(Y/N)'s POV

I was woken up by the annoying sound of my alarm clock. In fact, I was so annoyed by it that I ended up grabbing it and chucking it across the room. It hits the wall and falls silent. I look at what remains of it for a couple of minutes before sighing.

(Y/N): Damnit! That's the fifth time this month! I need to stop doing that.

I get out of bed and stretch before I went downstairs. After showering, getting dressed, and eating breakfast, I go outside to get check for mail today. I opened up the mailbox and-

SpongeBob: *inside the mailbox* HI, MAILMAN!

*Take 2*

And take out the, ugh, bills.

Whatever, I'll do them after school. I go back inside my house to grab my backpack before leaving.

I walk into school and sat down at my desk. That's when I realized: I didn't see Frisk in the hallway today. You see, Frisk and I are friends, or should I say, best friends. We were practically inseperable, being at each other's side almost all the time. We were so close, in fact, that sometimes people mistake us for a couple, but really, we were just close friends. Frisk most of the time would walk to school with me, but sometimes, she's there before me. Since I didn't see her walk out of her house, I assumed she's already at school, waiting for me.

Now, I'm starting to panic. It isn't like Frisk to randomly miss a day of school. She always insisted that she would be there at school with me. Maybe she was feeling sick? No, she would have texted me if that were the case. The school bell brings me out my thoughts and other students are starting to pour into the classroom. I decided to go check on her after school, just to make sure she's ok.

I mean, what's the worst that could happen?

(A/N: Sorry that this is so short. I'm still getting used to writing here. I really hope this is actually entertaining enough and a good enough start for the story)
