(The scene cuts to Megaville Academy, a superhero highschool that trains a new generation of heroes, but unlike Beacon, it doesn't tolerate any acts of bullying or discrimination, and it does accept even those with no power. At the Headmasters' Office, we see Professor X, one of the headmasters of Megaville in his wheelchair as some students are seen in front of him.)

Professor X: Glad you could come here so quickly.

Izumi: Of course... Professor...

Cyclops: What's the stitch this time?

(Professor X shows a footage of a speedster saving some children from a crumbling building before quickly leaving.)

Professor X: One of ours has caught these in the surroundings.

Sonic: A speedster, just like me.

Professor X: Almost, Sonic.

(Professor X shows another footage of the same person combining his speed powers with Spider-Powers as he quickly webbed several rapists before giving them to the cops, who arrest them.)

Spider-Man: He can throws webs too?

Professor X: Exactly. And it's possible that our enemies might try to recruit him to their cause as we speak.

Fubuki: So we must find him before our enemies do.

(Professor X nods.)

Fubuki: Understood, Professor.

Professor X: Green Telek and Wolverine will accompany you just in case something goes wrong.

Cyclops: Come on, professor. What could possibly go wrong?

Jean Grey: Don't tell me you already forgot the last mission we had.

Sonic: Yeah, you screwed up big time, pal.

Cyclops: (glares) It was ONE screw up. ONE!

Fubuki: (glares) It always starts with one.

????: HEY!

(Everyone turns to see Wolverine and Green Telek.)

Wolverine: If you guys are done talking, it's time to catch this...

(Then a cutscene shows Xander speeding towards a building.)

Wolverine: (over voice) Scarlet Speedster.

(Some moments later, Xander is seen wandering around like a normal person, and he suddenly stumbles upon a newspaper.)

Xander: Who would be reckless enough to drop this on the streets?

(He picks the newspaper, and then he sees something that caught his interest.)

Xander: What's this?

(He reads an advertisement for a prestigious academy for gifted individuals. The academy offered advanced classes and resources to help students reach their full potential.)

Xander: Megaville Academy, eh? (smiles) This is interesting, very interesting.

(He reads the details about the academy, and smiles to himself.)

Xander: Well, looks like this academy can be a fresh start to me.

(Suddenly his Spider Sense tingle, and he dodges a missile before turning to see a certain mad scientist piloting a machine.)

Dr. Robotnik: I got you now, kid. Prepare to fall and be brought to my fellow leaders of the Brotherhood of Villains.

????: Don't bet on this, Eggman!

(Sonic dashes in and jumps before striking the Egg Mobile as it staggers back.)

Dr. Robotnik: Ohoho, that was unexpected, rodent... or was it?

(The other heroes come in as Xander's Spider Sense tingle, and he sees some figures behing the heroes.)

Xander: WATCH OUT!

(The heroes dodge a strike from The Green Goblin.)

Green Goblin: Well, well, well... we don't see it every day, do we?

(Xander is about to strike Green Goblin, but his Spider Senses tingle again as he dodges a strike from a certain red echidna.)

Sonic: Knuckles? But Why?

Knuckles: Don't play dumb, Sonic.

Xander: What's going on here?

Sonic: Looks like Robotnik duped Knuckles again.

Knuckles: (angry) What did you say?

(Knuckles tackles Sonic and starts beating the crap out of him until Xander launches his web-rope and slams Knuckles into the wall.)

Xander: (to Sonic) You're welcome.

(Spider-Man starts chasing after his archenemy while Robotnik engages the rest of the heroes.)

Sakura: Take this!

(Sakura Todoroki tries to freeze Robotnik's Egg Mobile, but the villain is smart and dodges before running over her.)

Dr. Robotnik: (laughs) Robotnik one, puny heroes zero.

(Green Telek uses her telekinesis on Robotnik's Egg Mobile as Wolverine jumps and digs his claws into the machine as Robotnik tries to escape, only for Jean Grey to use her telekinesis on him.)

Jean Grey: Nice try, doctor, but you're going to prison.

(Knuckles gets up and holds Jean Grey from behind.)

Jean Grey: Hey!

(He then does a suplex on her, and suddenly Xander strikes him continuously.)

Xander: I don't know what you guys want, but if it's my power... (prepares to punch Knuckles) you'll never get it!

(Xander tries to punch Knuckles, who grabs his fist, much to his shock.)

Knuckles: Do I look like I need YOUR power?

(Knuckles punches Xander, sending him sprawling, and as he approaches him, the Goblin's glider is suddenly slammed into him as Spider-Man managed to capture The Green Goblin.)

Spider-Man: I got the Goblin.

Sonic: Yeah, but Robotnik escaped.

Cyclops: We'll get him next time.

(Xander gets up, and then he is surrounded by the heroes. As he is about to raise his hands, Wolverine contacts Professor X.)

Wolverine: Mission accomplished, Professor. Though Mr. Osborn and Dr. Robotnik tried to get him first.

Professor X: (intercom) Understood. Take him to Megaville Academy.

(Xander's eyes widen as he realizes he got saved by the heroes of Megaville Academy.)

Xander: (in mind) So they are the heroes of that academy.

Jean Grey: (smiles) You bet we are.

Xander: (gasps) What? How did you-

Jean Grey: I have psychic powers, which allows me to read certain people's minds.

Wolverine: Very well, bub. Come with us, and you won't be harmed.

(Xander thinks for a moment, and then he nods. The heroes take Xander to a vehicle as it drives back to Megaville Academy.)
