41. Clean Regularly. Tons of anomalies are bacterial, fungal, and viral, and can be killed using standard disinfection methods.

42. If you have to kill something or someone, make sure to double check if they’re dead by hitting/shooting them again. Anomalies can make someone get back up.

43. AI’s are not to be trifled with. They can be anomalous and sentient, and don't like being bullied.

44. Don’t use any technology you aren't familiar with or don't own.

45. Research all the major religions, and learn how to defeat their evil spirits. Those spirits are real, and that knowledge will save your life.

49. Avoid insects, many of these are anomalies.

50. If you hear a ticking sound in your chest, start eating a lot and have a high body temp, start manifesting weird scars all over your chest, or of any anomalous illness, it might be time to buy the farm. Death on your own terms will be less painful.
