I know that I've been doing alot of Author's notes and I'm REEEEEEAAAALLLYY SORRY, but I have something to say. I was wondering if you guys wanted to vote for whether Madeline's baby is a girl or a boy and their name.

If you'd like to, then vote:

Male -if you want it to be a boy-

Female -if you want it to be a girl-

And Names:

1 for Peter

2 for Edmund

3 for Caspian

4 for Susan

5 for Lucy

I know I've done alot of voting things, but the first name/gender to get 10 votes wins. The name with the 2nd most votes will be the baby's middle name. I have a feeling I know what most of you are going to say, *cough cough* Peter *cough cough*. But vote for which ever one you'd like. Again, sorry about all the voting. I just really want to know what you guys want in the story.

Okay, now I'm done. :)

(Third Person)

Asudem smiled wickedly at the sight before her. Since talking to a statue had been a little too boring, she had un-frozen the pregnant queen and chained her to the wall next to her throne. She couldn't escape, but she wasn't completely immobile, either. Of course, at first Madeline had tried to break free from her bonds, but after a little...aggressive persuasion, she had stayed put.

Now, lying in a pool of her own blood, was the beaten and battered queen.

"Now, what did I tell you about trying to essssscape?" Asudem mocked, then laughed evilly. Madeline looked up at her, the hatred obvious in her eyes. She almost wished that she had still been made of stone. Her entire body ached as blood from her cuts poured out onto the floor. "You know what'sss ssssso sssspecial about you, Madeline?" Asudem chuckled. "Everyone believes that you've brought peace to your land. The Narnianssss and the Telmarinesss believe that you, you, should be the one leading them." the snake-woman mocked.

"Well, look at you now. Quite the amazzzing leader, aren't you? A shattered queen, ruling over a shattered kingdom. You are nothing now, just a beaten and bruisssed pregnant woman bleeding to death on a cold ssstone floor. I wonder what Cassspian is thinking right now? Oh wait, he's dead." Madeline's eyes widened. She shook her head in disbelief.

"Oh, yesss, deary. The pirates I befriended are on their way right now to destroy your beloved husssband once and for all. By ship, they sssail acrossss the ocean, canonsss ready, ssswordsss sharpened, and the lussst for blood on their lipsss." Asudem cackled.

"You're lying." Madeline coughed, covering her lips in crimson liquid. Blood.

"Oh, no, no, no." Asudem stated. "I never lie about my enemies' fate. Sssso, that iss why I will tell you thisss now." she kneeled down, close to Madeline's face. She grabbed a fist-ful of the queen's hair, causing Madeline to cry out in pain. "Asss ssssoon asssss Cassspian isss dead, you will be next. You..." she looked down at the queen's stomach. "And your precioussss baby."

(Susan's POV)

The ship sailed around the coast of Telmar until Caspian and Edmund had come up with a plan and the crew had prepared properly for it. Eustice was to stay on the ship, and so was Lucy. She had really wanted to join the battle, but she was stuck watching our cousin so he didn't do anything stupid while we were gone.

The night before we'd attempt to take the castle, Lucy and I were in my room. She was sitting on my bed while I put on my armor.

".....I miss her." Lucy said.

"Who?" I asked as I looked at myself in the mirror. My hair was pulled back in a long dark braid, cascading down my back. I was wearing a long black dress with chain-mail over the top, creating a protective barrier. She stood up, her arms folded, and leaned against the wall.

"You know who. I miss Madi." she said with a sigh, a frown on her lips. "I hope she's alright. I'd hate for something happened to her."

"Me, too, Lucy. But don't worry. By the time the night is over, she'll be here with us, sa-" but before I could finish my sentence, I felt something cold prick the back of my neck. The next thing I knew, my knees grew weak and I was falling forward onto the ground. My head hit the wooden floor with a THUD and began to ache. I couldn't feel my limbs, my vision was darkening. Using the last of my strength, I reached my hand to my neck and pulled out a small dart.

A poisoned dart.

"Lucy..." I mumbled as the dark fell from my hand, but my little sister was unreachable at the moment. The sound of men, barbarians, mindless creatures growling and mumbling as they climbed onto the ship through my window filled the air. I tried to count them as they walked by, but I blacked out after I had counted twenty-seven.

(Third Person)

There were fifty pirates in all as they boarded the Dawn Treader. Forty-nine of them snuck onto the ship through Susan's bedroom, while the very last one carried the two unconcious girls out and into a small dingie that was waiting just below the window. Using two oars, the pirate rowed back to their own ship with the two Pevensie girls as his hostages.

So far, Asudem's plan was proceding just as she had expected.

Silently, like shadows in the night, the pirates took over the ship, taking out each Narnian one by one as Caspian and Edmund went over the plan one last time in the captain's quarters of the ship.

"Are you sure that this will work?" Edmund asked.

"It has to. This is our only sho-" Caspian was cut off mid-sentence as he felt a prick in the back of his neck. Edmund felt the same thing and less than a second later, the two were out like lights as the pirates over-ran the ship.

Asudem had won without a fight.
