"Um...your Majesty?" Jack asked quietly as he knocked on her door. He heard shuffling around in the room before the door was cracked open and he stepped back slightly at her tough glare "Yes?" "May I speak with you?" He asked softly, trying not to wake anyone else. She looked him over for a second before opening her door more "If you wish." She watched as he scooted into the room and then found a spot to sit. She closed her bedroom door before looking at him, "What's on your mind?" She took a seat on her bed and waited for his response. "Sorry to wake you but I couldn't sleep and I wanted to ask about you getting your magic back and sending us home..." "Do you really wish to return home?" She asked him quietly, sensing that he had some kind of stress about the whole situation. He glanced up at her before he looked back down to the floor and rubbed his neck as he thought about how to answer her question. "It's...I honestly don't know." He bit his lower lip before he let out a sigh "It's just that I want to go home, I do! But the more I think about the life I had back then, the more I realize that I was just trying to make it through each day. I wasn't enjoying life like I have here." "So, you wish to return home because?" She asked him. "Because I want to know if my mother even cares that we are missing? Have the authorities been called? Has she been searching none stop for us? Does time even work the same here as it does there?" He looked at her, hoping that she would know the answer. "As far as I know, Jack, time works the same. If you have been here over a few months then in your realm, you have been missing for the same amount of time." She answered him as honestly as she could. "You want to know if your mother cares?" He nodded, licking his dry lips. "Yes. I do." "I am unsure how long it will take for my magic to return. Besides why should I help you three?" She asked him, remembering that she didn't really like the small flesh people. Not after the death of her sister. "Because we don't have any other chance?" He shrugged his shoulders, "Is there a way I can change your mind about humans? We aren't all bad and I understand that some of them have caused you pain but I don't think taking your anger out of the rest of us is fair." She listened to him "Did you know that I was the one that was supposed to die that day?" She hummed and glanced out of the bedroom window at the pouring rain. "They were sent to the castle to come into my room and murder me in my sleep. I happened to be in a different part of the castle dealing with a different matter when her scream echoed through the hallways. I hurried as fast as I could but I was too slow. By the time I got to my room, she was bleeding out in her human form as they used anti magic dagger to stab through her heart." She gripped the blankets slightly as the memory came back. "I tried to help her! But I couldn't!" She turned to face Jack, her pupils dilated vertically and she stood up, grabbing him by the collar of his shirt " I couldn't save her!" He looked at her with wide eyes as he grabbed at her hand to loosen her grip. "So do you know what I did?" She questioned and he shook his head no. "I murdered them all!" She panted as she began to calm down and he pulled her hand from his shirt. "One got a lucky shot in and stabbed my back and the tip broke off into my body, and I lost my magic." "I am sorry that that happened to you but all of the people who hurt you is dead." He cleared his throat "All the humans anyway. Why must you hold a grudge against the rest of us? Afraid that more will be used against you?" He looked her over, waiting for her answer. She sat back down on the bed and thought long and hard about his words. She blinked in surprise when she couldn't seem to completely justify her anger any longer. "I..." She stammered "...I don't know." She looked at him before standing to pace in the room "I don't know." "It's okay." He reached out to her arm and slowed her to a stop. "Things happen. Anger is caused by grief when you hold on too long. You have blamed yourself for your sister's death when it wasn't your fault. You didn't kill her. You did everything you could to save her. You killed those responsible." He smiled softly "Maybe you can restart with humans." She gave him a gentle look and let out a breath before her look sharpened "Wait? What did you say?" "Maybe you could restart with humans?" He repeated in confusion. "No, before that." She told him. "You killed those responsible?" He asked her and her face lit up "You're a genius!" She pulled him into a hug before hurrying to the door. "Genius about what?" He asked as he turned to her. "I haven't killed all of them." She turned back to face him. "There is one who remains alive and I should have killed her years ago." "But how are you going to do that? You don't have your magic yet and you are stuck in human form." He reminded her and she nodded before hurrying out of the room to find Oidoas, she needed to speak with him immediately.

