The mornings blazing sun showered rays in the room, which was new abode for the two love birds. Shivaay and Annika were sleeping snuggling into eachother. Usually Shivaay liked to sleep in her arms but today she was his baby. His heartbeat were her soulful lullaby. She opened her eyes, she could feel his content breaths. He is happy with her she knew. Even if they are not with the family, they knew Sooner or later they will get back to them.

She moved to his beautiful face, his hairs falling on his temple making him look more cuter, she kissed him on his forehead and he smiled voluntarily in his sleep. Then she smiled and pecked on his lips"love you jaan", then on his nose, which she likes to play with.

Untangling herself from him. She moved towards the washroom. While having bath she was feeling a little bit dizzy. She was about to fall, she hold herself and get back to her work.

Her energy was very low and was not feeling too good. But she made breakfast and went to wake him. While she was climbing the stairs she could not put her legs forward, that dizziness was back again, she just sat there in the stairs itself, her voice choked. And she fainted.

As if he was aware of her condition, he woke up with a jerk, he searched for her in the room, he called her name twice. There was no response. He ran towards the kitchen when he saw her. She was lying there unconscious . His heartbeat skipped it's beat.

"Annika......wake up....what happened?" He was mumbling, tapping her cheeks, he could sense that she fainted but his heart was sinking looking at her. A tear fell from his eyes. Even it's a small thing. For him it's about his life, his Annika.

He took her in his arms and took her to the room, he dialed his doctors number. He was shouting at him when doctor was not able to find his new address.

When he finished scolding and warned him enough he came to her, she was still unconscious. "Just open your eyes."he was on tears.

" Don't do this to me, I know you are fine. Don't.......give this punishment na.....please.....I.....am not strong....you know that right?...Annika....are you listening?" He literally cried. He was caressing her face. His fears were back again, he knew she will be fine but his chicken heart was sinking. Its hard for him to see her lying like that.

Suddenly she opens her eye........

"Shiva...."she whisper.

"Annika......." He said giving a thousand kisses to her face. He was unstoppable...he feared loosing his life. The world he loved, the person who is more important than his own life.

She knew he is devastated, it's too much for him, it's not even a month that this whole insecurity thing ruled him. She wanted to hug him tight but she could not sit. She was indeed too weak.

Doctor arrived, he checked her. "She is very weak, I don't how you did not notice her deteriorated health. But it's okay nothing to worry just need to take bed rest. Do some test for further treatment, but I think it's lack of hemoglobin in her blood. Only after the test I could give you details, till then give these medicine"he said handing over the prescription.

" Shivaay what are you looking at?" She spoke meekly due to her weakness,she could not understand why shivaay was staring at her like that. He is been quite for some time now. After the doctor left he fed her and gave her medicine, now he is constantly looking at her. His stare was blank, which confused her.

"Shivaay."she said jerking him.

"Do you think I love you enough Annika?" She was shocked at his words.

"What do you mean?"she asked rather getting angry on him.

" I don't know every time I have this doubt on my love, why my love for you is not sufficient to take away all your pains and problems."

"I know I love you unconditionally,but the things which happens to you makes fear that why my love can't protect you enough.?why you have to suffer always?may be my love is not pure enough. That's why destiny wants to snatch you from me." his pain, fear and insecurity taking over him.

Even if she was not able to sit, she sat and cupped this face "main thik hu shivaay....." She said

His eyes now full of tears.

"I am scared Annika....I can't live.... without...."

"Ssshhh...... Har chiz ko itna seriously lene ki zarorat nahi hai....kuch nahi hua h...aapne suna na weakness hai. Kuch din se....." She stopped looking at him who was now crying like a baby. She hugged him.

"I think mujhe tumhari baat manani hi nahi chahiye thi, gharwalo ko bta deta to kum se kum koi to hota tumhari care karne ke liye." He broke the hug and looked at her dull face.

He kissed her forehead," I think house helper rakhna padega, pehle mene socha tha security wise acha nahi h, but it's too much for you." He was still tensed.

" Shivaay, aap itna pareshan mat hoyiye, mein thik hu, wo bas..." She was in two mind to say this to him or not..... She took a way too much time to complete. He looked doubtfully at her.

"Koi baat h? Tum kuch chupa rahi ho?" He was looking at her in a questioning look.

"Actually.....how to say....I am late on my periods, and I think..... I am....."

