Y/N looks at Neptune and Compa to help them fight the Dogoos.

Y/N:

Y/N: Never mind that, let's get rid of the Dogoos first.

(Battle Start)

Y/N: You're good as gone!

Compa attacked the first Dogoo weakening it for Neptune to finish it off while Y/N handled the second one by slashing it with a sword of energy in his hand.

Y/N: Eat this! *Slices the Dogoo in half*

Y/N: That's how it's done!

Dogoo: *Weakly* Nraaah...

Neptune: Victory! See? Leave it to old Nep and her sword (wood).

Y/N: I did some of the work...

Compa: So, how was it fighting Mr. Monster?

Neptune: There's still more I need to learn, but I think I can get the hang of this.

Y/N: ...

Compa: Well, there's a lot more where they came from, so we can train a bit more.

Neptune: Sounds like a plan!

Timeskip

Y/N, Compa, and Neptune were defeating many monsters that were in their way until they arrived at the back of the forest.

Compa: We're here! This is where N/N and I found you, Nep-Nep.

Y/N: *Mentally* This place does feel familiar...

Neptune: Wow... That's a huge hole right there...

Compa: Nep-Nep, does this make you remember anything?

Neptune: ...

Compa: *Worried* Um, Nep-Nep?

Neptune: Mmm...

Neptune: Mmmmmm...

Neptune: Ah-! I can't remember a thing! Compa, are you sure I was stuck here?

Y/N:

Y/N: *Mentally* So much for trying to jog Neptune's memory by bringing her where we found her.

Compa: Yes. You fell from the skies like a shooting star and landed right here.

Neptune: Like a shooting star, cutting through the night, right?

Compa: *Realizes something* That's right!

Y/N: What's the matter, Compa? Why did you raise your voice like that?

Compa: It just struck me, but there could be a clue around here somewhere.

Compa: Nep-Nep, Did you lose anything? Maybe an ID or anything?

Neptune: I wish, but you know, I can't remember anything, so...

Neptune: Hey, wait... I do remember something I'm missing!

Compa: Really?! What is it?

Neptune: Well, it's obvious...

Y/N: Obvious?

Neptune: My memory!

Compa: ...

Y/N:

Y/N: *Pissed off* THIS ISN'T THE TIME TO BE MESSING AROUND, NEPTUNE!!!

Neptune: Um...wasn't that...funny?

Compa: *Shakes her head* N/N's right, this isn't the time to be fooling around, Nep-Nep.

Neptune: Wait, what?! I thought you were joking when you asked me if I remembered!

Compa: Joking aside, let's look for some clues.

Y/N: Agreed.

Compa: *Confused* What's that sound?

Neptune: I have a bad feeling about this...

Y/N: Me too, stay on guard.

Suddenly, the ground started crumbling under our heroes.   

Neptune: Wha-?! The ground. It's crumbling?!

Compa: We're fa--lling!

Y/N: AAAGGGHHH!!!
