*Lucas POV*
I don't understand how she knew. I really love her and she liked me.

We r face to face and no one is around. I'm gonna ask Maya out.

I stared into her eyes and took a big breath. "Do u want to go out with me?" I asked Maya. "I don't want to break Riley's heart, so we won't tell her." I said.

              *Maya's P.O.V.*
I can't believe it. Lucas loves me.
"Of course I'll go out with you huckleberry. But if Riley finds out it will ruin r friendship." I said.

"But Riley is the one who asked me to choose between you and her. I choose u. But Riley is too sensitive. That's why we have to keep it a secret." Lucas said.

"Ok. Just give me a moment. This is all so sudden. I mean, how can we go on dates without anyone knowing. Riley and I r always hanging out. I've never kept a secret from her." I complained.

"It's u'r choice, Maya. I really like u." Lucas said as he smiled.

We were so right for each other. Without thinking,I smiled and said"I really like u too. Let's just not worry. We r late for class."

Lucas smiled. He grabbed my hand and we walked to class.
