Sansku: But why can't you do this Shona?? All you have to do is to just ask me for a dinner date.

Swara: Like seriously, "just ask". How can you add the word "just" here?? We are going on dinner just to fulfil the promise as I lost that stupid bet. And you are going on ranting "dinner date". In no way, it is going to be a date.

Sanskar: Why can't it be a date?? What do we need to go on a date??

Swara: (confused) What do we need to go on a date?? Umm...

Sanskar: Forget it Shona. You are so stupid. Don't know how you manage your company. Well, to go on a date, we need two people, a boy and a girl. And I am a boy, you are a girl and we are going on a dinner. So what is that supposed to be called as?

Swara: (still puzzled) A date... (suddenly realising) Hey wait!! Aaahhh... You are such a jerk. If you are going to coin that dinner of ours as a date, then you can go alone. I am not coming. As far as the bet is concerned, I will prefer making food at home rather than going on that stupid date of yours.

Sanskar: I would love eating your hand-made food but tonight we are going on a dinner date. It's final.

Swara: Aghhh... What should I do with you? Okay fine (sighing deeply) I will come.

Sanskar: Waah! Means we are going on a date. So now, since you had lost the bet and you are the one taking me on a date, propose me to come for the date. You know na what I mean? You have 2 minutes to do so.

Swara: Hell no. You are not doing this with me. I.will.not.propose.you for that date. Do whatever you want to do.

Sanskar: You'll have to do that Shona. See it's already 6 and we have to leave at 7:30. So be fast. You have just 1 minute left. (showing his teeth)

Swara: (crying) Aahhhaaaaannn... Why are you so much?? Okay, fine (taking a deep breath). So Mr Sanskar Maheshwari will you... (interrupted)

Sanskar: Hey! Wait, wait, wait!!

Swara: Ab kya hua Sansku?? (Now what happened Sansku?)

Sanskar: (smiling cheekily) Aren't we supposed to propose someone by, you know, sitting on one knee and then asking them romantically??

Swara: What the hell Sanskar Maheshwari... I bet I will beat you, no let me correct, I will strangle you to death.

Sanskar: Time is passing by Shona...

Swara: Huh. What should I do with a creature like you?? Anyways, (sitting on her left knee and saying smiling fakely) Mr Sanskar Maheshwari, would you please like to come on a dinner date with me??

Sanskar: (thinking) Umm... Wait let me think. I think that I can come even though I have lots of work. You know na that my boss is very inconsiderate and arrogant. She will fire me if I will not complete my work on time. But since you have proposed me so sweetly, I will come with you. So it's a yes.

Swara: (standing) I am inconsiderate and arrogant and I will fire you. Wait. Let this so-called dinner date of yours complete. I am gonna take the revenge of each bit from you... Huh, stupid man.

And that's when they heard Sharmishtha laughing her heart out. Even Swara and Sanskar gave out a chuckle.

Sharmishtha: God, Swara and Sanskar, you guys are too much yaar. I don't know how you both manage to be serious when it comes to your office. When you both are at home, you guys just lift this house on your head. Now go and get ready for your dinner date. (winks)

Swara: (embarrassed) Mom!!!

Sharmishtha: I know that I am your Mom, Shona. Ab jao. (Now go)

With that, both Swara and Sanskar moved towards their respective rooms to get ready.

Hotel Blue Moon

We can see a black Mercedes entering the premises with Swara driving it and Sanskar sitting in the passenger's seat. Actually, it was Sanskar who asked Swara to drive as it was she who was taking him on a date. So ultimately Swara had to become his ride for the night. They parked the car and Swara got down from it. Swara was looking ethereal in a white floor-length gown with netted and embroidered sleeves. Swara started moving forward but when she sensed that Sanskar hadn't got down from the car, she bent down and asked him through the open window.

Swara: Are you waiting for someone to open that door for you?

Sanskar: Of course, yes. You took me on a date and so you are supposed to open the door for me. And don't you dare deny. I won't come out otherwise.

Swara: You are too much Sansku...

And she opened the door for him and they moved towards the lawn.

Hotel's Lawn

Swara: So did you like the place Sansku? I couldn't think of a place better than this.

Sanskar: (genuinely) I didn't like it, I loved it Shona. Chalo now let us sit.

Swara: (calling the waiter) Excuse me!! For the starters, we will like to have a tandoori platter and for the main course, we need one plate of Manchurian and one plate kadhai panner with tandoori roti and schezwan rice.

Waiter: Sure Mam. Your order will be served within 15 minutes. We hope that you enjoy the dinner.

Sanskar: (looking at Swara) You still remember my choices... I am impressed, Miss Bose.

Swara: Of course I remember Mr Maheshwari. After all, I am your best friend.

And they started laughing. They enjoyed the dinner fully, with one pulling the other's leg.

After their dinner, as they reached the parking lot, Sanskar ran towards the car and hopped on the driver's seat.

Swara: As far as I remember, wasn't I supposed to be driving us back home Sansku?

Sanskar: Actually I think that I have troubled you enough for today. And since I loved the dinner, I thought that I owe you a long drive and an ice cream treat. So come on. I have already messaged Shomi Ma that we will be late.

Swara: (dramatically) Wow! So considerate of you Mr, otherwise I thought that I will end my day being your driver.

Sanskar: Chup kar, Drama Queen. Now get in.

And with that, they zoomed off from the hotel for a long drive.