"What....? Are you serious?, Annika aise baatein kya chupate hai? Kya yaar Annika...itni bad baat hai aur tum...." He was looking all tensed and worried but his eyes sparked, its a big thing for him, her love is expecting with his child.

He will have his own family. He was worried too. How he will manage, alone. What about Annika's health, now itself she looks so weak what will happen later. So many questions in his mind, when....he was shuttered by Annika's words.

"Listen to me....you stupid man...kya hai aap.....apni hi duniya me kho jaate hai.... Kabhi rone lag jaate hai ab aise shocked baithe hai. Sunenge aap meri baat?"

"Daant kyu rahi ho? Batao sun raha hu"

" I said I missed my periods...... I am not sure about pregnancy...." She blushed on thought of it......" She paused, his twinkling eyes now lost its spark, but he was not sad. He was listening to her in great attention. She hovered her face in his, and said" this weakness can a reason for that, but still I am not sure. We will do all the test required. OK."

" And please ab fir se ye sadu wala look mat dijiye....aap gussa karte huye, muskurate huye, tadi marte huye jyada ache lagte hai"
She pecked his eyes, the most precious things she had. Her love ocean.

He knew he is been too vulnerable these days and it has an impact on her too. She must have felt the pressure of handling his fears. He have to be strong now. For her and the one who is coming......which is uncertain. Still He thought about the child.

He avoided going to office, he worked from home that day, he did not leave her for a second. Whole day she was asked to do everything which he told her to do.

It was evening when Annika was sleeping after having her lunch. The door bell ringed, shivaay was on his phone calling his PA.

The other side of the door were standing the famous obros, Om and Rudra. He gesture them to come inside without even thinking that Annika is inside and they don't know about her. Suddenly he realized what blunder he has made. And he was tensed how to handle the situation.

"Tu thik hai na?" Om asked. Coming close to him, to which he moved backwards he was terrified at this situation. Om Was startled.

"Why...?? What happened to me? I am perfectly fine."

" Actually our doctor told, that he came for check up in this house". Are you okay bhaiya. Rudra asked sitting on the couch.

"Yeah yeah I am fine. Why you have to rush here? You should have called me." He was having difficult time in making any conversation.

" Are you mad Shivaay....... Can't we just check on our brother?, What happened to you.?"Tell me you are okay or not, because doctor told you were so angry on him"

Shivaay was now holding his breath what if he told them about some girl. And if they know, then he is soo gone today.

It was quite some time that both sat there and were relaxing themselves, they were questioning about everything thing. With every question his breath stopped. The only relaxation was they did not go to his room. He was now having more frightened look when he saw the clock it's her medicine time. He had to wake her up she had to take some food too.

Suddenly his breath stopped when both of his brother wanted to relax in his room. He tried every bit to stop them but they were adamant.

He closed his eyes when they reached his room and opened the door nob. To his surprise she was not there. He looked towards the door and down the bed she was not there too.. he thought she must have gone to bathroom but to his surprise she was not there too.

Omru were there for 1 hour or so...when they felt hungry and went to kitchen... Shivaay was worried now. Where is she ? She is not well and she has not eaten anything. When he heard some noise in the cupboard. He hurriedly went and saw her struggling for the breath... He was devastated to see her like that.

He hugged her without making any noise...sorry...he said numerous time. She shushed him but his concern for her was not subsiding. He was scared to even imagine what would have happened if they did not go down to kitchen..few minute more and Annika would have.....

Both were hugging eachother to support, when their Little secret got revealed.. Omru saw her. And they looked surprised but the impact was not as expected as if they knew.

Next thing was the explanation....

Shivaay told them everything. And apologize for not telling them, Annika apologize too. It was her request to not tell anyone. She even apologize for her stupid decision which made this blunder.

"I don't think it's just because of doctor you came here!..tell me the whole story?"

"Yes, you guessed it right, we had this doubt from past many days and to clear that we came without letting you know." They said

His behavior was mischievous and his manners had always suspected for some secret. It was then when they saw him with Annika. In shopping mall.

Gauri and Om are dating and to avoid any family member they decided to meet in a mall which is far away from their home.

When they saw Shivaay.. though gauri did not see Annika. She saw him with some girl, it was then Om suspected him to have an affair but he knew him too well he can't forget Annika that fast. So when doctor told that Shivaay called him for emergency in his new home to treat a lady, they came expecting Annika. It turned out to be true.

Though they were angry on her and him. but they can understand how it felt to be apart from family, and looking at Annika's condition they kept quite but they had lot to settle with Shivaay.
