It was Saturday morning the day of Castlecoming and later that night he would be returning to his island home. He kept thinking about that as he changed into his Croquet uniform. Today the Auradon Prep team would be going up against Sherewood Prep. He and his team had been practicing and preparing for this match for ages.

As he walked past everyone's parents he couldn't help but feel homesick his dad and mom always cane to school events and this is the first time the couldn't come. When he got to the Croquet pitch he and his team had decided to get in some last minute practice. "Sherewood doesn't stand a chance" Piper said. "We've been practicing for ages" Adagio said. "I can't wait for our parents to see us" Elle said.

Ace Smiled at his friends enthusiasm and excitement to impress their parents. But Ace couldn't help but feel sad that his parents weren't there.

After the Tourney game all the parents and students makes their way over to the Croquet field. Ever since the team had started winning it became one of the schools most popular sports along with Tourney and R.O.A.R.. Evie and Mal got their before Jay and Carlos who were getting undressed from their match.

Mal saw Ace sitting in the stands. "Hey E is Ace ok he looks sad" Mal asked Evie. "What" Evie said confused. She looked over to Ace and saw that he did look sad. Just then Jay and Carlos appeared. "Hey did we miss anything" Jay asked. "Is Ace alright" Carlos asked concerned when he noticed how unhappy Ace looked. "We don't know" Mal said.

As the match started the four VKs couldn't help but feel worried about the little prince. When the game ended Auradon prep had won and the entire team was thrilled by their win but also wished the other team better luck next time to Sherewood.

After Ace left the changing rooms the other VKs were out there waiting for him. "Ace are you all right Sweetie"Evie asked bending down to his level. Ace nodded. "You sure about that buddy" Carlos asked. Ace nodded. "If there's something bothering you you can tell us" Jay said. "I-I miss mommy and daddy" Ace said. "Oh Ace" Evie hugged him while Ace just stood there. "And you've been keeping secrets from me again" Ace said suddenly making Evie let him go. "We're not hiding anything" Mal said looking to the others for help. "Yes you are" Ace said before storming off to his room. "Maybe we should tell him" Evie said with Carlos nodding in agreement. "We can't we could be putting him in danger if we tell him" Mal said. "And what if something happens because we didn't tell him" Carlos said. "I agree with Mal we can't tell him at least u til it's over" Jay said.

"I've never seen Ace look at me like that before" Evie said looking the way Ace left.

Late that night Ace was with the rest of the students his age at their Castlecoming party in the other part of the school. (The outfit up above is his outfit for Castlecoming) Ace was putting candy in his pockets for his friends on the isle of he saw them when he went back. The party was supervised by Pipers parents John Smith and Pocahontas.

Everyone was having a fun time celebrating and drinking lunch and dancing. Ace just stood at the side watching everyone. The noise would have been to much for him if it wasn't for the ear plugs he was wearing.

"Hey Ace come dance" Alistair son of Alice said to him urging him to the dance floor. Ace shook his head declining it. Ace saw Blanc staring at Elle from a corner who was dancing with Adagio. Ace still didn't know why Blanc acted weird around Elle. A little while later

Ace was drinking punch when he felt a tap on his shoulder. He turned and saw Carrie who was wearing a light blue and dark lavender dress. "There leaving now you ready to go find out what's going on. Ace nodded. "I'm tired of the secrets. Ace took him into the hallway after telling people she was taking Ace back to his dorm. "I'll teleport you into the trunk of the car their leaving in do you understand" Carrie said. Ace nodded. "I,m tired of them hiding things from me" Ace said. "Have fun" Carrie clicked her fingers and in a cloud of Smoke Ace disappeared.

When the smoke cleared Ace saw he was in the trunk of a car he heard talk and recognised the voices being Mal,Evie,Jay and Carlos. I want them to tell me what's happening he thought as the car began to take off heading back to the isle of the lost
