The next day Ace and the others were in remedial goodness class with fairy godmother and a big TV. "Children Excuse me as uh you know this Sunday is family day here at Auradon Prep and since your parents can't be here due tomorrow to uh distance we've arranged a special treat" Fairy Godmother said. She turned on the TV and the five VKs each saw their parents expect the Queen of Hearts wasn't their but instead her husband the King of Hearts and Aces Father. Ace jumped up from his seat "DADDY" he almost shouted happily and ran over and hugged the TV

Jay pulled him off of it smiling at him. "I can't see anything nor do I hear" Maleficent said. "Press enter" The king of Hearts said. "Can I please see a remote" Maleficent ordered angry. she and the others kept pressing buttons. "It's broken" Jafar said. "This is why I hate electronic equip" maleficent suddenly stopped showing the five VKs their parents could now see them. "Oh Evie it's mommy oh look how beautiful you know what they say the poison apple doesn't fall far from the tree" Evil Queen said boastful. "Don't you mean the weeds" Maleficent said. "Daddy" Ace smiled while reaching out to him. "Awww my little prince have you gotten taller?" he said moving closer to the screen. Out of all the parents on the island Mal, Evie Carlos and Jay did admit the King of Hearts was one of the few good ones. The king of hearts was pushed aside by maleficent. "Who's the old bat" Cruella asked seeing fairy Godmother. "This is fairy godmother" Mal said. "Still doing tricks with eggplants" Maleficent said causing almost all the villains to laugh. "I turned a pumpkin into a beautiful carriage" Fairy godmother said angry. ""You really couldn't give Cinderella until 1am I mean really did the hamsters have to be back on their little wheels" Maleficent said before she and the other villains (expect the king of hearts) bursted out with laughter. "They were not they were nice they were" Mal stopped fairy godmother. "Thank you" Mal said to her smiling and fairy godmother nodded and just as she was about to walk off to the side she went up to the tv and said "they were mice" before stepping to the side. "Hi mom" Mal said stepping forward. "Mal" Maleficent said. "I m m miss you" Maleficent struggled to find the right words

"You children are never far from our thoughts" Jafar said to them. "How long must mommy wait to see you?" Maleficent asked Mal. "There's a big coronation coming up so perhaps some time after that" Mal said. "When?" Maleficent asked slightly impatient. "Friday 10am" Mal said. "Are you sure I can't see you before that I don't know what I'll do if I don't get my hands on that magic wa" Maleficent was interrupted by Evil Queen who flicked one of her horns. "You you little nugget that I love so much" maleficent said as she and the other villains blew kisses.

"C-carlos is that a dog" Cruella asked getting up closer to the screen and seeing her son holding a dog. She squeaked the toy on her shoulder. "Yes baby I do understand it would make the perfect size for earmuffs" she said to the toy before she began to cackle making Ace burry his head in jays chest. "He's the perfect size for a pet" Carlos said getting up closer to the screen. "This dog loves me and I love him and FYI your dog is stuffed so give it a rest" Carlos said to his mother before stepping back. Cruella shrunk back down into her seat. "Ooo burn" jafar said chuckling. Cruella quickly became annoyed. "Why don't you go sell a coaster you two bit salesman" Cruella said to him. "People who speak to stuffed animals shouldn't throw stones" Jafar said to Cruella. "Oh well people who sell toasters shouldn't use mixed metaphors. "Now everyone let's just calm down" The king of hearts said trying to calm everyone down. "ENOUGH" Evil Queen shouted making Ace cover his ears. At that moment Jay turned the TV off.

"I'm so sorry" Fairy Godmother said to them. "It's ok" Jay put down Ace. "Thanks for the special treat" Jay said. Ace checked the cloak. "Oh oh I have to go" Ace said struggling against Jays grip. Jay put the young boy down. "Where do you need to go Ace" Evie asked. "The Croquet field it's our last practice before our first game on Saturday" Ace said before speed walking out of the room to the Croquet field

Later that night Ace and Bunny we're getting ready for bed. "So are you looking forward to your first croquet match" Bunny  asked excited. Ace nodded unsure. "I-I'm a littler nervous" Ace said to him. "Don't be with you on the team we are finally going to win" Bunny said.

As Ace later in Bed that night he kept thinking would he win or would he loose and disappoint everyone. He quietly got out of bed and looked out the window up at the window and began to think

It was finally the day of the Croquet Match between Auradon Prep and Charmington Academy. Ace peaked out from the dressing room and saw that there were lots of students mostly Wonderlandians and people's parents since it was also family day. Ace gulped and closes his eyes and try to calm down.

Meanwhile in the stands Evie, Carlos, Mal and Jay has just arrived. "Woah who knew people liked Croquet here" Jay said. "We never get this big a crowd" Carrie said to them. "Yeah we've always lost but once people heard that the team got good students decided to check it out" Bunny said. "Hey Ace has a sensitive sense of hearing right" Mal asked Evie. "Yeah but Croquet isn't really loud" Evie said.

"Now the two teams are entering the fields first up is the Charmington Academy team" the announcer said. As he said it students dressed in a yellow red and blue uniform walked onto the field. "Are they good" Carlos asked. "Oh yeah" Bunny said. "They always beat us" Bunny said. "And now the team of auradon pre" the announcer stopped lost at words everyone's attention was drawn to the auradon prep team who's uniforms completely made them stand out. "Woah is that the Auradon prep uniform" Mal asked. "Nope Ace redesigned the entire teams uniforms" Carrie said. Evie giggled "I thought so"

"Right well then let the game begin" the announcer said.at that the games began and continued until it was a tie. "Now last up is Harper from Charmington Academy and Ace Hearts from Auradon Prep"

Harper stood forward looking smug and was able to shoot the Croquet ball threw three of the hoops and almost hit the peg in the middle. "Ooo close call from Harper now it is Aces turn"

Ace stood forward nervous. he looked to the stand and saw Evie, Carlos, Mal and Jay smiling at him and giving him encouraging thumbs up. Ace took the shot and shot his ball threw all the hoops and it slowly rolled towards the peg. Ace had never felt more nervous. It looked like the ball was close to stopping but it just touched the peg. "Well the winners of the Croquet match are auradon prep" the announcer said. Immediately the stands erupted in applause Ace covered his ears for a moments and looked around and saw everyone smiling at him his team immediately hugged him making him feel uncomfortable but he didn't mind at all.

Later that day and after Ace got changed into a new outfit (picture above) he and the others went to the family day celebration and as they did they began to hear singing.

Ace was down at the buffet table sucking on a red heart lollipop and feeding Shuffle tiny pieces of fruit on his shoulder. Ace continued to eat anything heart shaped or red until he felt full. He groaned and went over to Evie. "Oh Ace sweetie what's wrong" Evie asked."I don't feel so good and my tummy hurts" he said pointing to his stomach. Evie felt his forehead. "Have you hand anything to eat" she asked. Ace nodded "a lot" he said. Evie giggled. "Alright Ace I think you need to head back to your dorm" Evie said. "O-ok" he stuttered. Evie took his hand and began to walk him back to his dorm.

When they got there Evie helped Ace get changed into his PJs and helped him into Bed. "You did very well in today's Croquet match and I loved the new uniforms" Evie said. "Thank you Evie" Ace said looking at the trophy he had one on his bed side. Evie kisses his forehead. "Bye sweetie" Evie said to humans began to leave. "I like Auradon I don't want to go back home" Ace said just as Evie was about to leave. "Me to Ace" Evie said before she left the dorm feeling guilty about keeping him in the dark
