A school where the elite are made and polished

When the principal is away the ones who reign over it is the student council

Asano Gakushuu

Not only being the pride of the school but is also the student council president aswell as the principal's son

Although they are the leaders, there are things they do not act upon

Trouble in or out of school

In order to protect these elites from a potentially dangerous situation a different group acts on these problems

The Disciplinary Committee

Rehabilitating students with potential who are on the brink of falling to the end class or disciplining rowdy students who cause trouble aswell as outsiders who cause trouble for their students

Seeing as the principal, Asano Gakuhou, has some control with the authorities

The disciplinary committee is given permission to protect the students of Kunugigaoka whatever it takes

Given that they prioritize the elite and those in the student council

And forsake those in the end class

But unlike most disciplinary committees the one in Kunugigaoka does not have a teacher as its president

Shiota Nagisa

Grades almost on par with Asano Gakushuu

Physical abilities greater than a military veteran

He was specifically chosen by Asano Gakuhou to act as the Disciplinary Committee's president and is even studying under him

Turning him into a strict and harsh student

"I-is that Shiota Nagisa?"

The students started chatting as a boy with blue hair tied in a pony tail walked past them

"Woah he looks cute"

"I-idiot! He's a guy you know!"

I can hear you

Nagisa continued to ignore everyone as he walked in the student council room

"Good morning Nagisa-chan~"

Sakakibara Ren, who was leaning on the wall near the door, proceeded to smile flirtatiously at the bluenette

"Are you here to see me? My my, dear Nagisa-chan, you should have waited until we are all alone"

Nagisa glared at him causing him to flinch

No matter how infatuated one might be with the cute bluenette his glare is still capable of breaking the most tortured soul to tears

"Say what you want but I wasn't the one who was leaning on that wall for 30 minutes waiting"

Nagisa brushed him off and walked past him while Ren flinched again this time due to embarassment

"I told you he would know"

"Shut up!"

Ignoring Ren and Teppei yelling in the background Nagisa found his way infront of Asano Gakushuu who was smiling at him fondly

Nagisa cringed at his expression

"Wipe that grin off your face Gakushuu, that is no expression to wear as the student council president"

Despite this Gakushuu still smiled at him before chuckling a bit

"It's alright since I only ever grin like this when you're around, and you're never around what seems to be the problem?"

Nagisa didn't say anything but merely stared at him

The two remained silent while the rest of the big five watched them closely, curious as to who will break first

A sigh was heard

"I'm simply playing with you Nagisa"

Gakushuu shrugged as he gave Nagisa the folder

The bluenette took it from his hands and read the contents carefully

A smirk made its way to Nagisa's face

"Another Class E scum is causing trouble huh?"

Gakushuu looked at his friend with a stern look

"This time its Akabane Karma you're taking in. We've dismissed his behavior at first due to his grades but now that he is in Class E we will not tolerate with his behavior any longer"

Gakushuu pause before looking at Nagisa with a slight worry in his eyes, his stern look falling before the bluenette

"Seeing as he has fought so many people in the course of 2 years and got away clean, it is clear that he is strong. Much stronger than the ones you have already dealt with. Are you sure you'll be alright?"

Nagisa's eyes softened this time and gave Gakushuu a warm smile

"You're such a worrywart Gakushuu. It's my job as the Disciplinary committee president to take care of anyone who poses as a threat towards the students"

Nagisa waved goodbye as he walked out the room

A whistle was heard from Ren

"That smile earlier was quite adorable"

He started

"Honestly, how come the only other beautiful students are in class E?"

He whined

"But if they don't have the brains they aren't worth my time. But Nagisa-chan has both the looks and smarts! It doesn't matter if he's a boy he'd look absolutely stunning beside me--"

All of the sudden he was grabbed by his collar

He yelped and is forced to look at Gakushuu's glaring eyes

"You aren't worthy of Nagisa either. I will not allow you anywhere near him if all you see is a rare and shiny accessory to wear. Do you understand?"

Ren nodded his head vigorously and sighed in relief when Gakushuu finally let go of him

The blonde man stomped outside for fresh air, leaving the rest inside

Tomoya shook his head at Ren in disappointment while Teppei sighed

"What did we say?"

He asked sounding like a mother about to scold her child

"N-not to pursue Nagisa-chan?"

Ren replied with a question

"And why is that?"

Ren was silent, not wanting to say it out loud

"Because the president acts like his overprotective brother"

It was Koyama who answered

"Well technically they are sorta brothers. Asano Gakuhou did adopt Nagisa when his mother was arrested for child abuse"

Tomoya informed them while Ren sighed

"I know that but he's the only pretty person in school that I can get in touch with, perhaps being around those ugly girls made me desperate"

The rest looked at each other before looking at Ren

"Why not go mingle with girls outside of school?"

Ren couldn't help but gasp

"And risk the chance of dating a girl whose dumb with bad manners? Never! They need to be absolutely perfect in order to walk beside the likes of I"

The rest groaned in annoyance
