Apps needed: PicsArt, Canva.

Here it is,

Firstly, Open PicsArt.
Then Open your picture for the Cover. Keep in mind that you need space to put in the words, So chose your pictures wisely.

Then go to add photo (Red circle), Add your overlay (Search up "Wattpad cover overlays"), I choose this.

Adjust it's opacity (Blue box) to the point in which you can see what's behind it)

Now, after you've adjusted it to your liking, Turn it's opacity back to 100.

Then, click on blend (Red circle)

Now, After you click on blend you'll see these, in those, Click on Darken

Save that picture, and head To Canva.

Open Canva, Seach up any Template You want (Book cover template). I chose this,

Now, Click on it and go to gallery

Choose the picture you made in PicsArt, Then Move the words to fit it, Like this:

Then change the colour of the font to fit it (This is a light cover so white is a no no. The red circles are the font and which word we are talking about). Now, You can see the red circle on norwester right? Click on the down arrow showing there and then search up a good font for this cover. (I chose cinzel)

That it, You've done it. Good job, Now your cover is:-
