Percy looked at Jason a little horrified.

Percy looked at the son of Jupiter, shocked. "How did you know that? Can you read my mind?"

Jason sighed again. He reminded himself to never accept "watching" Percy again. Seriously. How did Annabeth put up with this guy? As cool as Percy was, he could be a real pain in the gluteus maximus.

"Percy," Jason strained, "you told me that TWENTY times today. TWENTY. I get it. It's not there. It's a nightmare come true."

Percy looked at Jason strangely. "No, I was talking to Leo over there. He said there was cupcakes ready for me. And I sure was craving cupcakes."
Jason looked back. Sure enough, Leo was waving at them.

Jason smiled and motioned for Percy to follow him. "Let's go."