Off in the skies as the rain pelted down, the silver dragon was having a bit of trouble following the scent from the castle. Of all the days for it to be raining it had to be today. He grumbled a bit as he landed in what he believed to be a farm. He glanced around, squinting in the rain and slowly walked towards the house, maybe those inside had seen his love and which way the dragon had taken her. He slowly shifted into his human form and knocked upon the door, waiting. It took only a couple of minutes for a woman to answer the door. "Can I help you?" She asked him. He looked her over "May I come inside for a minute?" He gestured to the fact that he was soaked to the bone and she nodded "Of course." She opened the door more to allow him inside.
Once inside the house, he shifted over to the small fire in the fireplace as he began to warm his hands. He took notice of the male sitting on the couch, reading through a book. "So what brings you here at this time of night?" The woman asked him as she walked over with a dry shirt and a different pair of pants. "I am looking for someone." He replied softly and glanced into the fire after he started to unbutton his wet shirt. "Well who are you looking for? Maybe I have seen them." She asked him and moved over to the male sitting on the couch and carefully gave him a kiss on his cheek as she collected the empty mugs sitting on the nightstand next to the couch. "I am looking for a blue female." He answered and set his wet shirt aside as he put on the dry shirt and then proceeded to change out of his wet pants. "Blue?" She asked and then stood for a second "No, I don't believe I have seen a blue female." She turned and walked into the kitchen, "Would you like a hot drink sir?" "No thank you ma'am." He replied and turned to look at the male. He was in the middle of turning the page in his book and glanced up from his spot "Something wrong?" The silver male stared at him. That voice was exactly the voice that was in the recording that stole the Queen. He didn't want to jump immediately into the action. He wanted to see her first, her scent was there. It was weak but there mixed with rest of the dragon scents. "No, nothing is wrong." He shook his head and rested near the fireplace. How was he going to go about this?
The woman walked back in and they all looked down the hallway as they heard someone raise their voice. "Maybe I should go see what is happening?" She asked and the male just waved her off "It is alright." They all looked back over as a bedroom door was flung open in someone's excitement and someone hurried down the hallway.
"Star!?" He asked in shock as he saw her. "Jazu?" She stopped in her tracks, surprised to see him here. "Are you okay?" He hurried over to her, pulling her close to him as he looked her over. "I'm fine, what are you even doing here?" She asked him as she pulled back to get a look at him. "I had arrived at the castle for our visit and I was told that you had been kidnapped." He answered, he looked relieved to see her unharmed. "Oh, that would be Oidoas' fault." She replied and gestured to the male sitting on the couch, "But in hind sight it was needed." "Needed? Who kidnaps their own Queen?" He barked and turned to face Oidoas, who had set down his book and looked at the new male with a relaxed face "It was to save her life." "Save her life?" He growled "By kidnapping her!?" "It was the only way to get her to visit with my clan's doctor." Oidoas stood and moved to put the book back on the bookshelf. "Jazu, it is alright." Star's voice came from behind him as she placed her hand onto his forearm. "If it wasn't for his kidnapping, I would just continue to suffer in this fleshy form." Jazu looked at her and his anger slowly burned away. He couldn't hold onto misplaced anger. He walked over to Oidoas and patted his back "Thank you." Oidoas nodded slightly before looking at Star, "So did you need something Your Majesty?" "Oh, yes! Jack is a smart child! I know how to make everything right again!" She clapped her hands together in excitement. "And how do you do that?" He asked her calmly. "I have to end Velvet's life. She is the last reminding part of the Great War. She is the one who ordered my death and murdered my sister. I was foolish to think that turning her into a white dragon was enough!" Star exclaimed as she looked between them. "But how do you plan on fighting her? Rain said your magic could take days to return." Ako asked her with concern. "Well that is where you all come in." She gestured to them and the house. "What? No." Ako frowned "We are not going to fight in your place." "You don't have to kill her, just weaken her so I can deliver the final blow." Star snorted. She felt that this was going to work. "Pardon me but you are a fool." Ako shook her head as she stood her ground against the Queen's idea.
