That same morning, Ozone had a small prance in his step as he strutted along the sidewalk. A white lily was gripped in his jaws and a determined light shone in his eyes. Taking a left into a small alley, the hairless cat approached a dumpster and knocked on the side three times.

An orange tabby stuck her head out and hissed, "For the last time, I am not dating you!" Ozone merely blinked at her lovingly as he hopped up on a nearby trash can. Stretching forward, he handed the tabby the flower. "A white lily for my Lily!" he exclaimed with a smile.

Tossing the flower behind her, Lily flicked her ear. The next second, a fluffy calico pushed over the trash can that Ozone stood upon. Even though he landed on his head, Ozone smiled sweetly as Lily ducked back inside the dumpster. "So beautiful..." he whispered to himself with a sigh.
