(So, abhacharvi asked me to do a Posally one-shot. So, I decided to do one before Percy was born. It's going to be about the couple being very sweet... quite literally. Enjoy, and if you have another idea, please, just comment! I will try to get to them!)

Blue Cookies

Poseidon found Sally in the kitchen.
The smell of cookies had brought him there. He saw Sally setting the oven timer on. She looked beautiful. Poseidon walked over and hugged her from behind.

"Whatcha making?"
Sally smiled. "Cookies. Couldn't you guess?" Poseidon laughed.
He saw the mixing bowl. He peered inside and found another big scoop of dough left. Poseidon frowned. "Why didn't you use this?"
Sally looked mischievous. "So you can bake cookies as well."

Poseidon's eyes widened. "What?" he choked out.
Sally's smile faltered. "I... I just... Never mind. It was a foolish thought."
Poseidon glanced at the mortal. "I guess I can try..."
Sally's eyes lit up and it was all worth it. "Really? Are... are you sure?"
The sea god nodded.

"How hard can it be?"

~~~~~~~~~•••••••~~~~~~~~~
"THIS IS SO HARD!" Poseidon whined. "How do you do this?" Sally giggled. For a god, his cookies weren't very good.
Poseidon whipped around to the giggle. Getting an idea, he coated his fingers with the cookie dough and smeared a line on Sally's face.
For a minute, the kitchen was in complete silence. Sally looked at Poseidon like, What. Did. You. Just. Do. Poseidon just smirked.
Suddenly, before he could blink, Sally made an even longer line over his face.
Soon, the kitchen was mayhem. Balled-up cookie dough flew through the small kitchen. The couple got covered by cookie dough everywhere. They were laughing and chasing after each other.
Suddenly, the timer went off and Sally turned towards the oven.
Poseidon frowned. He wanted something to change. Another idea popped into his head as he covered Sally's eyes.
"Poseidon! I have to get my cookies!"
Poseidon grunted. For a mortal woman, Sally was strong.
"Just-" grunt "wait-" grunt "a little!"
With one hand, he willed the water on the sink to form a hand. He got the cookies out of the oven and changed the cookies to an unique color.
"THERE!" He released his hand from Sally's eyes. Her eyes wandered over to the pan of cookies. A smile formed on her face. "Blue. That's an unique choice of color."
"It's still edible."
"Probably." The mortal woman took a cookie from the pan and ate it.
"MM! POSEIDON! YOU HAVE TO TRY IT!"
Said god smiled at her. For the rest of that afternoon, the two ate the pan of cookies and cleaned the kitchen.
~~~~~~A FEW YEARS LATER~~~~~~

Percy peeked through the doorway.
Gabe yelled, "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS BLUE FOOD!"
Percy saw his mom's hands shaking. A tear dropped from her cheek. Percy wanted to run and hug her, but he couldn't. He was supposed to be sleeping.

"How would you know?" His mother asked, quietly. "Maybe there is."
Smelly Gabe snorted. "As if."
Sally raised her chin. "There is." There was so much authority in her voice, that Percy believed her.

Smelly Gabe was about to say something, when he saw him. "YOU! GET BACK IN BED! NOW BEFORE I KICK YOU TO IT!"
His mom looked back at him. "Percy," she said softly, "go back to bed."

"C-Can you tuck me in?"
Gabe snorted. "Baby."
However, his mom smiled. "Okay." She led him back and softly kissed him before pulling the covers up.

"Can you tell me about dad?"
Sally smiled and told Percy the stories he never got bored of.
Soon, he fell asleep.

Percy looked in his lunchbox the next morning and smiled.

His mom had packed blue cookies.
