Name - Province, Caste/Job
For example, if I have a character named Elizabeth Wellington, who goes by Liza and is a 3 from Zuni and works as an interior designer, then my form would look like this:
Liza Wellington - Zuni, 3/Interior Designer

If you have a staff...
Your mini form needs to follow this layout:
Name - Position
For example, if I have a nurse named Sarah Annabelle Grant, who goes by Sarah, then my form would look like this:
Sarah Grant - Nurse

If you have a rebel...
Your mini form needs to follow this layout:
Name - Position
For example, if I have a rebel leader named Wesley Hawthorne, but goes by Wes Thorne, then my form would look like this:
Wes Thorne - Rebel Leader. If you just have a rebel, it would be:
Wes Thorne - Rebel
